《Haikyuu!! x Male reader one-shots》- Kageyama Tobio -

"(Y/n), what took you so long?" Tobio pouted at his boyfriend, (L/n) (Y/n).
"Oh, sorry Tobio! I'm not familiar with your part of Miyagi." (Y/n) admitted. "I might've accidentally went to a sex club instead of here, but that doesn't matter."
"... OK, then." Tobio said as he pulled (Y/n) into the fancy restaurant. They were on a date that night. (Y/n) had made a reservation at a fancy restaurant near Tobio's house, and the very person who booked a table... got lost.
"Welcome, sirs. Did you book a reservation here?" a waiter asked.
"Yep, we did." (Y/n) replied. "We booked it under (L/n)?"
"(L/n)... oh, right. This way, sirs."
Tobio and (Y/n) followed the waiter to their table.
"Here's the menu. Take your time."
The waiter walked away, leaving (Y/n) and Tobio to chat.
"What do you want? Tonight it's all on me." (Y/n) said.
Tobio blinked. "Uh, it's OK, you know? We can split the bill-"
"That's nonsense. I have money. I get paid almost ¥4000 an hour to perform some songs on the violin, it's fine." (Y/n) said as he flipped through the menu.
"If you say so."
"Mhm, so what do you want?"
Tobio sighed. "I guess... salmon pasta with some fries on the side."
"OK. I'll have (whatever you want :P). How about drinks?"
"... milk."
"Of course."
(Y/n) called the waiter over, he took their order, left, etc.
"So, how's volleyball lately?" (Y/n) asked Tobio.
"Fine, I guess. Just the usual. Hinata is still a boke, Tsukishima is a fucking beanpole." Tobio replied. "What about your... concertos? Or whatever it's called?"
"Hmm, well, they're fine. I get money, I do what I enjoy, everything's great." (Y/n) said.
"Yeah, that's cool. I wish I got paid for volleyball." Tobio groaned.
(Y/n) laughed. "What can I say? It's a perk of being well known. There's a lot of opportunities to get noticed by big orchestra bands, and whatnot. Not to mention, I play at concerts, bars, and other cities and countries."
"Damn, OK, sir. No need to flex your wealth and fame on me."
.
.
.
Tobio wanted to stay over at (Y/n)'s tonight, since everybody at his house was gone, and he had autophobia . (Y/n) walked into his house.
"Welp, welcome to my new house." (Y/n) exclaimed as he turned on the lights in his house.
"Did you pay for this by yourself?" Tobio asked.
"Yeah. It's been a while since I actually felt free to do what I want." (Y/n) answered as he put his violin on the floor.
.
.
.
It was late at night on a Tuesday. 2 am. The two boys were just about to go to sleep, but a sudden doorbell ring interrupting them.
"What the fuck? Who the hell is here so late at night?" (Y/n) asked.
"Maybe you should see the person." Tobio suggested.
"Sure."
(Y/n) walked to the door, and looked through the peephole to see who it was. It was who he subconsciously expected. His. Worst. Fucking. Nightmare. He shivered, and pressed at the speaker.

"What the hell do you want?" he asked.
"What a way to greet your family, (Y/n)." his mother said.
"You kicked me out for not playing sax as well as Eiichi, took me back in when you got into legal trouble, then discouraged and bullied me for not playing sax unlike the rest of you." (Y/n) deadpanned.
"Well, we heard that you're playing violin as a pro now, and decided to pay you a visit from Tokyo. We just wanted to see how good you were doing, leaving us behind." (Y/n)'s mother replied, trying to guilt trip him.
"I left your house because you were a reason for my deteriorating mental health. And why now? It's the middle of the night. My partner and I are trying to sleep." (Y/n) said. "Come back another time."
"(Y/n), we don't have a place to go." (Y/n)'s brother, Eiichi, told him.
"And I don't have a place for you to stay. I only have one bedroom." (Y/n) replied.
