《Desire [Newt Scamander]》Credence

The scene that lays before Newt is one of pure chaos.
Cars are smashed up across the street, glass is scattered all over from broken windows, buildings are on fire and bricks have fallen all over the ground.
He can hear Graves shouting at Credence, trying to talk to him with a mischievous tone in his voice...
Credence is not happy, the dark form he has become pulsates and screams with every word he hears and suddenly with a dark force Graves is pushed to the ground.
Seeing this, Newt jumps behind a wrecked toppled over car to shield himself.
Tina apparates Evelyn and herself into the same area, they too take cover behind a vehicle.
"I'm not staying up there waiting. He's not exactly got the best track record." Tina states a worried tone laces her voice.
Evelyn looks at Tina nodding as she follows Tina's eyes seeing Newt.
"NEWT!" Tina shouts as loud as she can, their extremely loud surroundings are making it harder to get his attention.
Luckily he spots them both and opens his mouth to speak.
"IT'S THE SECOND SALEM BOY. HE'S THE OBSCURIAL" Newt shouts to them.
"HE'S NOT A CHILD" Evelyn and Tina shout back at the same time.
"I KNOW, BUT I SAW HIM, HIS POWER MUST BE SO STRONG THAT HE'S SOMEHOW MANAGED TO SURVIVE.... IT'S INCREDIBLE. "
Newt exclaims awe apparent on his face, but not for long as the Obscurus screams again.
Evelyn makes a decision, a new found surge of confidence flows through her.
"NEWT, SAVE HIM" She shouts as she grabs Tina's hand. Evelyn pulls Tina along dashing out toward Graves.
Newt has a proud look on his face as Evelyn takes charge, worry for her still beats within his heart, but knowing she's in safe hands with Tina, he understands what he needs to do and disapparates.

Meanwhile, Graves has started moving closer to the Obscurus, as it continues to scream and wail at his presence.
He takes out his wand..
Evelyn looks at Tina, a knowing look that sends a message of what they need to do.
They both run into view behind Graves and fire at him with their wands, he turns around quickly just in the time his reaction quick and smooth.
Credence the obscures vanishes.
Graves looks rather irritated as he deflects Evelyn and Tina's spells with ease.
"You two are always turning up where you are least wanted" Graves spits out as he summons an abandoned car, flying it through the air forcing Evelyn and Tina to dive out the way just in time as the car slams into the ground.
Tina and Evelyn get themselves up but to their disappointment, Graves has Disapparated.

John Thomson is a regular college student, the kind of average person you cross on the street every day. Or at least that’s what most people assume, because he’s far from what’s considered “normal”. After all, a normal person isn’t regularly dragged into life-threatening tribulations involving fantastic creatures, otherworldly beings and people with logic-defying superpowers. Not to mention that he seems to have a knack for sticking his nose into the nefarious plans of secret societies and ancient cults. But John’s life wasn’t always such a mess: Everything began when he accidentally invented a way to rewind time… Weekly Schedule: At least a ~3.5k words chapter every Wednesday and Sunday.
8 201May Aien Have Mercy
He was a slave for life, born without a name. One of many, and yet few, that allowed the majority to live comfortably at the cost of their well being. Despite these circumstances, his kindness and righteousness knew no bounds. Not once had he resented the Gods or blamed destiny for his circumstances. Not once had he lost sight of what he believed in, no matter the cost he had to pay to do so. This was the man known by his peers as Mentor. Yet, even the ideals of such a man had one day begun to crumble under a cruel reality. An escape attempt ended in failure, resulting in a vicious punishment that led to the man's demise. He was finally able to welcome the sweet embrace of death, but fate was not done with him yet. Reincarnated into a different world, he was filled with hope for the future. Assuming it was his just reward and a chance for a new life, he set forth into the world, trying to reach towards a simple happiness, that could make him forget his past suffering. Alas, he didn't know how whimsical fate could be. As betrayal followed him with every step, he realized, time and time again, the shackles of his own destiny. Until at last, as he was faced with the injustices of his two lives, his ideals and hopes were broken beyond repair. Unwilling to restrain the accumulated hatred within him any longer, he'd finally unleashed it upon the world, where none would be spared from his hate-fueled vengeance against the world. Thus, if you dare follow Aien on his road of destruction, leave behind your morals, and witness the birth of a Demon.

Nik's life has been boring for the last couple of years. His engineering degree progresses adequately, he had some friends but not too many. But Nik's life would take a twist when heading home to take a shower suddenly stopped being an option. The sweet relief through toilet paper turned to ... well let's just say it isn't pleasant. Disappointed by the class {smith} assigned to him, with no knowledge about smithing or ore refining, he needs to survive in a hostile environment. Join Nik on his journey to survive in a world outside his comfort zone. -------------------------------------------------------- Crafting begins in the early tens. I am aware that some of the prose could be improved upon in the early chapters. I am working on redoing that right now!! It should get better around chapter 10. -------------------------------------------------------- I plan on releasing one chapter per week, this is not guaranteed since uni takes priority number 1.
8 833Life of a Core
After a disembodied voice had told him he was what amounted to an exceptionally talented rock, it had been hard to not let it go to his non-existent head. Until, random chance had decided to give him a square kick in the minerals. Which had in turn forced him to fend for himself in an unknown land, all while he attempted to make sense of his place in the world. Truthfully though, all he had really wanted to do from the start had been to bury himself a hundred feet below the ground and be left to his own devices. Yet, for one reason or another, nobody ever seemed willing to leave the dungeon-building core alone long enough to actually make one. Each chapter will average around two to three thousand words, the release schedule is still a WIP but you should expect the first six chapters to be released over the next six days. This is planned out as a dungeon building fiction, but don't expect it right off the bat! The story is a depiction of the everyday adventures (alongside an overarching plot) of what I imagine a dungeon core would experience when thrust into a random environment where everything and everyone tried to covet or eat him. I also really enjoy reading the comments and reviews people leave and would love to get some reader involvement with the story itself, likely through polls at the end of each chapter. I hope you enjoy my story! (If you feel like some of the characters seem familiar, you may have read some older work I wrote a while back under a different account. If you happen to be one of my old readers and recognize the similarities, I'm happy to have you back!)
