They both went to room as Karan was changing in his three peice suit teju also change in a simple wear

She nodded and put her hand on his waist holding him after sometime time she left him and he kissed her forhead and left

Teju was surprised herself seeing her brother after so long she just look at him then she saw him giving her look as his question entered her barin she replied in affirmative

Teju come and stand with her father

Suddenly her papa hold his chest tightly

And was collapsing

Teju immediately hold him

papa papa " she shouted holded his hand

Abhay : ambulance ko call kro.

meri car hy help me uthany mein " teju said putting her hand baneath his shoulder

Abhay come ahead pick him up

Teju rush by stairs and they come in lift

Teju yelled for the driver : bhaiya car open kro

She made him lay on the backside

bhai app Rishu ky sath aao." Teju said sitting beside her father taking head on her lap

Her mumma sat on front

bhaiya jaldi chalao " teju instructed

She was constantly rubbing his hand and foots

They reach hospital and the wardboys took him immediately to emergency

Teju was in tears her hair was messy and her saree was crumbled she removed her earnings

And was moving too and fro in the corridor

The others reached

There was someone who was noticing her every move from the time she had entered

Dipthi (teju's bhabhi ) pov

I was surprised seeing her new look the way she entered the way she behaved her eyes had a content her saree was not low class the way she use to wear clothes before her earnings were costly even her mangalsutra was so costly whom she had married when she said she payed the rent i was actually surprised uski phichli job ki itni salary tou nhii thii but i got the most shock when she said she had car hua kiya hy hamare phichy like which jackpot she had got

We were waiting for the doctors to come out when we all listened a manly voice calling Tejuu

Karan's pov

My meeting just got finished i decided to call teju if she still at her place i will pick her up

I called her but she didn't responded to my call i again tried this time it was received

Karan : teju kha ho tum.

Driver : Sir mam apna phone car mein bhool gayi

Karan : tum log kha ho

Doctors: sir hospital mam ky father ki achanak tabiyat kharab hogayi unko city hospital layee

Karan : oh my god i m coming

I just rushed to my car and drove it fast and reach hospital and ask the receptionist about the new emergency case she told me the floor

I rushed there and call teju

She just run to me and hugged me tightly and broke into tears

Her tears were paining my heart

Karan pov end

Karan rub her back : bass bass kuch nii hoga unko

Tum hamesha bolty ho na mein appse kuch mangon mujhy wo chahiye aik dam thk please mein aur kuch nii mangon gii " teju said crying

bass mera bacha calm down kuch nii hoga you trust me na mein keh raha hon kuch nii hoga tumhare papa ko " i cupped her face making her look in face and told this to her to calm her down

Pakka " her face was a like a child asking my opinion to have hope i nodded and i wipe her face and rub her back she just rested her face on his chest

Just then doctor come out

Teju rushed to him: how is he doctor

Doctor : miss Agnihotri i had told you to not give him any mental stress his cholesterol shoot and it was a heart attack

Teju gasp and karan immediately hold her back

Karan : doctor is he fine now

Doctor; hellooo sir yes now he is fine but let him rest for today here and avoid any kind of stress but can i ask how do you know them.

Karan: doctor she is now mrs Singhaniya my wife

Doctor: okay thanks i will check him on my rounds mrs Singhania please do the formalities and he is unconscious for now will be awake by tomorrow morning

Teju nodded and then look at her who nodded at her to go and do thd formalities she went away

Then he notice the new faces who are looking at him in shock
