《Pixie Dust Away》Day 3 of Izzy's Physio Therapy

Izzy's POV
It was my third of my physio therapy. Thankfully, it's been going well. I've been trying my hardest and I really hope that I can walk again. Jake's been by side, and he, Cubby, and Skully are all really proud of me since I was scared to do it in the first place. Me and Jake were sitting down and the physio therapist came over to us.
"Hello again, Izzy, are you ready for your first exercise of the day?" The physio therapist asked me.
"Yes I am, what am I doing today?" I asked him.
"The first exercise we're going to do is that you're going to write the alphabet." He exclaimed while me and Jake looked at him, confused. Hello, it's my toe not my brain that needs the physio therapy.
"Wait what do you mean, she's going to write the alphabet?" Jake asked him.
"I'll show you but first you need to sit on the couch. Can you walk by yourself?" He asked me, I thought I could walk by myself but I was scared that I would fall down, so I knew I needed Jake to help me.
"No I still need Jake to hold onto me, so I don't fall." I exclaimed while Jake softly smiled.
"Don't worry I will help you walk. Okay, I'm going to grab onto your waist to help you stand up, so you're going to need to grab onto my shoulder and let go when I help you walk, then I'm going to hold onto your shoulder. Okay you ready?" Jake explained to me what to do. I nodded nervously. So he grabbed onto my waist and I grabbed onto his shoulder then as he started to help me walk, I let go of his shoulder and he holds onto my shoulder. We made it to the couch.

"Okay careful Izzy careful." Jake said as he helped me to sit down.
"Okay Izzy, so what you are going to do is relax your back completely. You will need to extend one of your legs and raise one foot up several inches off the ground, so keep it levelled." He explained as I was completely relaxed and I lifted my leg off the ground and kept my foot levelled. "Okay then you're going to trace the alphabet in the air using your big toe as a pencil." So I started to trace the alphabet in the air while saying the alphabet out loud.
"A B C D E F G H I J K L M N O P Q R S T U V W X Y Z" I said out loud and I was proud of myself for doing that. I did it with a bit of pain but not much such as my first day of physio therapy.
"Okay Izzy, are you ready for your next exercise?" The Physio Therapist asked me.
"Yes I am. What is it?" I asked him.
"Well it is a toe extension." He exclaimed. He gave me a rubber band. Jake sat down sat next to me. "Okay, so place the rubber band around the middle of all five of your toes." He said as I did that with my knee bent and I held onto the rubber band. "Okay now stretch all of your toes apart and this will cause the band to stretch as far as it will go. Hold onto the band for five seconds and then relax your toes." I started to stretch the band, really hoping I won't break it, I started to straighten my knee and I did it for five seconds and relaxed my toes. "Okay now perform this five times." So I did what I exactly five times.

"Way to go Izz, you're doing great." Jake exclaimed while I smiled.
"Okay so the last exercise we're going to do is that you're going to need to lay down on the couch." The physio therapist said.
"Here Izzy you can lay down on my lap." Jake offered as I smiled. So I layed down on the couch.
"So this is called a big toe pull. So I am going to loop the rubber band between the big toe on your right foot and the big toe on your left. Place your feet together. Try and pull your toes apart while trying to keep your ankles together. Stretch the rubber band as far as you can, then relax." So I did as exactly what he told me to do, this one was definitely the hardest since my ankles are like really boney, so if I hit them together then it's going to hurt me. So I really tried my hardest but it was too painful for me.
"It's starting to hurt me." I said.
"Jake, do you want to help?" He asked Jake.
"Sure." Jake said as I sat up and Jake went to sit by my feet.
"Izzy, for ten seconds then we can try again." So I relaxed for ten seconds then I was ready to start again.
"Okay Jake, I'm going to need you to hold onto her ankles while she tries to pull her toes away." The physio therapist told Jake what to do. Jake nodded as he started to hold my ankles together. I tried to pull my toes apart again. I will relaxed for five seconds in between stretches and I repeated five times while Jake kept my ankles together.
"Okay you can be done Izzy. Well done for trying your hardest." The physio therapist told me while Jake took the rubber band off my toes.
"Thank you, so when is my next appointment?" I asked him.
"It is next week. On the first day." The physio therapist told me.
"Thank you sir, we're going to set up a physio therapy in our hideout for Izzy during the weekend." Jake exclaimed, yay...my weekend is going to be fun...not!
