《Danganronpa ocem》Chapter 4 Part 17

Ashlyn: Okay so um... A few days before, we all went to the arcade to play air hockey. That was when we first started to suspect Sumana for being the traitor, after she hit Hanako on the forehead and strangled Sophie.
Ashlyn: We began to suspect Sumana so much, we started treating her like the enemy even before it was proven, so we tied her up in her bedroom. However, we only tied one hand, so she was always free to leave since it was completely possible to untie herself.
Randi: Something- Eek!
The claws gripped tighter.
Sophie: Shut it.
Ashlyn: Okay okay! I'll continue. I remember when I went to check on Sumana, I thought I heard a voice inside her room, now we know who it was. It was Randi, she was the one opening and closing Sumana's room door, which means she was probably hiding behind it the whole time. I would've noticed if I just looked a little harder, but...
Rachel: We all have our faults, don't worry.
Ashlyn: I don't know, this whole thing could've been avoided.
Randi: No it couldn't!
Chloe: STOP TALKING! Do you want to get sliced in half?
Ashlyn: When I took a nap that day, I went to the dream world. I remember I heard two people's voices in one of the rooms, and when I was about to enter, Sumana told the other person to hide.
Yu Xuan: That was Randi, I assume.
Randi was about to open her mouth to speak, but everyone shushed her.
Ashlyn: When I walked into the room, Sumana... Sumana had the noose around her neck and just as I was about to stop her, I woke up.
Ashlyn: And when I went to check on Sumana, that was when the door was locked behind me. We also know that it was Randi. Sumana's room was messy too, I think maybe she was struggling against Randi, I'm not sure, but it doesn't matter. She was alive when I went to check on her though, just fast asleep.

Hanako: When I went to the dream world, Sumana talked to me about how she wouldn't be around anymore. It sounded like she wanted to kill herself, so why did Randi need to do it for her? She needed to be tied up to get her to do it too, but then someone from behind placed the chloroform on my nose and after that I was just blacked out until you guys arrived and Sumana was already dead.
Ashton: After that, Randi had her mental breakdown.
Chloe: You were crying about how you were the murderer, weren't you Randi? How did we not notice that it was a confession?
Sophie: Because you all are stupid.
Randi: Don't talk like you know everything that's going on! You don't know anything Sophie, and you never will! FUCK YOU-
Hanako: Randi.
The barista stared at the ground.
Chloe: Ashlyn and Ashton brought Randi to the clinic to clean the wound that Sophie inflicted. What happened while you guys were there?
Ashlyn: We saw Sumana there, and she told us Hanako was dead, when she clearly wasn't. Her and Randi had a screaming match and after that, they both collapsed without saying the word on their wristbands.
Rachel: Well we know Sumana's word was "Traitor". Why not share everyone's since it wouldn't cost us anything now? Mine was the word "She", so I had to be extra careful not to touch the wristband screen while talking.
Hanako: That's kind of a weird trigger word, mine was the word "Please".
Yu Xuan: People heard it when you went to the dream world in front of us. Plus I think the mastermind just wanted to confuse us with ordinary words, because my word is "Is". Weird right?
Chloe: Mine was "Not".
Ashton: And mine was... WAIT- There's a pattern... My word was "Do", which sounds like a randomly generated thing, but when you join everyone's random words together-

Sophie: It creates a sentence. My word was "The".
Ashton: When you join our words together, it forms "Please do not trust, she is the traitor". Which only leaves Randi's word left.
Ashlyn: Randi, your word was your name, wasn't it?
Randi didn't make eye contact.
Yu Xuan: Wait so if we just shared our words, we could've figured it out?
Chloe: But we were told not to share it, it could've risked our lives!
Rachel: The traitor's word was just her name anyway, we could've tested all the names and it would've been easy, right? And do you really trust a deranged dream girl when she told us not to share it?
Sophie: God the traitor was just Randi anyway, she couldn't have done much.
Randi: Asshole.
Ashton: So Sumana was killed for nothing. Her death was entirely preventable and Randi just gave up so easily... Her death didn't benefit anyone. There was no reason for her to die.
Hanako: No! We can't say that yet!
Ashlyn: We haven't found the motive. Why did she want to kill herself? Why did Randi end up doing it for her?
Chloe: Well we know Sumana didn't have much to live for anymore. Her friends were dead, and she'd just found out about Miyoshi's.
Rachel: Okay, so we know why she would want to off herself, but that still doesn't explain why Randi had to force her to in the end.
Ashton: Let's go through all of the evidence and see which one relates to the motive the most.
Ashlyn: We have things like the slits on her arm, broken leg and all that, but these just show us how she was murdered, not why. How about the real world evidence?
Chloe: For real world evidence there was... Oh there was the book in Randi's room! It was labelled "For you". I wonder who it was for?
Randi: It was-
Chloe: Shhhh! The pages were blank except for the first few, but everything was smudged. It was probably Randi's, so we'll just have to pick who it was without asking her.
Yu Xuan: Maybe it was to Sumana? I mean she was the only person Randi was associated with.
Rachel: Why the hell would Randi write something for Sumana before killing her? And why was it in her room if it was for Sumana? Shouldn't it be in hers?
Ashlyn: You're right, it couldn't have been for Sumana, so who was it for?
Hanako: What other evidences in the real world do we have?
Sophie: My revolver.
(Ya'll I'm back from the dead to bring the next part for ocem!! I think my writing style has changed a bit since I last wrote here, but it doesn't matter because the story line I have in mind is still the same. For this part, I wasn't able to include any of the Danganronpa game stuffs like the argument thing but it's just because I was eager to just continue the story line and not have to worry about that, and I want to just get all the story out before I lose any motivation, so this part was just discussion without much else so I could throw out all the murder details! I'm just excited to do the reveal and execution because I have a lot planned for the end of the chapter! I'm sorry no non stop debate.. But I still have a bunch planned so I hope ya'll enjoy yknow,,)
