Izzy's POV

So here we are again. This time Cubby is helping as well, and so is Skully even though he'll probably just watch.

"Hello everyone. So Izzy are you ready for today's exercises?" The physio therapist asked me.

"Yes I am. What is the first exercise that I am doing?" I asked him.

"The first one you are doing is calf raises. So you're going need to stand in front of a wall." He exclaimed as Jake and Cubby helped me walk to the wall and I stood in front of the wall.

"So place your hands gently on the wall in front of you. Raise yourself onto your toes in a calf raise exercise." He exclaimed as I placed my hands gently on the wall in front of me. I raised myself onto my toes.

"From this raised-toe position, lower your feet to the ground while keeping yourself balanced with my hands against the wall." He exclaimed.

"Don't worry Izz, me and Cubby are right behind you to catch you, if you fall." Jake said as I lowered my feet to the ground slowly while trying to keep myself balanced but I tried my hardest not to fall. Jake kept hold of my wrists because of my hands on the walls ,

"Izzy, repeat it ten times." The physio therapist told me as I repeated it ten times.

"Can I take a break?" I asked him.

"Okay." He said. Cubby and Jake helped me to walk back by holding my hands. Jake helped me to sit down.

"So Izzy, you did amazing there." Skully exclaimed while I smiled.

"She's been doing amazing at every session." Jake said while I smiled. "Izz, you are so close to walking now. Think about it, soon you will be able to walk, run, jump, and dance." Jake exclaimed as Cubby gave me a cup of water.

"I know I'm looking forward." I exclaimed excitedly.

"Okay Izzy, are you ready for your next exercise?" The physio therapist asked me.

"Yes I am. What is my next exercise?" I asked him.

"The next one is plantar flexion. So you're going to stay right where you are. So have your feet straight out in front of you. So that you are perpendicular to your legs. Flex your foot backwards towards you as far as they will go while keeping your legs flat on the ground. So try to keep your feet extended, so your toes and heels move in a straight line. Hold for five seconds." He explained as I put my feet straight out in front of me. I flexed my foot backwards towards me. I held it for five seconds. "Now relax, and then pushing your toes away from the body as far as they will go." He explained as well. So I relaxed and pushing my toes away from my body as far as they went.

"Now repeat it fifteen times." He said as I repeated it fifteen times.

"Now the last exercise you're going to do is dorsiflexion. So you're still sitting in the chair and flex your foot. Jake is going to loop a large towel under your foot." He exclaimed as Jake crouched down to loop the large towel under my foot.

"Now pull on the ends of the towel and pull it towards you." He exclaimed as I pulled onto the endings as Jake got up and I pulled it towards me.

"Stretch your toes towards you as far as you can while remaining comfortable." He exclaimed as I stretched my toes towards me as far as I could while remaining comfortable. "Now hold the stretch for ten seconds and repeat three times." He said as I held the stretch for ten seconds and I repeated three times.

It was the end of my session and Jake gave me my crutches and I got myself off the chair.

"Okay I'll see you in two days for your last session." He exclaimed as I smiled.

"I can't wait." I said.

"I can't wait for you to start walking again." Jake exclaimed as we left the room.
