《With You |COMPLETED》Chapter Twenty | how to break Thea Evens Heart

Oh parties, the one place where the whores in our school find a disgusting guy to fuck.

We weren't there yet, Thea managed to get me to wait at her house while she ran around with Emily and Ashley getting ready.

Last week was nice, Thea came over, ate pizza, and watched movies all night. I couldn't keep my hands off her, if I tried. She was gorgeous, I mean drop dead beautiful. I never constantly reminder her because trust me, she knew.

"I will not get my asshole pierced- why, why would you be okay with that Ashley!" I herd Thea gasp dramatically causing me to chuckle from her bed.

Emily didn't look like much help, she just kind of sat around and watched me with a creepy smirk. I don't know if I liked her or if she continuously ticked me off.

"Hello? Earth to cute boy?" Thea giggled, jumping onto the bed beside me. I couldn't help but smile at her, my arms wrapping around her body with a firm grasp.

"Are you finally ready?" I held a lot of humor in my voice that made Ashley mumble a few unkind words before Thea nodded, letting out a loud gasp at my statement.

She had already looked perfect to me about an hour ago but she insisted that an oversized t-shirt and sweats were a no go. Thea had decided on black skinny jeans and a red crop top.

I could tell she was nervous just from how she kept biting her bottom lip when we got into the car. I didn't want to go, I had a bad feeling but how excited Thea was made me let it go. My hand seemed to find its way to her thigh, reassuringly rubbing it as I drove.

I understand why Xavier liked having a girlfriend or at least someone to love. It was like having someone there for you whenever you needed them, I didn't have to ask to come to her house or anything, I could just show up.

Sometimes when she's in the shower...

"If you wanna leave early we can," She said quietly, her eyes going to the neighborhood I turned into. I nodded my head, mentally thanking every god in the book. The neighborhood was made for the rich kids at our school.

This one was the quarter backs party and I for one, hated him. I don't even think Thea knew his name.

I could already see the flashing lights of the party and the music was so loud I'm sure every neighbor was awake. This was something I usually enjoyed doing but now, looking at Thea, I just want to go out to eat or actually get my homework done so I can graduate with her.

I'm so whipped.

"Like butter," I herd a giggle arise from Thea making my head shoot to her in fear.

Oh I did not.

Her eyes watched me with a bit of pride as I pulled up to the house. Her body jumped out of my car to meet her friends as I slowly stepped out.

I fixed my grey v-neck and sighed, shoving my keys into my black jeans as I locked the car. Thea some how managed to make it to the driveway leaving me with a small smirk as I got closer.

When I finally reached her I grabbed her hip, "you're gonna dance with me right?" I had bent down to whisper in her ear.

Thea tensed up, a small smile on her lips as she blushed. Thea was some thing else, she was drop dead gorgeous and amazingly sexy.

The front door was already open so I went first, making sure to grab Theas hand so I wouldn't lose her. Let's put it this way, she's literally five-two in a crowd of other small and tall people and I didn't feel like grabbing every brunette in this party to see if it was her.

I made my way to the kitchen, knowing I had to let go of Theas hand so she could go dance with twiddle d and twiddle dumb.

Grabbing myself a drink, I leaned on the counter watching Thea jump around and dance with her friends. I smiled to myself, taking a sip of the burning alcohol.

She wasn't anything like Kyla, Thea was kind and sometimes a bit dumb but she has this certain grace that Kyla would never have in her life. Kyla was arrogant and well- a bitch.

"I see the happy couple is still happy?" Xavier chuckled, grabbing my shoulder as he came up behind me. I rolled my eyes at his comment, hating how peppy he has been lately.

My eyes traveled back to Thea while Alex grabbed himself a drink. Her eyes had landed on me as she walked forward with a small frown, worrying me. "Damien," she whispered, her body standing on her toes so she could reach my ear.

I couldn't help but wrap my arm around her back as I leaned forward, waiting for the rest of the sentence.

"Where's the restroom?" She mumbled making me let out a small laugh before standing up straight.

"It's right behind the kitchen, to the left in front of the stairs," I mumbled. I had been to parties here multiple times over the last two years. Thea nodded her head, her brown hair falling forward slightly before she darted out of sight.

