"What I do with this boy!"

Sumaira muttered under her breath while cleaning Umair's closet. Her son had always been a messily organized person and his closet was a proof of it. She placed his used clothes in the basket and was about to close it when his diary fell in her feet. Shaking her head she bent down to pick it up only to be shocked to see a photograph sticking out of it.

"Mama! I can't find my shawl!"

Soha shouted entering her brother's room where her mother was currently cleaning. She stopped and looked at her Sumaira's lost state. One look at the photograph in her hand and Soha's mood was immediately off.

"He is still after her?"

She said taking the photo from Sumaira's hands.

"I told you that he won't stop. He again ignored what you had said to him. Can't he understand he deserves better? The girl is a divorcee. Heck we even don't know if she is divorced or not! This is insane!"

Sumaira placed the diary along with the photograph back in the closet and took a deep breath.

Umair had told her about Alizeh a few months back and when he'd mentioned about Alizeh's situation, like every other mother Sumaira had refused. She couldn't digest her son running after a woman who was already deep in her own created mess. For she knew Umair deserved better. After so many arguments and a clear no from both Sumaira and Soha, Umair was still lingering there. There would definitely be some serious talk once he gets back in town.
