PSA to everybody involved: This is basically a comfort fic of mine to get me out of the slump I've found myself into. So be warned if some of these may just be incoherent thoughts.
Of course, I will do my best to keep everything in a proper timeline that isn't as convoluted as the siblings made S2's timeline into. I love TUA and I thought they deserve love no matter how much they think they don't. So I'm writing this for them, too!
It is an xreader fic but also kinda not coz this is Five we're talking about and I'm not feeling like making him a full on OOC. There will be fluffy moments, of course, and I guess tension filled scenes, so mainly this'll be a slow burn. Tho also just trying to fix their very messed timeline since I got the mindset of somebody who's been into writing time traveling the past few months (*cough*Doctor Who*cough*).
Another reminder is that I lessened Five's age here not really bcos of age gap but bcos I feel really REALLY bad for him being alone with only Delores for that long (trust me, I don't mind age gaps as long as its consensual and both are of legal age). I also made Y/N 18 while Five's body is 16 so the age stuff wouldn't be too weird while still keeping everything make sense (there's a reason for this, trust me).
And kindly, please, keep the hate for only Sir Reggie. I just feel really bad for both Luther and Delores. They don't deserve it. I know Luther made dumb decisions in S1 (it pissed me off too) but that was someone raised by an asshole who didn't know what affection means. He also had great character development especially for S2 so yeah. And Delores did nothing wrong, okay? If anything, she's the reason why Five is still sane enough to this day. Because imagine being alone for that long? I would be talking to mannequins too if that's my only way of coping.

P.S. I'm also sorta planning on posting this on AO3 (albeit I'm still not sure if I should, should I?) so if y'all see this in AO3, chances are, it may be.
P. P. S. Do know I do not own the franchise of "The Umbrella Academy" nor the characters there. All I own is my original characters alongside the divergence this story would take once I get the plot going.

What to expect: This story is based on the concept of "What if a villain, gets a second chance?". Hence it contains a lot of torture, torment, and inhumanity. Revenge or such feelings do not drive Elias, so it's not a revenge story. There won't be any rape scenes or incest. It's also not a story like that. But expect some cruelty and torture along the way. Also, it's a slow-paced novel. In short: A lunatic who terrorized the world with devious power and cruel means gets reborn, this time becoming even more powerful and ruthless. Link for the Cover Art:
