«not knowing the way back to reality, yeah»

"Yeeun!" I heard a voice shout.

I walked for a few seconds before being stopped. My body spun around and I came face to face with Seojun. He just stood there staring at me.

I took a few steps back, "do you need anything?"

Seojun looked down at his feet while placing his hands in his pockets anxiously, "I'm sorry for what I said."

I scrunched my eyebrows, "this is your second time apologizing to me," my voice spoke in an irritated tone.

Seojun sighed and threw his hands up in the air in defeat, "I know! I know! But I meant the first and the now ," he emphasized, "apology."

I rubbed my elbow nervously and switched my attention to the ground, "it's fine," I shyly forgave him, "you really need to think before you speak," I scolded him.

Seojun slightly bowed his head down in guilt, "I just say whatever pops up in my head."

I crossed my arms, "well I think you should fix that," my voice raised itself. Seojun looked back up at me and sucked in his lips, nodding before agreeing with my advice, "yeah I'll make sure to do that next time."

I tightened my lips and turned around to continue my walk home. Suddenly I hear someone's foot steps from behind me. I snapped my head to see Seojun wandering carelessly.

He glanced at me, "I'll take you home as an apology," Seojun forced a smile and waited for a response.

I shook my hands, "oh no it's fine I can walk!"

But he didn't take no as an answer. Seojun pulled me away and led us to the school. I was confused at first until I saw him hop on a motorcycle. Seojun looked back at me, patting the seat behind him, "get on," he handed me a helmet.

I gulped before putting it on and planted myself on the vehicle. I placed my hands on his shoulders and waited for him to start the vehicle.

Seojun peeked behind his shoulder, "it's better for you to wrap my your hands around my waist if you don't want to fall," he spoke in a gentle tone.

My jaw dropped slightly, "oh," I glanced at his lower body, "okay," I hesitated for a moment before letting my arms embrace his waist.

Without warning, he started the motorcycle and began moving. I squeezed his stomach tightly in fear and started breathing heavily, "you're going to kill me!" he shouted, "stop squeezing," Seojun pleaded.

I loosened my grip, "oh sorry," my eyes couldn't even make out what we were driving past because of the speed Seojun was going at. It's almost as if he was participating in a race, expect we were the only ones. I closed my eyes in terror and tried my best to forget I even was on a motorcycle with this psycho. I had to grab onto his shirt firmly to avoid possibly falling off.

I don't understand how he enjoys this. One mistake and we're both dead. All the vehicles we drove past kept beeping at us because of how reckless Seojun was being.

"Can you please slow down?" I yelled at him. My eyes scanned the cars next to us and I whispered apologizes once I saw that they were cursing us out.

Seojun couldn't even be bothered to listen to me, he chuckled loudly before denying my request, "no!" I could feel the motorcycle speed up even more and began praying quietly to survive this trip.

Seojun finally halted once we reached a red light, I took a second to breathe and fixed my bag. Seojun turned to look at me and laughed once again, "you're lucky this is going to be the only time you ride my motorcycle."

I ignored his teasing and glared at him, "I didn't even want to get on!" The heavy beating in my heart went away and calmness overtook me once I realized I was almost home.

Seojun's playful demeanor vanished and he placed a hand on my helmet, "then get off," he said sternly.

That panic returned and I looked at him in disbelief, "no!" I shrieked but Seojun appeared to take amusement in my fear, he chuckled before turning his attention back to the road, "I was joking."

I slapped his back, "thats not funny!"

The motorcycle growled as the lights turned green, I held onto his waist and tried my best to calm myself down. Seojun immediately drove and cut off any passing cars. The sound of beeps only made him speed up even faster.

My head made up of scenarios of us getting into an ugly accident and I instantly tapped him on his shoulder, "slow down!" I begged Seojun.

Suddenly Seojun took an aggressive turn, he braked at a random street and pulled his helmet off. He turned to me and pulled mines off too, "if you keep complaining I'll make you walk home!" He put a finger in my face as he threatened me.

I raised my eyebrows and yelled, "I'll rather walk home then drive with a dumbass!"

Seojun appeared insulted, scoffing before defending himself, "this is how you drive a motorcycle."

I shook my head, "no this is how Han Seojun drives a motorcycle," I argued, "not how sane people drive."

He rolled his eyes before getting off the motorcycle, "come on," Seojun demanded. I hopped off, "where are we going?" I asked him as he turned around.

"Walking you home," he said as he wandered over towards the direction of my house.

I slowly followed behind him, "what about your motorcycle?"

He paused, "you said you didn't want to ride with me," shooting me a look as I immediately avoided his annoyed eyes. I faked a laugh, "okay but I was joking," speaking in a playful tone to calm him down.

Seojun ignored my words and continued walking. I hurried my footsteps to reach him. My eyes kept peaking at him and I noticed he was still irritated at my reaction of his driving.

"You should be grateful I offered you a ride home," he scolded me. I crossed my arms and bit my cheek, "I said I could walk home," my voice argued back.

Seojun forced a laughter and threw his hands in the air, "well now we're walking home!"

I was just glad we were only a few seconds away from my house. I shoved my hands into my bag and pulled out my keys. My feet hurriedly walked over to my front door and I waved a lazy goodbye to Seojun once I managed to unlock it.

"Goodbye," I told him but was stopped by a pat on my back. My body twirled around and there was Seojun shooting me a dark look.

"Where's my thank you?" He asked me.

I couldn't even be bothered to act kindly to him and instead responded to him in a provoking manner, "I'm not saying thank you."

I entered my house right after releasing those words. As I shut my door close, I heard him curse me out and shout fighting words. But I could only smile once I remembered I was finally at home and not on a motorcycle with that maniac.

This better be the last time I ever interact with him.
