MARRIAGE AGREEMENTS

1) The marriage between Jeon Jungkook and Y/N is only valid for one year.

2) Jeon Jungkook needs to pay 11 billion KRW alimony (10 million USD) to his spouse (Y/N) once both parties have been divorced.

3) The child's birth must be registered in both South Korea and Y/C and will be having dual citizenship.

4) After the separation, Y/N will get full child custody but Jeon Jungkook can spend his time with the child in a given period that will be decided by a judge from Divorce Court later.

5) If Jeon Jungkook fails to divorce Y/N after one year, he will lose all of his rights as a father of his child.

6) Both parties have to follow all the marriage activities but only for business matters.

7) Jeon Jungkook is forbidden to bring any harm towards Mark Tuan during the marriage happens.

8) Y/N must follow any orders that will decide by JK Group on her as long as she is the President's wife.

This is probably a hundred times he looked at the agreement paper. It was not an empty stare but more to find a solution thought. How he's going to end this agreement without divorcing Y/N? How he's going to keep Y/N and the baby by his side forever? Winning her heart back seems really difficult by looking at how Y/N treated him. Cold and rude. Heartless and merciless. And what's making him more worrying these days is when he knew the gender of this baby last week. The director of boards totally will against it when he wanted to make this baby the next inheritor of JK Group.

She is his firstborn and of course, she's the one who will become the leader of his legacy later. But the problem is they are all still old thinking even though the company practices the new hierarchy systems a long time ago. Why did the problems always occur one by one since he left Y/N? His wealth got stolen by Jennie, the investors withdraw themselves, the one-year marriage contract, and now his own wife against his will to make their child the next President of JK Group!

"Don't you dare make her the heiress! I will never let you do that!"

"SHE IS MY DAUGHTER TOO! MY FIRST DAUGHTER AND I WILL MAKE HER THE HEIRESS NO MATTER WHAT!"

That was the first time he yelled to Y/N since they both got married and that night was totally the biggest fight like they used to have when she caught him sleeping with Jennie. And now Y/N still doesn't want to talk with him and just ignore him whenever they bumped around the house.

She may come across as hard to get, but that's because she's been through a few things, seen a few things, been there, and done that. She's cold... yes, but only because she once cared about someone who failed to care about her. She's built a fortress to protect her heart from further damage. He told her that he's different now but she won't believe it until he proves it. Words don't mean a thing, actions are everything. And now Jungkook tried every way just to win his heart back and he didn't care if it will take him forever as long she can forgive what he had done and accept him back.

I know sometimes we fuss and fight, I know sometimes things don't go right, I know sometimes I can frustrate you, and I know sometimes you get me mad. I know that you're my better half, I know without you I'm incomplete, and I know that tomorrow you won't be here with me, but you know that no matter what, you are the only one who always has a key to my heart.

"Sir, 5 out of 6 investors already agree to invest back in our company,"

Jungkook is lost in his own thought before Kino wakes him up. His almost bankrupt company is already back on track since his marriage announcement became attention to the public. He planned to launch his new brand sports car at the end of this year when his reputation is still in a peak condition as people will keep their eye on him and his personal life with Y/N, especially the awaited baby.

"What happens to the other one?"

"They are still considering the offer we gave,"

"Just say to them, if they don't want to join our company then it's their own loss. JK Group will make a lot of money this year,"

Kino nodded before he went out of Jungkook's office. As soon as Kino opened the door, Mark suddenly appeared and walks in arrogantly. Wow, this was really unexpected. Why did he comes into JK's building today? What makes him do so? There's Jungkook's secretary who seems too fearful behind him.

"I'm sorry, Mr. Jeon. I already tried to warn him,"

"It's okay, Mina. Please leave me and Mr. Tuan alone in this office,"

Both Mina and Kino went out of Jungkook's office after getting an order from their boss, leaving Jungkook and Mark who tend to have another war soon. Mark smirked towards him and sat on the couch which was provided at the corner of the room. Jungkook who was still at his desk quickly stood up and walked over to Mark's position. He's been wondering what the purposes Mark is coming by to his office today. He didn't see him since the press conference happened and Mark also didn't even come to his wedding. Ah, maybe he can't stand watching his crush be marrying his enemy. Poor boy!

