《Hotshot? ~{Tomboo}~》~{Chapter 21}~

I woke up to Tommy texting. I was still holding him, and I peeked over his shoulder to see who he was texting.
'Erica'
Kay but seriously- Who the hecks Erica!?
I kissed his neck, "Stop talking to Erica."
He giggled, "I wasn't."
He turned his phone off and set it aside.
"Liar." I mumbled against his skin.
He rolled his pretty blue eyes, "Whatever, now let's get up."
I let him go and he got out of bed. He stretched and then smiled, "C'mon, let's go eat."
I got up and followed him to the door. Then I remembered he had no pants, "Tommy, don't you wanna put some pants on?"
He blushed, "Oh yeah."
He went to his closet amd took out some sweats. He put them on and then we walked out. It was finally the weekend, so I could be with Tommy the whole time.
We walked down stairs and then he led me to the dining room. I'd expected to see his entire family, but there was only his two brothers.
We sat down next to each other, across from his brothers.
"Morning dumb and dumber." Tommy smiled.
They rolled their eyes.
"Goodmorning." I smiled.
"Goodmorning Ranboo." The brunette smiled.
"Mornin project partner." The pink haired one said.
"You can use his name." Tommy glared.
The pink haired brother who I believes name is Techno laughed, "I know, it's just funnier."
Tommy rolled his eyes and then food was brought to the table. We all began eating in silence till the brunette spoke, "So Ranboo. Do you like our little brother?"
I blushed, "Yeah...a lot- and not as a friend."
"And Tommy are you guys like- dating?" He asked.

Tommy blushed and shook his head, "No! I don't like him like that!"
"Excuse me, what?" The pink haired boy asked seeming shocked.
Tommy shrugged then looked to me, "I just don't have any feelings for you. I like you as a friend, but that's it."
I rolled my eyes, I'd heard this too many times.
The brunette, Wilbur, chuckled, "Tommy we're your brothers. You can't lie to us, we know you guys have gotten physical..."
I blushed brightly and Tommy did too, "Okay, yeah we're touchy....,but I already told him that for me it's just fun...I don't mix my feelings with it."
Techno raised his eyebrows, "Wow....so you toy with him knowing he likes you?....Jeez Tommy that's sorta.....brutal, no?"
"I don't 'toy' with him! I'm not playing you Ranboo!" Tommy yelled and grabbed my hand.
I squeezed his hand gently, "I know...we're only touchy cause you don't wanna hurt my feelings, right?....You don't like me...even a little?"
He laced our fingers, "I don't know anymore."
I frowned and let go.
"So have you heard of Erica?" Wilbur asked.
My eyes widened, "The girl he's always texting!?"
The brunette chuckled, "He talks with her every weekend, once he has no school."
Tommy blushed, "Not every weekend...."
"Its every weekend." Techno said.
I huffed, "Who even is she?!"
Tommy rolled his eyes, "Stop being all jealous. She's just a friend."
"From where? How do you know her? When did you meet her?" I asked.
The brunette laughed, "She's a middle school crush. They actually dated for a month or something and then she broke it off cause she moved up north."
"So she's like.....an ex?" I asked.

"Practically." Techno nodded.
"You talk to your exes?" I asked with an eyebrow raised at Tommy.
He blushed brighter, "So what? She's not a threat to you anyway....she moved."
I smiled, "Good.....,but you should really lose her phone number."
Wilbur laughed, "Tell me about it! He's been hung up on her forever."
"I'm not! She's just a good friend!" Tommy argued.
Techno shook his head, "Nope. You seriously need to cut her lose."
Tommy huffed, "Until I'm in a relationship, her number will remain in my phone."
"Great, now ask him out." Techno told me.
I blushed, "I already have...I basically ask him out every other day."
"And?" Will asked.
"Rejected every time." I frowned.
His brothers rolled their eyes.
Tommy sighed, "Okay, well I'm done eating. I'll be in my room."
Tommy stood up and walked out.
I sat there awkwardly, "Uhm...perhaps I should-"
"Keep bugging him about it and he'll come around." Wilbur smiled.
I blushed and nodded.
"And....find out why he says no. Then try and fix it." Techno said then chuckled, "Make sure he loses that number."
I laughed, "I'll try. Thanks."
They nodded and I got up and walked out. Up the stairs, then down the hall. I knocked at the door and heard, "Its open."
I walked in, "Hi."
"Hi." He smiled.
I went over and layed down with him again. Then he pulled out his phone.
"Tommy, will you go on a date with me?" I asked.
He blushed, "Like....as friends?"
"Hows....friends who like each other?" I asked.
He shook his head and started texting as he replied, "No."
"Tommy, why don't you like me?" I asked.
He sighed, "Your someone elses....I can't like you."
"You keep saying that, but I don't understand." I frowned.
He frowned too, "Someone I know.....they have a huge crush on you..."
"So?" I asked.
He teared up, "I can't lose him over some boy I like."
I blushed, "Some boy....you like?"
He wiped his face, "Stop it, I like you as a friend."
"Tommy, just go out with me. Whoever it is, will understand." I smiled.
"I can't...." he sniffled, "Now...you have to go."
I sighed, "Tommy don't push me away..."
"Leave Ranboo- you can keep those clothes, but take your jacket." He said.
I frowned, "Can I at least get a goodbye?"
He pulled me close and kissed me softly then pulled away, "Bye."
I got up and put my jacket in my bag. I picked up my bag and waved, "See you Monday?"
He shrugged then sadly waved and I walked out. Down the stairs.....and out the door.
'Someone I know.....they have a huge crush on you...'
Tubbo.
I guess I shouldn't have blown it off like nothing.
.....But how is that fair?
I don't like Tubbo like I like Tommy.
And if Tommy really likes me and is pushing down his feelings for Tubbo....then he's not being fair to himself either.
Tommy will probably get upset when I reject Tubbo, but it's my life.

Just a Game
“A great corruption is spreading. The people cry out for a savior. For a hero. For YOU! Come join the fight, as the chosen of World Tree! Receive the blessings of the gods, battle fierce monsters, and become the hero you were meant to be, in Arcanum Online!” It was the cheesiest commercial Ethan had ever heard, but the gameplay was enough to draw him - and thousands of others - to the fantasy world of Lazuros. It’s the sort of place that can really draw you in - a huge open world, a deep character customization system, and a feature that makes time pass slower inside the game, extending your limited playtime! It was a little strange, though. As if it was a bit too realistic for a game of swords and sorcery. The NPC’s seemed almost alive, most quests didn’t reset and monsters respawned slowly. Still, for all it’s quirks, it was a good game! Just a game. And nothing more. …right?
