Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Graduation day is tomorrow. Jesus. I'm going to graduate high school in less than 24 hours. Everyone is so calm about it and I'm the only one freaking out.
I'm going to officially become a graduate. Jeez. I really want to go to college but I have to help run the pack. I don't want Augustus to be stressed all the time with the work load.
"Baby boy, I can feel your stress what's wrong?" Gus said as he entered my room plopping himself on the bed. "What am going to do for college? I don't want you stressed about the pack and I know how you get when I'm not around. But I don't want to sit around and do nothing except become a home maker."I express frantically as Gus just smirks at me.
"I was going to wait until after graduation but I should tell you now so you don't blow a gasket." Augustus chuckles as he pulls a medium size box from under the bed. It was wrapped in blue paper with a white bow on top of it.
Tearing open the paper, I gasp covering my mouth as it a Sony Alpha7 III camera. "When you were little you always enjoyed taking pictures with you mom's phone. And you still do now according to your gallery. So maybe you could become a photographer." Augustus says as I smile widely jumping on him as he finished speaking.
"Thank you. Thank you. Thank you baby." I squeal as I hug him opening the box pulling out the camera only to see other things in the box.
Pulling out a envelope, I turn it over seeing its from The Art Institute of Tampa. Opening, I read it.
"Yoshi Shiro after looking at your highschool scores we want to offer a full two year scholarship....." I read aloud as I stand from my bed calmly before jumping up and down cheering.

"There is something else there too Yoshi." Augustus laughed as he handed me the box. Reaching inside, I pull out two tickets to Tampa Bay. "I know you want the full college experience so to ensure your safety and my sanity I'm going with you. Don't worry about the pack I cleared this with them and they understand. They all hope us the best but I'll be handling online paperwork and phone calls so I will be busy but not busy enough for you." Augustus explains to me as he reaches in the box pulling two rectangular boxes out.
Taking one, I open it seeing its a simple gold necklace with Augustus's name written on it. Looking up I see he has a matching necklace but with my name. "I love it. Did you have anything to do with that scholarship?" I say as I put the necklace on.
"I only asked the head master to look at you. And he is also a Alpha that owes me a favor so you know. But you got the scholarship on your own. Now for the necklaces, I know your not ready for marriage yet so until then." Augustus says as he places a kiss on my cheek.
Turning to him, I kiss him repeatedly squishing his cheeks. "I love you so much Augustus. You don't know what this means to me." I say hugging him tightly. "I love you too baby. You earned this. Now I want you to stop worrying. The flight isn't until July 1 so we can get settled into the apartment I have set up for us near the campus." Augustus says.
"Be my model." I say as I grab the camera stand up. "Where do you want me?" Augustus asked. "On the bed looking out the window." I instruct once Gus was positioned right. I steadied my hand and snapped the picture.

"Yoshi Shiro is graduating with salutorian and a scholarship to college." The principle says handing me my diploma, shaking my hand before letting me walk back to my seat.
"Proud of you Luna! Yes, congratulations Luna Yoshi." The pack mindlinked me making my smile as I turn around and wave at everyone.
As the graduation finally ended, everyone started leaving the auditorium. "We're so proud of you Yoshi." Mom squealed as I hugged her and Dad. Looking at Dad who had streams running down his face.
"Are you alright dad?"
"Your going to be a great photographer and luna. I'm so so proud of the man, the person you have become." Dad said as he hugged me tightly. "So we know you and Augustus are going to Florida for college so me and your dad decided to get you a little something." Mom said handing me a set of keys. Looking at her with wide eyes. I press the button here a beep I turn around seeing Augustus leaning against a gray Mazda 3 with a bright red bow on the roof.
"I think I'm going to faint." I say softly as I stumble a little. "I got you. So what do you think Yoshi?" Dad asked as he steadied me.
"I love it. I love it. But how are going to get it to Florida?" I ask. "We already handled that part. Now go take it for a spin." Dad said nudging me to the car.
Smiling I kiss her cheek before running to the car looking at Augustus. "So where you want to go?" Augustus asked as he opened the driver side door for me.
"Where ever this life takes me." I say as I kiss him sweetly before putti g the key in the ignition and driving off.

The Nomad: A Starforged ttrpg Playthrough
Life in The Forge is rarely fun, least of all when you've got an AI that wants to turn you over to the authorities, a stolen ship full of creepy cult shit, and you've pissed off the only guy in the Devil's Helix who doesn't want you dead through sheer incompetence. Unfortunately for Ash, worst courier in the helix, that's his day-to-day. This is a solo play log of Shawn Tomkin's ttrpg Starforged, as such, even I don't know what's going to happen next! Enjoy the ride!
