After the not so fantastic battle between Iida and Hatsume, which Hatsume made the whole match an entire advertising spectacle of her baby techies, best to say Iida felt humiliated having been used as a model for her technology and screamed to the high heavens in frustration.

Thee rest of the battles were back to normal.

Kirishima versus Bakugou was a test of one-sided endurance with bakugou going all out relentlessly releasing his quirk with precision and aggression.

Tokoyami versus Yaomomo was a little depressing, dark shadow was doing the offensive while momo couldn't create what she needed with her quirk on time, her creation speed interval was too slow in the heat of battle, something Aizawa had noticed during that match, he plans to level up their quirks on training camp later on after the final exams.

Bakugou versus Uraraka was downright depressing, without the innovative application of Uraraka's quirk and only using debris from Bakugou's outcome on the stadium, she can only so a failed sneak attack and it ended pitifully, with Bakugou standing, plain faced, although deep inside his little feelings for her was wailing to hope she faints instead of beating her up which the audience fails tl capture and insult bakugou of being weak for supposedly playing with her.

Izuku was there analyzing it all intently, his gaze just scanning over the field. He knows his match with Todoroki was close, but he wants to analyze Bakugou because he has a feeling he will be battling him in the finals, But he couldn't ignore Todoroki, he doesn't know how will he use his flames if its good or noobish and all over the place.

'i know he doesnt want to use his flames, he said it multiple times. But i want a full on fight with all of us going at our all head on, i cannot accept victory like that, my opponent willingly using half their full power disgusts me, although I haven't revealed all of my trump cards and i might call myself a hypocrite, but the difference with me and Todoroki is that he purposely doesnt want to use full power, but i dont use it because it will make the battlefield less appealing and quick.'

Right after he's done with his thought process present mic has called for izuku and todoroki to prepare in the waiting rooms.

"Goodluck Midoriya-chan, ribbit." Tsu said with her froggy smile, rooting for him like a friend would.

"Thanks Tsu, I'll do my best." He returned back the smile with his own and with a thumbs up as he used body flicker to get to the waiting rooms.

He quietly made his way to the halls to his waiting room, his face blank of expression, null of any emotions but inside he was twitching to battle again, its as if overtime, he had developed the liking for battle, especially a widespread one or war, the thought alone would excited him to the very core, making him shake from excitement imagining himself battling thousands of villains across Japan, showing off his skills and his somewhat quirk. The destruction and chaos caused by him to everything thrilled him, it wasn't normal but he couldn't help it, everything the thought was brought up he would automatically be thrilled and excited but he also has his hero side to keep that in check.

After his train of thoughts about battle he finally made it to his waiting room, and opened the door.

"Uraraka... What are you doing here?" Izuku asked while observing her body language and expression, It was as if she was about to have a breakdown right here and there. Her eyes slightly puffy like she cried a bit, her body slouched as if she cried onto a corner of a wall.

"Oh.. hey Izuku..." Uraraka's tone drifted down, confirming his observation that indeed she was close to a breakdown. Izuku approached and sat next to her as comfort, offering his hand as a grip.

"You know if you have a problem, you can count of me, your friend, ok?" Izuku offered, causing Uraraka to click and breakdown on the spot. Her wails of disappointment to herself as she couldn't accept the defeat, she needed to win, it was important for her, because it wasn't just for her entirely.

"Its... Its just that... I needed the money for my parents. I wanted to help by winning this sports festival, get noticed by top hero agencies so in the future, after we graduate, i can start earning decent amount to ease my parents, no need to work all the time, sweating, getting tired and fatigued just for me and my future's sake. I just want to repay their struggles with this as a start." She cried even louder and clinged to izuku's shoulder, Izuku just let it flow, not moving an inch as he allowed her to cry it all out, after all she was human, and needed to let it all out rather than bottling them up until it burst out and made her a wreck after that.

Amongst them, Bakugou was watching from the entrance, he felt bad for crushing her good intentions to help her parents who were willing to do everything for their daughter to he successful. He grumbled as he had seen enough and left, though the feeling of guilt was lingering, he ought to make it up to her after the festival, but right now, his main priority was fighting Izuku in the grand finals. Izuku sensed his presence before he left, and smiled at his friend, he knew Bakugou heard everything and that might set his ego to go down a bit so he can sympathize with others in the future.

"Well you can stay here for now, after all im next for the semi finals. I'll win as your inspiration to be better." He grinned widely at Uraraka which made her smile, her sadness and self disappointment brushed aside.

"Thanks Izuku. Win for you and me, your friend." She encourage, as present mic faintly said from the speakers that Izuku and Todoroki will go to the field now, He sighed as he needed to make him use his flames, to get a fair fight.

"Well im off to the field now. Go to the bleachers so you can get the best experience." He said and ran off.

As Todoroki was already first on the field, Izuku has yet to show up. Something was blocking his entrance.

