"Pfft- hey, shortie, let's see if you can jump as high as I can." (Y/n), the second year newly-joined middle blocker, smirked.
Hinata gritted his teeth. "Of course I can!"
"Well, let's hope your money is where your mouth is."
Hinata jumped up. "333 cm!"
(Y/n) smirked, and jumped as high as he can.
"Whoa! 401 cm! That's a new highest for the team!" Yachi announced.
Tsukki chuckled. "So, looks like you ended up losing to someone who hasn't even been playing volleyball for a month. Congrats."
Hinata blushed in embarrassment. "Shut up!"
(Y/n) smiled. "Well? Where's your "of course I can" now?"
Tsukki really liked (Y/n), ever since he joined the team they spent a lot of time together. They were similar in several ways. Their attitude, their height, their values, etc.
"By the way, Tsu, do you wanna go to the cafe again today?" (Y/n) asked.
"Hey, that's supposed to be a secret." Tsukishima scoffed.
"Really? I don't remember."
Tsukki shook his head. "Sure. But OK, I'll go."
"Go where?" Kageyama asked.
"To my Nona's." (Y/n) replied.
"What's a nona?" Hinata asked.
"Let me guess. Nona ya business?" Suga asked.
"Nona is my grandmom." (Y/n) replied.
"Hahaha, you thought we'd be so low as to do "nona ya business," Suga-san? That joke's already been taken by ATLA." Tsukki laughed.
"This is a waste of time. Let's just go before it goes dark." (Y/n) remarked.
(Y/n) grabbed Tsukki's hand, and walked away. Tsukki blushed a bit, and they went to a cafe that (Y/n)'s grand-mom owned.
"Nona!" (Y/n) smiled.
"Hello Yamashita-san."
"Oh, hello again, you two. What do you wanna eat?" Nona asked.
"Strawberry shortcake again, please."

"(Desert name) would be nice."
"Of course, just sit down."
(Y/n) and Tsukki sat down on their seats, and Tsukki was having an internal battle on whether he should confess or not.
"So, (Y/n)... I..."shit, it slipped right out-
"Hmm? You what?"
Tsukki averted his eyes. There's no getting out of this already. "I... like you..."
(Y/n) chuckled. "You do?"
"Yeah."
(Y/n) hugged Tsukki. "I thought you wouldn't tell me, I've figured already. And for the record, I like you too."
"Wait... so you just wanted me to say it, you've already figured."
"Yep."
Tsukki sighed. "If I'd known, I wouldn't have told you."
(Y/n) chuckled. "Well, dear, it's a bit too late."
Tsukki rolled his eyes at his crush's antics, but finally hugged (Y/n) back. "Oh, whatever."
Yamaguchi went to his shift at his job earlier than usual. He wanted to go see... something special. He entered the shop through the back door, put on his apron, and went to the store's front.
There, he saw Tsukki and (Y/n) hugging each other. (Y/n) was asleep, and Tsukki was playing with the aforementioned male's hair. The reason Yams hadn't said a word to Tsukki about him hanging out with (Y/n) is because he was internally shipping them. Yamaguchi smiled silently as the peaceful atmosphere engulfed the customers and himself.