"Is it just me or is Emily acting weird?" Xavier mumbled, his body leaning next me on the counter. I couldn't help but give him a nod, watching the blonde slowly disappear from Ashley who had managed to grind on a extremely happy Alex.

"She was glaring at me all day." I said as quietly as I could over the loud music. Xavier nodded his head, taking a swig of his drink before answering.

"I haven't talk to her in almost three days maybe?" He sounded annoyed but also confused. I was too, I didn't think she never spent a minute without him because she acted like she didn't.

Minutes had past before I felt an arm grab me, my head whipping around to see a tall blonde in front of me. The look of concern covering her face worried me, making me put my cup down.

"It's Thea," She said quietly, her body tugging my arm out of the kitchen. Was it bad I felt my heart stop? I know I'm a grown ass man saying something so cheesy but it did. I felt fear tingle through every inch of my body as I gladly followed her.

I swear to god if someone touc-

"Damien, baby, so glad we could...talk," A high feminine voice called as Emily came to a stop, letting go of me so she could lean against the wall.

"I thought you said Thea is hurt?" I asked Emily, watching her shrug her shoulders with a small smirk.

That bitch.

"She will be if you don't go along with this compromise," Kyla smirked, her body sitting on a wooden bench by the bathroom.

I rolled my eyes at her comment, my arms crossing at her annoying tone. "And why would I ever do something for you?" I sneered, watching her slightly jump at my tone.

"Because if you don't, she'll tell everyone about how Thea killed her brother and how her sad mistake of a father killed himself." Emily replied in a tone I had never heard from her before. It was cold, like she never knew or cared for Thea at all.

My hands clenched slightly as I bit my lip, trying to reasonably think through this. "And what's the deal Kyla?" My voice was a lot calmer then I thought it would be. I had let out a deep breath before glancing at her wicked smile.

"First you will make sure Thea never talks to you again and to make sure you follow through with this you have to kiss me," Kyla had a wicked smile on her face, like one an insane person would have.

My problem was, I didn't think Emily was this much of a asswipe and I don't know if I could let Theas secrets leave her instead of me. No one needed to know her secrets but I did want to be apart of her life. She was the best thing to happen to me but I would rather her hate me then be friends with Emily or have her secrets spread through a school of snakes.

"Why are you suck a bitch Kyla?" I hissed, watching her pull out her phone with almost half the school in her contacts.

"Oh, watch what you say darling, I just have to press one button and the News reports on both of them will be sent in no time." Kyla had moved closer in attempt to seduce me. I rolled my eyes, letting out a loud sigh.

Before I could even come up with an answer the bathroom door unlocked, causing Kyla to grab my collar and yank me forward. I felt her lips crash onto mine which let me tell you, hurt like a bitch.

I was so shocked I didn't kiss her back, I didn't even touch her. Her hands had found their way to my hair in seconds, trying to deepen the kiss.

"Damien?" A small voice cracked from the hallway, making Kyla jump off me like she didn't know Thea was in there.

I stood frozen, not knowing what to do. Thea looked hurt, crushed actually. She wore a thin line across her lips and the biggest puppy dog eyes I think I have ever seen.

I didn't know what I was thinking but I forced the biggest smug look into my face, watching her.

I sucked in a hard breath, before saying anything, knowing she would probably be better with someone who was going somewhere in life.

"Did you really think I would love someone like you?" I said with a short lived laugh. It was like Theas entire body deflated, watching Emily laugh along with a smirk.

I'm an awful person

"You were nothing but a game Thea." My voice felt forced as I stared at the wall beside her, watching her head turned toward the ground in embarrassment.

Her hand went to the necklace I had bought her, not trying to unclip it. Instead she yanked if off, breaking the chain. A small smile fell onto her face as she looked at me. I couldn't even look at her, I was dying to just hold her and tell her everything.

"Awe did some get their heart broken?" Kyla cooed, letting out a laugh as my face fell.

That was the last thing I wanted to do to her. I never wanted to hurt her but here I was, hurting her.

"No, I am far from a heartbreak." Thea smiled, her hand dropping the necklace onto the floor before darting out of the house.

I could hear Xavier calling after her but I stayed put, not knowing what I just did.

What have I done?
