Nathan's pov

It's been over a month since jazz collapsed. We still don't know what happened to her it's driving me crazy. I just know it had something to do with that Sebastian guy. We're still trying to locate that son of a b*tch and when we do. I'm going to kill him. Well after he tells me what he's done to jazz and how to wake her up.

He has put her through enough. He's put us through enough.

I can't even mind link her or try go into her head. We hadn't had the chance to mark each other or do anything else for that matter. I just got her back after all these years and she's slipping through my fingers again.

At least this time we know where she physically is and we could protect her body. But mentally I had no idea what she was going through. I tried talking to her everyday telling her about my day and how much I miss her. Hoping beyond hope that she might somehow magically open her eyes. I don't even know if she can hear me.

Speaking of magic I hadn't heard from Luna in over a week I tried to call her but it went straight to voicemail. It wasn't totally unheard of for her to go missing at weeks at a time if she was following a lead but I felt worried for some reason. Maybe I'd send someone to check out her place tomorrow.

I wish I could stay by jasmines side all day but I had different alpha duties I had to see to. I made sure to do my paperwork in the room so I could spend time with her. But I still have to do border control and other things.

Occasionally jasmine flinches and I think she's about to wake up and then nothing. At this point I think I'm imagining it. I just want everything to be ok. I just hope that nothing bad is happening to her.

Sebastian pov

"When will my little pet be home" I asked the witch. This was taking too long I needed her back now.

"Well sire, right now she's reliving all of her memories and with the parasites residue inside her we hope that it will trigger the girls pain and loss. As well as her guilt for everything that she did. Then the parasite can take back over her. There's just one tiny thing that could go wrong."

" it better work or it's your head. If she isn't back by the end of the week"

"Well sire it's the mate bond. The longer her mate is around her the more he slows down the process and if she wakes up when he's there it might break the spell. Especially if they make physical contact or eye contact for that matter. Also the mate bond between them is growing and the parasite well she mightn't act how you want her to"

"What do you mean". I yelled as I grabbed the witch by the throat. When she tried to speak I reluctantly let her go. My temper was getting harder to control.

"Well some demon ant of the mate bond might take hold of the parasite and instead of hurting him then leaving. She might want to stay with her mate"

I flung the with across the room as I yelled

"She is my mate, my queen, mine. That mutt is nothing her connection too me will be stronger"

She quickly scurried out of the room not wanting to face my rage. Power is fear. Fear is power.

I guess I'll just have to take my queen back home before the effect of the spell wears off. Then when I know she is completely mine. I'll send her in and she can destroy that mutts world. My plan will still go ahead. This is merely a little hiccup. His mate bond won't save him and it won't ruin the spell.

Soon my second came in.

"You summoned me Sebastian."

"Yes. I need an extraction team. It's time to bring your queen home. We need her so my plan can be completed."

"Yes sir but wouldn't you prefer to have a vampire as our queen instead of a filthy mutt"

I grabbed him by his neck my nails digging into his throat. He knew I could break it if I just squeeze a little tighter. He didn't squirm he just stayed still. That didn't make this any fun. I let him go and he fell to the floor.

"Don't ever day that about your queen again. She is vital to our plan and once I'm done with her and she's officially queen she won't be a wolf any more"

As he left the room,I pulled the book that opens the secret door. Finally reaching the lab I looked around at all the beautiful parasites that will infect the pack once they lose their alpha. The loss and despair they feel will be perfect for the parasites to take over them. And the fact that their Luna will be the one to do it will kill them inside even more. Then pack by pack I can wipe them all out. No more wolves left. Then I can take over the human world. The wolves have stopped us for too long. It's time for the vampires.