"Then give up your bedroom for us! Sleep on the couch or something!" (Y/n)'s dad yelled. (Y/n) facepalmed.
"Why don't you sleep on the couch?" (Y/n) asked in an annoyed tone. He was really getting tired of this interaction.
"We are your family! I demand that you let us in now, and we will take your bedroom for the remaining time we're here."
"With all due respect, if you've told me you'd come over, I could've booked a hotel for you or something, but you decided to show up unannounced and uninvited. And if you want to sleep on a bed covered in semen from 5 minutes ago, then I welcome you to. But if you'd excuse me, this conversation is tiring me, I will be going now." (Y/n) said as he walked back to his room.
"Who was it?" Tobio asked hoarsely.
"My parents and brother." (Y/n) answered. "They wanted us to give them the bedroom."
Tobio chuckled. "Well, they'd be in for a surprise."
"Yeah. I didn't let them in, though."
"Hmm. OK, let's go to sleep."
.
.
.
"(Y/n)." Tobio's raspy, and panicked voice echoed (Y/n)'s ear.
"Hmm? What?" (Y/n) asked.
"There's- I went out to the hall to go to the toilet, right?"
"Mhm... is the toilet overflowing?" (Y/n) asked as he got up.
"No... uh, so I walked down the hall to go to the toilet, but there were like 3 people in the living room area, and this woman was demanding that I cook for them. I told her that I don't have time to cook, and that I need to go to school, and she flipped out on me. The weird thing is I think she might be your mom. She was like... going ape shit on me and saying like... "how are you going to be a good daughter in law for me and how are you going to look after my son?" or something like that, which is very weird because I told her I was a dude, and she didn't believe me?" Tobio explained, still confused about the earlier interaction.

(Y/n) was confused as well. "Wha- OK, from what I remember from last night, I definitely didn't let them in. I'll deal with this just go do whatever you were doing, OK?" (Y/n) said as he hopped out of bed.
Tobio nodded, and walked to the toilet.
(Y/n) went to the bathroom in his room, bathed, brushed his teeth, got dressed, and went out of the room.
"(Y/n)! Why have you decided to date a girl with no skills?! She can't cook!" (Y/n)'s dad exclaimed.
"Oh god... he's a fucking male, a cis gendered male volleyball player on a male volleyball team, first of all. Second, I literally didn't even let you in?!" (Y/n) said.
"We're your family, (Y/n). You can't just leave us after you've gained success! It's unfair!" (Y/n)'s mother exclaimed.
"Well, as much as I really didn't want to, I didn't really have a choice for the matter of leaving. You literally taunted me when I started playing violin when I was 13, so 4 years ago. And now that I have money, fame, and success, you want to have me back. And not to mention the fact that you called my boyfriend useless because he can't cook for you at the moment is extremely, and utterly ridiculous, and dare I say selfish. You have money, you can go anywhere in Miyagi, and you'll find many convenience stores, and restaurants to eat at.." (Y/n) deadpanned. "With that being said, please leave me and my boyfriend alone, and get out of here before I call the cops. You were not welcomed in the first place, and never will be welcomed without permission."
That seemed to scare them off, because they just left.
"(Y/n)... do you not wonder how they got in?" Tobio asked.
"Hm- oh yeah, how did they get in?" (Y/n) realized, slightly panicked.
"Yeah... they broke through the big window in the backyard. I think you need to get that fixed..." Tobio said as he pointed to the window he was referring to.
"Holy shit... ugh, what the fuck. They destroyed that window? That was the mosaic window." (Y/n) sighed frustratedly. "Fuck my life. Whatever, I'll call someone in to fix this later."
"Right. Uh, I really need to go to practice, I'm already late." Tobio said as he leaned on (Y/n)'s shoulder.
"Of course, let's go."
.
.
.
"Guys." Tobio said to the Karasuno first years. "Someone I know wanted to invite you guys to a violin concerto."
