" Akibura-chan."

Hearing my name, I looked behind me to find a girl around my age waving towards me. She had curly brown blonde hair that curled to her waist. Her uniform was all white except for the shoulder pads on her shoulder which were golds. The buttons on her uniform was also gold with the symbol of the school on the bottom corner. She also wore a white skirt with a gold line at the bottom of it. Everything she wore was mainly white like her socks and shoes.

" Good morning, Sakura-kun." I greet bowing my head with a small smile.

She instantly hugs me almost making me fall back but I get back my balance later. When she lets go, she smiles brightly at me getting my smile to get bigger. We start walking together as I straighten my uniform. It was like Sakura's but mine was black with silver designs. The buttons were white as the school symbol was on the other side of the corner where her uniform was. I wore a black skirt with a silver line at the bottom with black knee socks and shoes. My arm also had a clothe that was clipped onto the uniform which was showing that I was in the Student Council. Sakura hums happily as she walks down the sidewalk swinging her arms as my smile slowly drops down.

" Sakura-kun, I don't think you should be even close to me since I'm in the Regular Department while you're in the Idol Department." I start worrying for her.

She looks at me tilting her head with the same happy smile," I know. But you're no ordinary girl. You are definitely the opposite."

I sigh," Even though I happened to save you that day, doesn't mean that you have to hang out with me."

" Yeah, but if it was any other ordinary Regular Department student, they'll probably have just left me!" She points out.

I continue to look at her while I move my hair to the side remembering the event.

A few days ago-

I walk down silently down the street as small crowds of people chatter with each other. A crash nearby gets my attention and I look to the side to find a dark alley. There, a curly brown blonde girl was leaning on the wall as three boys surround her. They snarl at the girl making her squeal in fear. Just from one glance, I knew who the girl was. Sakura Taito, one of the bullies in the Idol Department. She wasn't a popular bully to the Regular Department but she still did bully them. I sigh as I start walking their way.

" Hey. Move it." I shout as I stop to the group's side.

They all look at me as the three man look at me if I was crazy. One of them walk towards me looming over me.

" What you say, short stuff?" He asks getting a vein to pop out of me.

" Move it." I repeat in a clearer and louder voice.

They all laugh and the man points to me," What are you going to do about it?"

I smirk as they continue to roar in laughter," You've asked for it."

When I said that, they look at me raising an eyebrow. But before they could even move, I threw the man that was in front of me to one of the nearby garbage bags getting him unconscious. The others look at me with shock and starts charging, but I easily take both their arms and flip them over. They lay on the ground half conscious as I walk towards the girl.

" You ok?" I ask as I stuff my hands in my pocket.

She nods," Ya...Thank you..."

I smile a little," Good. Be careful next time!"

Walking away from her, she suddenly shouts," May I ask what your name is?!"

Looking back to her, I smile," It's Akira Akibura. See you tomorrow, Sakura Taito."

I smile gently as I cherish the memory and look back up from the ground. We were near the gates of the school meaning we'll have to separate soon. The gate was half silver at the left as the other was gold to the right. It was the same with the ground. First, there was just one big gravel road before it gets seperated as the left had a black road and the right had a white road splitting the sections. Inside the walls, there were two grand buildings. The left side had one huge greyish building with some more little grey buildings. On the right, there was a huge white building with smaller white buildings near it. Bith the buildings look the same, just opposite of each other. When we enter past the gate with some other students, the straight path had cherry blossoms blooming and I look to Sakura as she looks at me. Smiling sadly to each other we give each other one more hug.

" See you later?" She asks getting me to nod.

" Ya. See you later." I reply as we separate from our hug to walk to separate schools.

I walk to the greyish building as she walks to the white building. Without looking back to the white building, I continue to look straight ahead. This is how the status goes in our school. The idol department students are always superior to us lowly ones. They have always thought they are better since they have special courses, but that doesn't change a thing. I stretch my arm in frustration.

" Aki-chan!" A familiar voice shouts getting me to instantly look to the source of it hoping it's not who I thought it was.

And I was correct. I slap my forehead and start rushing towards him. There, a spiky black hair boy with light blue eyes wave energetically at me.

" Oki, what are you doing here? You should stay inside due to your poor health!" I ask in concern as I stop in front of him.

Instantly, I was brought into a hug," I missed you."

" Oki, we saw each other yesterday in the orientation for Grade 8." I remind him.

He shrugs and lets me go," It doesn't even feel like that one year passed in Middle School."

" Ya." I smile.

It has been a year since we entered Middle School. Yesterday, every grade will have an orientation telling us what will happen so on. And today, it'll be a assemble with all the classes together including the Idol Department.

" Wait," I stop our conversation," does Loki know?"

Silence.

" OKI!" I shout a bit angry at the fragile boy.

" Bu...But. If I told him he wouldn't budge to let me go. He's so stubborn!" He tries to argue.

I start rubbing my temples," He's only stubborn because he's worried about you. I'm the same. We don't want you to suddenly faint in the middle of nowhere."

His face starts to sadden," Sorry..."

Sighing, I stretch a hand to him,"Come on. Let's go to class so Loki doesn't stress out at looking the whole world for you."

He nods while taking my hand and we start walking to the entrance of the school.

" Oki!!" A dark blue hair boy charges to the boy beside me.

