Jades (jasmine) pov

Life was so much better now that mutt gave in bash gave us our own beautiful room. Anything I want I get. His minions are terrified of me it's so much fun tormenting them. I love to feel people's fear. Bash always says fear is power after all. I can't wait to be his queen but first I have to prove myself. Right now Bash has me in training before I can be his queen I must go on several missions to prove myself worthy. Which I am. I think he just wants to test my limits and see how successful I can be.

The first thing I did when I took control was change my name to jade. It makes most sense and it's cutting off the ties she had to her family and friends. I haven't been allowed to go on a mission yet so far I've just trained. My strength is not comparable to the people I'm training with and I've sent a few of them to the hospital wing. But I don't care. It just cements they fear they feel for me. I just feel bored now. There's nothing challenging me.

"How's my princess today" bash's voice rang through my room

I couldn't help the smile that broke on my face

"Bashey can I please go on a mission. I want to prove myself and your minions aren't a challenge."

He speeds up to me. I lower my head in submission. With anyone else I can be defiant but with bash I can't. I don't know why. I just felt the need to submit to him.

"Now princess we've talked about this you'll go on a mission when I think you're ready. And when I say so not because you demand it." I felt a gentle caress on my cheek and Next thing I knew he sped out of the room.

I was so drawn to him I just can't explain it. I guess it's how the stupid wolves feel with the mate bond. Speaking of ever since the mutt gave in she's been gone I can't feel her fighting or moving around in my head which is amazing.

Later that evening

We were sitting eating dinner and bash was sipping on some blood his pale skin looked amazing in the candle light and his red eyes were striking. I just wanted to be as close to him as possible. I was slowly moving closer to him as the dinner went on.

"So princess" his voice was so smooth like velvet.

"Yes bash" I replied straight away.

" I was thinking you're finally ready to go on a mission. With a team obviously. Evidently it'll just be something small to get you started and well depending on how it goes we'll see about future missions."

I couldn't believe it I was finally able to go on a mission. I wonder what it could be. I couldn't wait to please bash. I ran over to him and hugged him and pecked him on the cheek.

"Thank you bashy I won't disappoint what do you need me to do. O when can I go. "

"It's a kidnapping for a blood supply. You'll go tomorrow."

That ended the conversation. Soon dinner was over and I was sent to my room to review the file. I couldn't contain the excitement I felt for going on my first mission. I quickly read the file. So it was a human girl aged eight she'd be nine in a months time and she was gonna be used as a blood bag. Blah blah blah. Ok so she gets picked up every Thursday from dance and I had to lure her away from her parents before she leaves dance class.

This will be so easy. I could do this in my sleep. It won't be a challenge at all.

It was easy. I was done the job within five minutes with no complications. The kid had been dropped off at the correct point where she'll then be brought to the feeding clinic.

I wish that I had more of a challenge but I knew I had to build up bashes trust in me before I could go on the more important and risky missions. But I just wanted to be challenged and prove myself worthy.

When I got back bash praised me and he said the next kidnapping I do I won't have to bring a team and if that goes well I can go on a slightly more difficult mission. I couldn't wait.

Sebastians pov

My pet has proven herself worthy and has become more ruthless as times gone on. The little parasite is doing wonders inside of her. Mmm I can't wait to have her fully and completely. The only thing that can possibly go wrong is if she finds her mate. But that won't happen and I have contingencies in place in case it does. He'll be repulsed by her. And my little parasite won't allow the bond to form properly.

Lunas pov

I was going through yet another old spell book. I couldn't find anything about jasmines condition and when I thought I was close to finding something it would be a dead end. Nathan didn't deserve this. He's been looking for her since she disappeared he finally finds her and then it's like she's gone all over again. I think what's more heartbreaking is he knows they're mates now and he can't do anything to save her.

I needed to work harder. I finally remembered an old book I had it was a vampire one. Maybe that might have some inside. I rushed to the attic and after a quick search I found it. Remembering I need blood to open the damn thing I quickly slashed my palm and clenched my fist so the blood would drop on the book. A cold breeze blew through the room and the lights flickered and finally the book opened. I started to scan through the pages to find something that might help.

The air grew cold and something felt off but I kept looking. Finally I think I found what's happening. Then I felt something bite into my neck. I grabbed the closest thing into he table which happened to be some wood and jabbed it into the stomach of whoever was attacking me. I turned and chanted a quick spell. A circle of salt from a nearby jar formed a circle around the vampire.

"What do you want" I asked while clutching my neck.

"You're the one who's using my book"

Of course how could I have been so stupid. Vampire spell books can contain a vampire. In order for me to use the book I had to male a deal. The blood at the start is to lure them or the blood is the person who is being sacrificed.

"Ok what do you want"

" my freedom from that blasted book"

"How do you expect me to do that"

"You figure it out witch" he sneered. This is a problem I can't read the book until I've completed my end of the bargain.