"Wait-- wheres Izuku?!" Present mic said worriedly, the golden egg was nowhere to be seen, and all the audience started to murmur between themselves and others.

"If Izuku doesn't show up soon, he will be disqualified by default!" Present mic said out loud.

Madara scoffed within the sea of spectators in disgust, hid eyes scrunched in anger with the idea of someone having the same eyes as his chickening out.

"If he doesn't come out of that corner he will be punished by me for humiliating the Uchiha!" He growled in anger, Sasuke just groaned in annoyance without saying a word of reply at him. Just then before they were brought back to life here, in the afterworld he saw how Madara changed to not being Madara in the past, but as a new man no longer alone and a ghost.

Just as present mic was about to disqualify Izuku, said person jumped out of the corner in a nick of time and the audience roared in excitement at the last second appearance.

"Now that Izuku is here... CEMENTOSS! MIDNIGHT! START THE MATCH!" The walking microphone shouted and midnight appeared in the middle of the battlefield with her signal flags in hand.

"Ok i want a fair fight, alright? No killing each other intently or its a disqualification for one of you, understood?" Midnight said through her earpiece which was connected to the speakers. Both fighters nodded in agreement and midnight took the responses and back away from the area all while her green flag was raised as a ready sign.

"Todoroki." Izuku said, with his eyes glaring at him intently.

"What? Why are you looking at me like that?" Todoroki was puzzled why Izuku would have that look towards him, maybe it was he was just itching to battle like bakugou was, or maybe it was something else, because his eyes glaring at him wasn't looking like someone wanting to fight right now, it was something else.

"Use all your power Todoroki. Or i will torture you to do so right now." He said calmly, but you could feel the killer intent with it.

"Did my father bribed you with money or something? Because if so, that bastard is getting persistent." He gritted his teeth in anger that his shitty old man would go as far as to use his classmates to make him speak his words out.

"No he didn't." Todoroki went wide-eyed at that statement.

"What--?"

"He approached me with telling youe flames will surpass me as he views me an obstacle to you being his masterpiece, but that was bullshit talk right there. I wanted to say to use your full power because everyone here has been giving it their all and you've been using half of your OWN POWER! Dont you think its unfair for me and others, huh?!" He roared, and sent Todoroki in thought with himself. Yes he had been using half his power, but he viewed his flames as his father's flames that droved his mother to insanity and eventually away from him.

"ITS YOUR POWER ANYWAY! ITS ALWAYS BEEN YOURS! YOU JUST THINK ITS YOUR FATHER'S JUST BECAUSE IT WAS PASSED DOWN TO YOU! THATS BULLSHIT! ITS YOUE FLAMES AND YOU CAN DO WHATEVER YOU WANT WITH IT, STOP ALL THAT PETTINESS AND USE YOUR QUIRKS AT FULL POWER!" Thats when Todoroki was woken up to his reality. It was his quirk, his only, it didn't matter who it belonged to first, all was important that it was his and his alone and Izuku made it clear at that.

Todoroki said no word, but got into a Fighting stance. That made Izuku grin widely in excitement, as dark blue chakra began to surround him like flames, his eyes giving a red luster around them, and went into his fighting stance as well.

"GO!" Midnight yelled and the audience cheered to life by a thousand times.

Todoroki sent a wave of ice to Izuku's direction, his Sharingan doing its thing, Izuku then dodged the ice waves coming at him continuously thanks to his visual prowess, his movements were fluid and sharp, each dodge was precise in getting close to Todoroki and delivering a hit to get him off balance.

"Stop moving, God damn it." He cursed under his breath as he increased the speed of his ice attacks.

Izuku kept his movements quick and agile, adjusting to the speed of Todoroki's attacks. The blue chakra then started to surround Izuku's left hand forming Susano'o armor on it.

"TAKE THIS!" Izuku smashed the ice that was coming in front of him, causing the ice to shatter into pieces of it scattering everywhere on the field. The armor then started to form Izuku's perfect Susano'o scythe in miniature form.

'Flame control.' black blames started to surround the scythe as ice started to melt quickly near it. Izuku's then charged forward, slicing every ice attack thrown at him with his amaterasu coated weapon.

"LOOK AT IZUKU GO! THOSE BLACK FLAMES SURE ARE DOING EASY WORK AGAINST TODOROKI'S ICE! AMD QUICK TOO! LOOK AT THOSE SCYTHE MOVEMENTS!" Present mic complimented. Izuku was spinning rapidly in air, slashing and melting ice in an elegant display as the ice followed him through the air and he continued to skillfully slice every ice attack even while spinning a lot in the air. One by one chunks of ice scattered more and more on the field which made Todoroki pissed off.

"WHAT THE--?!" The audience was shocked to see what happened before their eyes.

