Seokjin was there.

"Where are you going?" Taehyung asked as you were in a hurry to follow Seokjin.

"Uh, I have something I need to get done."

"Don't you want a lift home?" He asked.

"I thought you gave the car back to Hoseok."

"I'm using another friend's car now." He said. You nodded as your eyes were focused on Seokjin leaving the building.

"Anyway, I gotta go!" You said and rushed out. Taehyung looked confused.

You followed Seokjin. The sky started to darken as it was already dawn. The shoots were extra long today.

He walked up to an apartment building, but you knew it wasn't his since you've visited the fancy neighborhood he lives in with Taehyung before.

He disappeared for around half an hour, then walked out once again and seemed to be headed to the park nearby. It was already night by then, so you followed quietly.

You hid behind a bush as you listened in to the conversation and recorded it on your phone.

"Do you have it?" A middle-aged man asked.

"Hand over the money first." Seokjin replied.

The man gave him the money, and he gave him a small bag in return. He opened the bag to examine the contents, but that's when Seokjin threw in a punch. One after another, until the man was unconscious. It was a trap. He then took out a needle from the bag he took back and injected the man.

Smart, you thought. Now people or the officers would just think the man is high and got into a random fight, and Seokjin got the money for nothing in return. You had it all on tape.

You thought, mission accomplished! Until a figure appeared in front of you, Seokjin. You quickly sent a message to someone then looked at him.

"Y/n?" He said with a chuckle. "What are you doing here?"

He got closer as you walked backwards. "Just enjoying an evening walk." You lied.

"What a coincidence." He smiled, "Now be honest, why were you spying on me?" His tone darkened.

"I wasn't!"

"You think I'd believe that, I saw you recording." He said. He had you cornered towards a fence, all you were thinking about was how to escape.

"Give me the phone." He demanded. "I won't hesitate to hurt you."

He held your arm tightly as you struggled to free yourself from his grip, he snatched the phone away and watched the video.

"I actually look cool, don't I?" He grinned, as he threw the phone on the ground and smashed it. "If you want to leave in one piece, tell me, why were you following me?" His grip tightened.

"Ouch! Back off!"

"I've never harmed you, so why do you need this?" He said, looking at your destroyed phone.

"You never harmed me, but you've harmed someone I care about."

"And who's that?" He asked.

"Kim Taehyung."

Y/n has been acting weirdly for the past few days. At first, I thought it was the whole situation with Hoseok, but now, I don't think that's the reason. She's hiding something.

"Where's Y/n?" Jungkook asked me when I came back home alone.

"She has something to do." I said.

"What?"

"I don't know, she ran off after work."

"Ran off??" He started to panic.

"What's wrong?" I asked.

"Did Seokjin happen to go to work today?"

"Seokjin? How do you know him?"

"Just answer!" He was getting impatient.

"He did!" I replied.

"Crap!"

I asked him what was wrong and he told me all about what he saw with Y/n at the park the other day, he also told me about her plan to follow him.

"I can't believe she went without me." Jungkook said, sounding betrayed and nervous.

Just then, I got a message from her. It was a video of Seokjin beating up a guy, and the location.

She's smart, but now she needs our help.

"Don't touch me!" You squirmed to avoid the needle in Seokjin's hand.

But it was too late, he injected it into you. It only took a few moments for you to feel lightheaded, all you could see were blue and red hues and a few blurred figures approaching. You heard some yelling some fighting, and a few distant sirens then you fell to the ground.

"Noona!" Jungkook yelled excitedly when you woke up.

"What happened?" You asked, looking around the white room you soon identified as the hospital.

"How could you betray me!" He pouted, "You put yourself in too much danger even after I warned you."

You remembered what happened with Seokjin. "Did you guys get the video?" You sat up abruptly.

"Calm down," He said, "Everything is being dealt with right now. Taehyung's at the police station now, he showed them the video and they have proof that Seokjin tranquilized you, he's probably getting arrested."

"I hope so...let's go home." You said, and he nodded.

The next few hours were long, you waited for Taehyung to come back home but he was taking a while. Eventually, you got tired of waiting and decided to sleep. As you were drifting off to sleep, you heard a knock on your door.

"Come in," You mumbled.

The door creaked and you heard a 'sorry, good night.' You got up and called back, "Taehyung?"

He opened the door again, "I'm sorry, did I wake you up?"

"It's alright. How's everything?" You asked and motioned for him to come in. He sat on the edge of the bed next to you.

"Why did you do that?" He asked.

"I wanted to help you." You stated the obvious.

"I owe you so much."

"You don't owe me anything, I had the choice to do whatever I wanted, but I chose to help you."

"He's arrested, I don't have to pay him anything now." He smiled.

You jumped excitedly, "Really?!"

He nodded with a laugh, "I know I shouldn't do this, but thank you." He said and placed a warm kiss on your forehead, then left, leaving you speechless.