"A violin concerto?!" Hinata yelled. "... what's that?"
"It's a solo show for violins with an orchestra playing with the violin, you idiot." Tsukishima replied.
"... oh! I knew that." Hinata grinned triumphantly.
"Sure, sure." Yams sighed as he shook his head.
"So, are you coming?" Tobio asked.
"That sounds amazing, of course!" Yachi exclaimed.
All of them agreed to go to the violin concerto, and to meet up at the train station an hour after.
.
.
.
Tobio, Tsukishima, Yachi, Yamaguchi, and Hinata were on the train to the concerto.
"Kageyama, where is the concerto?" Yamaguchi asked.
"At Shiratorizawa. The orchestra is Shiratorizawa's band, but just about anybody can go watch." Kageyama explained.
"Who is the violinist? Is he a part of Shiratorizawa's band or is he a guest." Yachi asked.
"He's a guest. He's a professional violinist, you possibly have heard of him." Tobio informed him.
"What's his name?" Tsukishima asked.
"(L/n) (Y/n)."
"Oh my gosh! That's so cool, he's a professional violinist!" Hinata exclaimed. "My mom loves to listen to his album while doing the laundry!"
"Uh, OK."
.
.
.
The concerto was over. The play was very impressive, and the whole audience were left astounded. His play was definitely better than on TV or on spotify. Even Tsukishima was impressed.
"Wow, that was awesome." Hinata said.
"I know, right. I really liked that as well." Yamaguchi said.
"Yeah. kageyama, thanks for taking us he-"
Yachi stopped mid-sentence as she noticed Tobio was gone.
"Where's the king?" Tsukishima asked.
"Oh no! I'll call him!" Hinata exclaimed.
.
.
.
Tobio walked out of the auditorium in Shiratorizawa. He was trying to find (Y/n), so he can introduce him to his friends.
"(Y/n)! (Y/n)!" he shouted as he walked nearer to his boyfriend.
"Oh, hey, Tobio. Did you like the concerto?" (Y/n) asked.
"Yeah, it was nuff- uh, knife- nice, dammit."
(Y/n) chuckled. "Thank you, I appreciate the fact that you thought it was 'nuff'."
"S-shut up, OK? Anyways, I want you to meet my friends back in the auditorium." Tobio said as he grabbed (Y/n)'s hand.
"Well, lead the way, mi rey."
.
.
.
"Uhhhh, he's not picking uppppp!" Hinata exclaimed.
"Oh, there he is." Tsukishima said as he pointed to Tobio who was dragging (Y/n) along with him. The four Karasuno students couldn't see who he was taking with him.
"Hey guys." Tobio said.
"Huh?! Isn't that the violinist?!" Hinata asked.
"Yep. I'm (L/n) (Y/n), Tobio's boyfriend." (Y/n) said as he bowed down.
"Kageyama is dating someone?! Nevermind the fact that he's even a famous violinist?!" Yamaguchi said, shocked.
"Oh my gosh! I'm Hinata Shoyo, Kageyama's teammate, and friend! My mom really likes your violin plays! We're really big fans of you! It's an honor to meet you!" Hinata exclaimed all at once.
(Y/n) blinked. "Nice to meet you too?" (Y/n) chuckled.
"Tsukishima Kei, nice to meet you." Tsukishima introduced himself.
"I'm Yamaguchi Tadashi. I'm Tsukki's childhood best friend."
"Yachi Hitoka, Karasuno volleyball club's assistant manager." Yachi introduced himself.
"Very nice to meet you all. I hope you enjoyed the show."
"The show was very good."
The 6 chatted for a while until each of them had to go back home. Tobio and (Y/n) were actually on their way home as we speak.
"So, how'd you like the show?" (Y/n) asked.
"A lot. You're so perfect, it's unbelievable." Tobio commented.
"You are too."
"We're perfect for each other... I'm glad we got together."
"Me too."
