We stood in the living room of the West Household, as Cisco, Caitlin, and Harry spoke about how we were going to get Wally back and get Zoom, as soon as possible. Cisco and Harry were arguing, and Joe had just shouted, and went upstairs. Barry has his back turned towards everyone, leaning forward onto his hands.
I take slowly walk over to Barry, as I put my hand over his, squeezing it comfortingly, kissing his cheek.
He looks up at me, as I give him a weak smile in comfort, as I step away slowly, and then towards the stairs to go after Joe.
I make my way upstairs, and into the room Joe was in, "You were always there for me. So I thought I'd give it a shot." I said quietly, as I sat down across from him, folding my hands together, looking at Joe.
He stared at the ground, "I know- Barry can't give Zoom his speed. But I also know- that I want my son back- and I don't know what to do."
"None of us do, Joe. But- what I do know- is that- this team isn't going to stop until we get your son- until we get Wally back." I told him, my voice quiet, as I gave him my best look of sympathy.
"I do." A quiet voice comes from the door, as both Joe and I's heads snap towards it, to see Barry standing there, his hand against the frame, "I know what to do."
I go quiet, as Barry walks over, seating himself next to me as he spoke, "Wally- I mean- he's part of the family- he's a part of our family. And we do whatever we have to, to keep the ones we care about safe."
"You want to give up your speed?" My voice comes out weak and whispered, as my hand goes to his shoulder, as he looked down at me, lightly nodding.
"No you- you can't give up your speed." Joe told him.
"That's not your decision." Barry told him, as Joe covers his face, sniffles coming from him. "It's the only way, Joe."
Joe's silence gave us the signal to leave, as i intertwined our fingers, as we walked down the small hall, my voice still remaining quiet, "You're doing the right thing."
"I know." Barry says, his voice low, as he gives me a sly nod, a glossy sheet covering his eyes.
I nod slightly, leaning my head against his arm as he walked, a small sniffle coming from me.

Barry had Cisco vibe to Zoom, letting him know that Barry would give up his speed to Zoom to save Wally. We all stood in star labs, and within a matter of minutes, Zoom ran in, holding Wally by the back of his shirt, everyone but Barry, Cisco, Caitlin and I aiming different guns at him.
"Wally hold on." Joe says, his aim fixed. "Let him go."

"We had a deal." Zoom spat at us venomously.
Barry stepped up, his voice vibrated, "My speed for Wally's life." He spoke, "Hand him over, and its yours."
Zoom shoves Wally towards Joe and Iris, the two of them ushering him to leave, mixing Cisco into the mix and having Cisco take him out of the cortex.
"Lets get this over with." Barry said, his voice no longer vibrated due to Wally's absence in the room.
Zoom reaches back, pulling off his face mask, revealing his face, him being exactly who we thought he was, Jay. A small gasp comes from Caitlin, as my jaw clenched, my entire body tensing up.
We had retreated to the speed lab, Barry's back towards all of us, as I stood next to him, only facing everyone else.
A sigh comes from Harry, "This is how I stole The Flash's speed the first time. Now all he needs to do is run, and his speed force will transfer into this vial, but only as long as I calibrate it."
"Get to work." Jay told him, the smug expression clean on his face because of the fact he knew he had finally won.
Harry stepped closer, about to say something or even do something, but Barry's quick to slightly turn and call out in a warning tone, "Wells."
Harry stops, looking down, the clear anger radiating off him, "One day, I'm gonna knock that smug expression clean off your face." He walks away after what he had said to him.
Jay's smug expression remains, as Barry fully turns, leaning back against the table that was now behind him, as he spoke, "So this was your plan all along, huh?"
Jay answered, "Ever since the skies parted and showed me another world, with another speedster. Once I saw you, I came here, figured out what I had to do."
"How are you still alive?" Iris asked. "We saw you die."
"You did." Jay simply answered.
"So what was that? A speed mirage?" Cisco asked.
Jay chuckles, "Speed mirage? Uh no. Even I'm not that fast." He took a seat, "I knew that I couldn't be on two earths at the same time, so I went back in time and uh, met another version of myself."
"Your time remnant. Like the Reverse Flash." Cisco says.
"I also knew the only way to make Barry become faster was if you all witnessed your old pal Jay die." Jay explained.
"When did you decide to do that?" Iris asked, as I was being the only one completely silent since we've come here.
"Oh, once you closed all the breaches, went to Earth Two." He simply says, "Believe me, getting my time remnant to agree to me murdering him took a bit of convincing. But once he saw the- well- genius in my plan, he was all for it." A chuckle leaves his mouth.
Barry spoke up, "Who's the man in the ironed mask?"