"What kind of business are you coming over today, Mr. Tuan?" Jungkook began asking Mark after taking a seat.

"Just wanna congratulate you as a newlywed," Mark gave him a smirk.

"Ahh, why don't you come over to my new house tonight... I'll ask my WIFE to prepare dinner..."

"It's okay. Thank you for the invitation though. I came here today just want to give you a present for your marriage. A special present..." said Mark while handing him an envelope.

He looked at that envelope that was still in Mark's hand. What kind of thing that contains in this envelope? Mark's evil smile which didn't stop since he arrived here just made his heart uneasy. What kind of games that Mark wants to play this time? He took the envelope from Mark and ripped it. He took out a piece of paper that folded neatly in that envelope. And as soon as he read the meaning behind that paper, his eyes became widen. How did Mark get this paper?

"WHAT IS THIS, MARK?!"

"I thought you know how to read, right? Hahaha..."

"You wanna trap me, huh? This is a fake document!"

"Is it? Are you sure about that? I'm pretty sure that is your sign down there,"

Jungkook looked again at that paper. Yes, it was his sign and this paper really did come from JK Group. But he never gave his approval for this project. He is always aware of everything that he has done when it comes to his work. And this one is illegal in business authority that could make JK Group shut down forever. Mark really has gone too far this time!

"I can't believe you're a corrupt man, Mr. Jeon. Hahaha! By using low products for your damn expensive car?! Jeez, Jungkook. How is your wife gonna react later if she knows his husband going to jail soon? Leaving her alone once again with the unborn baby..."

"ARGHH! YOU BASTARD! WHAT DO YOU WANT THIS TIME, HUH?!"

Jungkook can't hold his anger anymore when Mark insulted him that way. By threatening him to report this matter to the police. He quickly gets up and grabbed Mark's collar. He clenched his fist. Seriously he really wanted to punch Mark right now but that will make him break the agreement, which is not to bring any harm towards this scumbag. He pushed Mark down on the couch back. This is only happening because of Y/N's sake.

"Let's take a chill, Mr. Jeon. I came here to make a deal with you,"

"SPIT IT OUT NOW!"

"This letter is my first warning for you. I know you will never let go of your wife so I think this kind of dealing will work somehow. So listen to me carefully, Mr. Jeon. If you won't divorce Y/N after a year, you will end up in jail for ten years, and guess what... your child will never ever know about your existence..."

Jungkook looked at Mark with a death stare look. Mark now really braves enough to play dirty with him.

"Have a nice day, Mr. Jeon," said Mark, leaving Jungkook who was still furious with Mark's threat.

"ARGHHH!" shouted him before taking a vase that was on the table and throwing it to the floor. He was so freaking mad right now.

"KINO! KINO! KINO!"

Jungkook called his personal assistant. He needs to do something to prove that he is not guilty.

"Investigate all the projects that went through from the last two years in every department! I need to know everything that happened in this company as soon as possible! And take this letter to the Head of Production and check all the items that are listed here whether it same as ours or not! I want a report about this by tonight!"

Jungkook handed the letter that given by Mark to Kino. He needs to know the truth behind this as soon as possible so that he can find a new move to attack Mark later. Kino just nodded when Jungkook instructed these orders to him and started to do his job real quick.

He can't lose Y/N and his daughter. She just became his wife for a week and now Mark already threatened him to divorce her. This just shows that Mark is really desperate to want her back! Well Mark, she never is yours from the first. Suddenly, his secretary, Mina came rushing into his office with a phone in her hands. What now?

"The maid just calls me, Mr. Jeon. She said that Mrs. Jeon was found unconscious in the garden,"