His hair was medium-short length and it was tied into a small ponytail. He has dark purple eyes that look at Oki with anger and concern.

" Where have you been?!" Loki shouts but the other students ignore him as they're used to this scene.

" Well... I wanted to see Akira..." Oki reveals.

Loki sighs lowering his head down while rubbing his forehead," You should have told me, at least. You do not know how far and long I've searched for you."

" Sorry..." Oki apologizes lowering his head as Loki's head rises up.

" It's fine. As long as you're ok." Loki replies," Anyways, we can't waste time here. We have the assemble soon and we should go early."

Oki and I nod back to him and start heading to the gym. There were many gyms here, but their was a main gym which was huge and can contain all the students attending in Heisi Middle School. While we walk to the gym, I look around us. Regular Department Students were chatting with each other like always with cheerful smiles. A smile start going on my face as the peace in our Department is still doing fine after a year. When we arrive at the gym, there were already students attending it early. Mostly of Idol Department Students but they only ignored us while they gossiped like always. Oki takes my hand and drags me to one of the chairs near the middle of the Regular Department chairs. Loki waved us 'goodbye' as he needs to prepare back at the stage. We wave back and waited for the assemble to start. And slowly, students start to fill the chairs and finally the bell rang. The lights go off as only a spotlight shine on a man. He had dark black bluish hair with grey eyes. Our Principal is very young but still succeeded in being placed the principal of the Middle School Division. Everyone's eyes were on the man as he clears his throat behind the mic.

" Good morning, everyone. It's nice to see old and new faces in here. We welcome the new students to Heiso Middle School as you'll achieve to reach your goal. For this assemble, we'll be introducing the President for both the Departments. First, the Regular Department's President." The man introduces as he then starts walking off the stage.

In the Idol Department area, all the students boo as the President of the Regular Department starts walking onto the stage. Oki waves energetically as I let out a giggle at his reaction. There, Loki looks a bit nervous as he goes behind the mic. He bows first until he starts speaking.

" Welcome to Heiso Middle School, my name is Loki Hijika and I am the Regular Department's President. It's a pleasure to meet all of you and I'll like to..." he starts.

But suddenly a boy in the Idol Department area shouts," Boo! Just get off the stage. You're boring the hell out of everyone here."

Everyone else in the Idol Department start to do the same and Oki suddenly stands up.

" Be quiet! Just because your in the Idol Department, it doesn't mean that you're superior!" Oki shouts almost surprising everyone.

" Huh?" A boy starts walking to Oki," Is the Sicky trying to brush us off? Hilarious!"

All the idols start laughing as Loki looks at Oki with concern.

The boy that was near us then continues," The Regular Department is truly useless, all they do is yap. Useless as..."

" Please shut you stinky mouth." I finally speak getting everyone's attention.

" Wh..what did you say, little girl?!" The boy angry shouts.

I sigh as I stand up and walk a step towards him but not too close," I said 'please shut your stink mouth'. I can't breathe in this atmosphere as this gym is mainly surrounded by people like you. You guys stink the world causing global warning to increase rapidly every time you open your dirty mouth."

This made everyone's mouth drop to the ground as the Regular Department students let out muffled laughs.

" Go, Vice-Prez!"

" Tell that trash off!"

The Regular Department starts cheering as I smirk at the boy who looks at me with anger.

" Shall I continue? I have many more facts to go around at how horrible you are." I state before leaning towards his ear, "Including how you were in the girl's locker room last year."

This getsthe boy to widen his eyes in shock before clicking his teeth and going back to his chair.

The whole Idol Department area quiets down as I start walking back to my chair to get 'high fives' and pats on my back. When I sit down on my chair, the cheers quiet down as we watch Loki having a smirk while shaking his head.

" Anyways, I would like to welcome all the freshmen. Thank you. Now, I'll pass it on the Idol Department's President." He bows again and starts walking off stage.

Replacing him was a boy with long purple hair and orange eyes. He goes on the stage as he smiles cheerful.

" Thank you, Loki! And like you said. I also would like to welcome all the freshmen. I am the Idol Department President, Kei Tairo. It's nice to meet you." He winks getting swoons from the girls.

The Idol Department starts cheering for their President getting him to blush in embarrassment while scratching the back of his head.

Taking a huge breath, he shouts,"Welcome to Heiso Middle School!"

This meant the end of the assemble. Everyone starts clapping and I take a glance at Loki. He was looking at Kei with admiration and I smirked. Licking the bottom of my lip, I suddenly pinch his cheeks getting him to yelp.

" Ah! Akira! Let go of my cheeks!" He tries to order.

" Hey, it's not my fault the Prez is so depressed. Depressed of being so short and a stubborn person." I state getting the students around us to laugh.

Everyone else notice the scene and the Regular Department students starts to laugh along as Loki struggles in my grip. Letting go of his cheeks, he starts rubbing them while turning away from me who was now standing. Smirking, I jump onto his back getting him to nearly lose his balance and the kids near us jump on top of me as we try to squish our President. He starts shouting but also starts to laugh while he tells us to get off but we don't. When we finally fall, everyone erupts in a huge laughter as we get off of him. He was on his stomach as he also becomes to laugh.

" Akiraaaaa." He says getting me to flinch.

I start to back up as he rises up from the floor glaring with an evil intent. Just when I start to back up more, I hit the wall. Oh no.
