You are reading to Josie on the couch waiting for jeffrey to get done with his last scene which he should be almost done with,

then you three will be heading into town to your OBGYN,

She is having a good time siting in your lap, you are letting her hold the book as you read it to her as she smiles at you she enjoys your little alone times together just the two of you and you two to it's very nice and you can't wait for the new baby to join in down the road and instead of two it will be three of you when Jeffrey is busy then when Jeffrey is around it will a family of four.

As she nods her head and lays her head on your chest as you giggle at her, he walks over and takes off his Jacket and then picks up Josie and you get up too and you three head out of the trailer and towards his truck so you three can go into town for your first doctor appointment with your OBGYN and make sure everything is going well with your pregnancy.
