《Abducting Ruby》Chapter Three.

The man grinned at her. "A beautiful addition, indeed. But these tantrums you are throwing just won't do. No, we'll need to break you in."

He pulled back his foot before slamming it into Ruby's ribs. She cried out as the breath seemed to be knocked from her body and pain spread throughout her chest.

Her screams barely had time to leave her mouth as he continued kicking her, until she laid unmoving on the cement floor.

Ruby let out a whimper as he pulled a small knife from his pocket. He traced her collarbone with it before using it to slice open her shirt. And then her pants. "You'll wear what I give you. Nothing more. Nothing less."

Fresh tears rushed down her cheeks.

"We need to get you ready, my dear! The others will be waiting to meet you." He said, clapping his hands in excitement.

Ruby furrowed her brows in confusion. She had no idea who the others were and she wasn't sure she wanted to know.

The man walked over to a small closet in the corner of the room. He pulled the door open, searching through the space quickly. When he turned back around, Ruby caught sight of the light blue, Victorian gown in his hands.

"This color will compliment your blonde hair perfectly, dear. But first we must do you're makeup!" Something sinister laid within his eyes.

He grabbed a paint brush from the floor and what looked like a small tube of white paint.

He began quickly painting her face until she was completely covered in white. Then reaching back into his pocket, he pulled the miniature knife out again.

Using one hand to hold her leg down, he cut across her thigh. Blood slowly started trickling down her leg.

Ruby cried as the man picked up a paint brush, dipping it into her blood and then began smearing it across her face.

First her cheeks. Then her eyelids. And finally her lips.

Once he was done, he pulled back, a satisfied smile on his lips.

He reached down, grabbing the key-ring on his pants loop. He unlocked the shackles, not even seeming bothered about the fact that Ruby was now free.

She wanted to fight. The voice in Ruby's head screamed for her to escape, but her body was too broken and bruised.

She allowed the man to pull the dress on her and lace it up in the back.

Without another word, he pulled her behind the basement's staircase, leading her through a hidden door.

Ruby wanted to close her eyes. The man was the only thing keeping her from collapsing to the ground in pain.

He reached over, turning on a light.

It flickered above, but it was just enough light for Ruby to see the sight before her. She gasped, backing away from the room, only for the man to grip her harder.

"Welcome to your new home, Ruby!"
