Kim Yerim woke up to find her boyfriend clearing out part of his closet.
"What are you doing?" She asked.
"Nothing. Why are you up so early?" Sehun tossed another few shirts in a trash bag.
"I couldn't sleep. Are you moving out or something? Why are you throwing your clothes out?"
Sehun shook his head and tossed in a few pairs of jeans. "I'm cleaning out my closet so I can make room for the new clothes my personal shopper bought. I'm going to donate these to Goodwill."
"That's really sweet of you Sehun."
"Yeah, we're probably going to make a video of us doing the donation. Are you feeling better today?"
"What do you mean?"
He frowned and ran a hand down his face. "Nothing. What are your plans today?"
"I was going to try and meet with Rosé about Tzuyu's murder."
"What?" Sehun groaned. "Babe. I thought you were going to stop with this. Tzuyu's dead. I know you two were kind of friends but it's time to stop obsessing over her."
"What? I'm not obsessed."
"No? You still watch her videos. I've caught you staring at her pictures. She was a bitch to you, Yerim. She doesn't deserve you mourning over her. Even before she died, I told you she wasn't a good person. She just used you."
"This isn't about her. I told you before. It's about me and my career. If I want to take my YouTube channel to the next level, I need to step it up."
"I told you, I would-"
"No, Sehun. I don't want to collab with you. I do makeup. You have your gaming channel. They're totally different. I don't want people accusing me of using my boyfriend to build my platform."
"Then do something interesting with your videos!" He lifted the bag of clothes. "If you want to catch the attention of viewers, you need to show them you have a heart. Constantly comparing yourself to someone like Tzuyu isn't going to get you anywhere." Sehun cursed under his breath and exited past her carrying the trash bag of clothing.
Yerim watched him leave and closed her eyes. He didn't understand. Sehun was incredibly popular on YouTube. Yerim just wanted a piece of that.
"I'll do it too. I'll become YouTube famous," Yerim whispered to herself. "No matter what."

Yuju opened her eyes to see Mark sitting next to her, his head on the hospital bed. She'd been stabbed. She groaned and Mark's eyes opened.
"Yuju, you're awake."
"What happened?"
"You fell asleep after Officer Chanyeol left. The stabbing didn't get any organs but the doctor wanted to keep you overnight. Are you feeling okay? Do I need to call the nurse?"
"I have to use the bathroom," Yuju admitted.
Mark nodded and pushed himself up. "I can help you."
"No, Mark. I'd rather have a nurse. I'd be too embarrassed if you saw me using the bathroom."

"Oh, right. Of course."
"I need to call my mom and tell her I'm in the hospital."
Mark dug in the pocket of his sweatshirt and pulled out her phone. "I saved it from the fire." He handed it to her. "I turned it off last night so if you turn it on, it should still have some battery left."
"Thank you, Mark. That was very thoughtful and considerate of you."
He shrugged before yawning. "Well, I'll go get the nurse. I'll be right back."
Yuju switched on her phone. As soon as it was on, it began to ring. She answered the phone.
"You're still alive?" The voice on the other end of the call asked, a chuckle in his voice.
"You stabbed me," Yuju accused. "Why are you calling me?"
"Watch your tone."
"How do you expect me to act after you tried killing me?"
"Stop complaining. You'll live. Your wound will probably hurt like hell when it rains but I had to make everything look real. Besides, I didn't want to hurt you or start that fire, remember? Last night's adventure was all your idea."

Eunwoo was chewing his bread vigorously as he stared at Roseanne from across the breakfast table.
"So?" Eunwoo glanced between Jungkook and Roseanne. "Did you two have sex last night or what?"
Jaehyun rolled his eyes. "Will you shut up?"
Eunwoo leaned back in his chair. "What? I asked it but you were thinking it. We all left so how did Rosie end up here?"
"We called him last night about her apartment complex being on fire. Use your common sense for once, Eunwoo. It was even on the news this morning."
"How about you stop being so boring for once," Eunwoo snapped back, taking another bite of his toast.
"Ignore them," Jungkook murmured to Roseanne as he reached across the table to grab a croissant. "In case you haven't figured it out, they're always like this."
Two knocks from the wall behind them filled the room.
"Really, Giselle?" Eunwoo shouted. "You're going to take his side? Forget about me reading you any more bedtime stories."
Roseanne's eyes widened. "You read her bedtime stories?"
"Sometimes. But nothing boring like Dr. Suess. We read Stephen King."
"Isn't she a ghost kid?" Roseanne asked.
"She's dead," Eunwoo shrugged. "As a ghost, if she can't handle a little of The Shining, she should be ashamed of herself."
Jungkook stifled a laugh. Roseanne shook her head. "You guys are so much different than I thought you were."
"What did you think of us?" Jaehyun asked.
"I don't know. You all joke around, yeah, but you still came across as these really mature funny guys. Now, I think you're really just frat boys who don't go to college."
"I'm cool with that," Eunwoo said. "So, you know about Giselle, huh?"
"She's a ghost-hunter. I couldn't exactly hide it from her," Jungkook said, as he spread some jelly on his half-eaten croissant. "You don't think she would've noticed all the knocking?"