"IZUKU IS SUDDENLY ENCASED BY THIS MASSIVE GLACIER IN FRONT OF US! IS THIS OVER ALREADY?!" The audience grew silent, thinking Izuku was already knocked out.

"Wait-- i sense something wrong back at home..." Sasuke murmured, and faced Madara.

"Madara, we need to get back home, something's wrong with inko." He said worriedly, being a sensor, Madara did felt something was wrong.

"You're right... Lets go." And just that, they used body flicker to get out of there and jump from rooftop to rooftop towards Izuku's home.

"You're done." Izuku used amaterasu on the cement floor as he stood his ground, he made a mistake and eventually sprained his hand and had to retract his weapon as well as his miniature Susano'o armor.

'Flame control!' with the mental command the flames started to move and dance around the battlefield, melting ice after ice after ice coming its way. Todoroki was forced to be at the edges since the flames were aggressively melting the ice and producing steam which blurred his vision to pinpoint his ranged attacks, he cursed inwardly and made an ice pillar to elevate himself, but to his surprise the steam was thick that he couldn't see where izuku was at all. It was all white and no view of the ground below it.

'Damn, where is he?' Todoroki frustratingly thought not wanting to take his eyes off the ground for one second.

"What--?!" He was shocked to see him jump high in the air without any support to help him.

"Take this!" Izuku threw a block of ice at his direction.

'if i use my ice, he will melt them off with his black flames. If i try to slide and evade, he'll catch up. Damn it! I guess theres no other choice but fight....' flames started to ignite on Todoroki's other side.

'With fire..!' the flames then raged and came to life, frostbite from the side effects of his prolonged use of ice attacks melting away from his body.

He aimed his arm at the incoming block of ice and blast it, effectively melting it quicker than Izuku using his next visual jutsu.

"Very impressive, Todoroki." Izuku said as he landed perfectly unharmed on the ground, but the landing created a crack on where he stood.

"Now then--"

"SHOTO!!!" Endeavor finally spoke out loud amongst the audience, gathering the attention of everyone around him.

"FINALLY HAVE YOU DECIDED TO USE THE POWER BESTOWED UPON YOU?! THATS GOOD! FINALLY YOU SHALL NOW SURPASS ME AND BECOME THE NUMBER 1 HERO!!!!" He roared out for Todoroki to hear, but tje silence of the audience made it easier for him to deliver it so.

"Words of encouragement. Kinda nice really." Izuku interrupted.

"But... This is all over with this technique!" Izuku used hand signs swiftly as electricity then coated his right hand, emitting a familiar sound of chirping birds.

"Chidori. Now its over Todoroki." Izuku then charged quickly with his body surrounded by lightning chakra helping him boost up in speed. Todoroki, on impulse, used his fire to create an area of effect attack to at least stop Izuku from advancing forward to him.

"Amaterasu! Flame control!" Izuku inserted black flames between the curtain of fire and effectively moving them aside for room as he continued to dash forward at high speed.

"Tsk." Todoroki send an ice wave to cover the floor as a panic move to at least make him slip and fall on his face. But Izuku's Sharingan responded quicker and all of his black flames then formed a barrier on his front it melted the ice near it, making everything covered in steam once again.

Todoroki had no other moves left, and decided to so an all out attack combining both his ice and fire to be released at the same time.

'i got no other choice. Im gonna use this final attack and hopefully I'll win...' he then concentrated ice and fire with his arms extended forward, taking aim.

"CEMENTOSS WOULD YOU PLEASE!" Midnight yelled and cementoss made a super thick block of cement rising in between them.

Todoroki then released his attack which was a huge one and easily destroyed the still building wall or cement that interrupted them.

"BRACE FOR IMPACT EVERYONE!" Present mic yelled as everyone ducked for cover.

BOOM!

An explosion can be heard as chunks of ice and cement flew across the whole field as debris that flung in all directions, some landed behind Todoroki.

"Is... Is it all over?" Present said with an unsure face as he couldn't see through anything with smoke obscuring their vision.

"Its over, for you that is." Izuku said as he slapped Todoroki's back with the chidori, effectively shocking him and eventually paralyzing him making him unconscious.

"He... HE DID IT! AND THE WINNER IS IZUKU! THIS YEARS GOLDEN EGG HAS PROVED HIMSELF TO BE AN ASTONISHING RARE TALENT TO BE FOUND! A ROUND OF APPLAUSE FOR THE WINNER!" Present mic yelled and the audience cheered with the winner of the semi finals.

"NOW ONLY 2 CONTESTANTS REMAIN! AND THAT'S KATSUKI BAKUGOU VS IZUKU UCHIHA! WE WILL HAVE A SHORT TERM BREAK AS WE DO MAINTENANCE ON THE FIELD AS IT WAS COMPLETELY DESTROYED!" Izuku carried Todoroki's unconscious body and began to carry him to medical to get him patched up.

"One down, one more to go."
