The person that I thought was the

love of my life is happy with another man,

as I sit here with my head

in my hands, thinking:

"Damn.

That wasn't part of the plan..."

So what am I to do from here?

Move on and act like she

never existed?

Like I'm supposed to forget

all the times we exchanged

"I love yous"

and our kisses?

The late night vibes

when we used to kick it,

speaking about our future

together, all for you to say,

"forget it".

Then block me out

like I never existed.

Was your love faked

and mine real?

Because you're fine and I'm

the one feeling all this pain,

your jagged knife puncturing

through the walls of my veins,

my tears are the thunderstorms

with an endless supply

of heavy rain.

They help wash away the

bright blood stains.

I'm just another one of your toys

mind like kids playing

on a merry go round,