"You wouldn't believe me if I told you." Jay said.
Joe spoke up, "Why the charade? Running around, dressed like The Flash?"
"To give people hope, Detective." Jay exclaimed, in astonishment to why we couldn't figure it out.
"Hope?" Joe asked.
"So I can rip it away from them." Jay continued, standing up, "Its so- fun, pretending to be a hero."
Caitlin finally spoke, "You are no hero." Jay's head snapping in her direction, "You're nothing but a monster."
By then, Harry had walked into the room, and all of us stood behind the glass, but Barry, who was making his way towards the treadmill, hesitantly ready to run and lose his speed forever.
"Barry-" Joe started, from behind the glass as Barry spoke up, "Its all right, Joe."
I was stood next to Jay, my arms crossed, staring at my feet, a few feet in front of him, as I felt him grab my arm, pulling me away from everyone.
My head snaps up as I forcefully tear my arm away from his grasp, as my eyes land on him, taking a step back.
"Calm down. I'm not going to hurt you." Jay starts as I shot back quick, "You didn't have a problem when you kept me prisoner."
"That's because you're smarter than you think, Zee." Jay spoke, "If anything, I know that better than anyone. You're my sister."
"I'm not your sister." I told him.
"In theory, you are. Even if- I'm from a different Earth- you are still. my sister." Jay said, "Wether you like it or not."
I stay silent, looking away.
"Like I was saying." He continued, "You're smarter than you think. You figured something was up- the minute my remnant walked in here. You knew something was wrong when you got captured- and saw the man in the ironed mask. You figured it all out before anyone else did. No one listened to you." He said, "You and your doppelganger are a lot alike, you know?"
I was quick to shoot back at him, a small spark of anger growing inside of me, "I am absolutely nothing like her."
"That's where you're wrong." He exclaimed, "You're both very intelligent. You get what you want- when you want it- no matter what you have to do to get it- the only difference is. You changed and she didn't. The only other difference is that you won't let yourself feel- and achieve how far your powers can go. You're holding back. You won't let yourself be her. You're practically the higher- more useful version of Death Storm."
"I've changed. Leave it at that." I shove past him, walking back over to the ground, as Caitlin speaks, "He's slowing down."
"The speed force is leaving his body." Harry says, as we watched Barry slow down, the electricity fading off his body.
"He's becoming human again." Cisco said, as if he dreaded the thought.
The computer beeped, showing that all of Barry's speed was transferred into the small vial, as Barry exhaustedly fell off the treadmill, as Caitlin, Iris, Joe and I ran in.
I moved as quick as my legs could carry me, as I sat next to him, one hand going to his chest, the other wrapping his arm around my shoulder, as it moved as went to his back after, as I rubbed his back, nothing but concern shown on my face, as Barry panted, his soft eyes falling on me.
"Barry, are you okay?" Iris asked, her gaze falling onto Barry once she comes by us, stood next to me as I was seated with Barry as Barry nodded slowly, "I'm okay- I'm okay."
Harry slowly detaches the vial from the machine it was previously connected to, as Jay snatches it, quickly injecting Barry's speed into himself, his eyes turning pure black, small hints of red in them, the electricity that was once circling around Barry when he ran, now circling around Jay with a mixture of his own blue lightening, a frightful laugh coming from Jay in victory, as I held onto Barry tight, staring in slight horror, Barry holding onto me with the arm that was already wrapped around me, his other hand holding himself up.
Jay runs in, grabbing Barry by his shoulder, pulling him away from me as he shoved him into a wall, holding Barry up by his neck, as I stood up to my feet, Jay speaking, "Thank you, Flash."
"Jay, stop!" Caitlin shouts, as Cisco and Harry run in, Harry already aiming his gun at Jay, tears flooding my eyes as my hand goes to my mouth, as Caitlin continues, her being our only hope to keeping Barry alive, "Please. If anything you ever said to me was true, or anything we ever shared was real, then please just let him go- please." Caitlin practically begged.
Caitlin continued, "I know some piece of you did care for me so if you have any humanity left, then please, let him go."
Jay drops Barry to the side, facing Caitlin, as a tear fell from my eye, as I made my way towards Barry, a small sob leaving my mouth, as I crouch, my hand on his back, as he grabs my hand, looking at me, breathing heavily, "I'm okay- don't worry."
I help him up, a small sniffle coming from me, my hands remaining on his forearm, as Jay grabs Caitlin, running out, leaving star labs, as Cisco runs to the door he ran out of, shouting her name, "Caitlin!"
Barry's eyes are wide, as he panted, trying to catch his breath as we all stared at the door in shock.
We had lost yet another person we all cared for, not even an hour after getting another one back.