"Bad plumbing," Jaehyun suggested. "Works every time."
"She's going to be one of us," Jungkook continued. "There's no reason to keep it a secret."
"I'm actually pretty excited about it," Eunwoo said. "When can we start planning who we're going to investigate?"
"We? I thought it was just going to be Rosie," Jaehyun said, turning to Jungkook for clarification.
"We might help if she needs it but only her videos will lead up to us solving Tzuyu's murder," Jungkook answered.
"I vote for Yuju as Tzuyu's murderer," Eunwoo announced. "She lied to Rosie about who she is, which is super shady. Plus, she got stabbed."
"How does her being stabbed make her a suspect?" Jaehyun asked.
"Because only bad people get stabbed."
"Not true."
"Fine, you're right, Jaehyun, that's not true. Still, she was stabbed last night. How do we know she wasn't in on the murder and it wasn't her partner who stabbed her?"
"That's really far-fetched," Roseanne said. "It couldn't have been Yuju who killed Tzuyu because she was working that night. Mark refused to come to the party because he knew she was working that night. He wanted to work too."
"Again, your friends are incredible," Jungkook said humorously.
"I'm telling you, she probably had a partner. What if she hired a hitman?" Eunwoo stood. "What if she was secretly jealous of Tzuyu and wanted her gone?"
Jaehyun took a drink of his coffee and shook his head. "There's not a strong enough motive for her to kill Tzuyu. Unless something happened that we don't know about."
"What if Yuju was obsessed with Jungkook? Tzuyu dated him. Yuju goes berserk and gets a hitman to kill her."
"Do we have any other suspects?" Jungkook asked. "I mean, something is definitely up with Yuju but I have a feeling it isn't her."
"This is not how they do things on crime shows," Eunwoo whined. "We need a dry erase board so we can write down all of our suspects."
"We aren't detectives in a crime show," Jaehyun reminded him. "If it's not Yuju, I'm voting for Kim Yerim, Tzuyu's best friend."
"Yerim's nice," Roseanne said. "But she surprised me with that photograph of Tzuyu and Jaehyun kissing when we did that Seonghwa Spills video."
Jaehyun mumbled something under his breath and continued eating.
"Sorry about that," Roseanne whispered to him. "I don't know why she'd kill Tzuyu. The only reason people watch her channel is that she was Tzuyu's friend. I'm not an active viewer of the beauty community but I checked her channel out. Most of the comments on her videos were about Tzuyu or asking questions about Tzuyu. This was even on her old videos before Tzuyu was killed."
"You think Yerim was jealous?" Jungkook asked.
"Maybe Yerim was secretly obsessed with Jungkook. Tzuyu dated him. Yerim went berserk and killed her," Eunwoo suggested.
"I think you're the one who's obsessed with Jungkook," Jaehyun muttered. "Contrary to what you believe, not everyone wants to get into Jungkook's pants."
Eunwoo turned to Roseanne. "Is that true? Do you want to get into Jungkook's pants too?"
Roseanne felt her cheeks heat. "I honestly hadn't thought about it. So, no?"
"That sounded more like a question than a definite answer. I'm going to say you do want to get in his pants."
"Do you two mind?" Jungkook spoke up. "We're trying to have breakfast. Rosie's apartment burned down last night. The last thing she wants is to be asked idiotic questions first thing in the morning."
"Your apartment burned down?" Jaehyun asked. "Like the entire thing?"
"Pretty much. I thought it was on the news."
"It said Yuju was stabbed but it didn't say anything about the damage the fire did. I'm sorry to hear that, Rosie."
"I have a knack for attracting bad luck," Roseanne admitted. "It's a good thing we're investigating Tzuyu's murder. It's a good distraction."
"I can't think of any other suspects," Eunwoo said. "So, are you going to stay here while they fix your apartment?"
"I'm not sure," Roseanne answered. She was trying to keep up with the conversation and Eunwoo tended to bounce from one subject to the next.
"She is," Jungkook answered for her.
Roseanne chose to ignore him. "There is one more suspect."
All three males turned to her. "Who?" Jaehyun asked.
"Clinger."
"Who is Clinger?" Jungkook frowned.
"It was the name of someone Tzuyu mentioned in her diary."
"You read her diary?"
"No, but Yerim did. She said there was someone that was bothering her. Tzuyu referred to him as Clinger."
"That's stupid," Jaehyun snarled. "We can't take clues from Tzuyu's diary. She was deluded into thinking everyone was infatuated with her. We'll be going on a wild goose chase if we try to figure out everyone in her diary she wrote was obsessed with her."
"That's true," Jungkook admitted. "Tzuyu tended to think everyone was secretly in love with her. She thought she could get any guy she wanted."
"I hate to talk bad about the dead," Eunwoo said. "But she was crazy."
"Even if Tzuyu was a narcissist, we can't rule out this Clinger person," Roseanne argued.
"Rosie's right," Eunwoo said. "What if Clinger was secretly obsessed with Jungkook? Tzuyu dated him. Clinger went berserk and killed her."
Everyone at the table groaned.
"What?" Eunwoo shrugged. "I bet you I will end up being right."
"I actually have another suspect," Jungkook said. "What about Rosie's landlord?"
Jaehyun and Eunwoo looked at one another to share a disappointed expression.
"Why would Rosie's landlord want to kill Tzuyu?" Jaehyun asked. "How would the two ever cross paths?"
"Jisub is an offensive character," Roseanne added. "Still, I don't think he killed Tzuyu. Unless you can tell me how the two are connected. Tzuyu wasn't secretly into going to strip clubs, was she? Because that's usually where you can find Jisub."
