"Oh what a surprise, to what do I owe this pleasure to?" All for One cackled.
Toshinori stiffened, feeling on edge. It didn't matter that the number one villain was in quirk canceling cuffs, a straight jacket and on oxygen. This villain was trained to be elite.
There was a glass window separating the room also. Bullet proof--quirk enhanced glass. The visitors could only see and talk to the villain, plus both rooms were monitored 24/7.
"Oh, but we have some interesting news." Nezu steps forward, taking the right chair in front of the window. Both rooms were two slightly off hues of white. It bugged Toshinori as he looked for multiple exits. There was only one.
"Ah yes, and what might that be?" The Villain leans forward in his chair to the best of his ability.
"Well, we have a concern about one of our heroes in training. They have gone off the grid and cannot be found." Nezu flashes his paws and shifts to sit criss-cross applesauce.
"Ha! Did Tomera manage to steal another of your brats? Did you all fail another kid?" There was a humorous glint to All for One's aura.
Nezu matched the glint with equal exuberance. "Actually, no. He has become immune to all quirk related things. He cannot be traced, tracked, or found using quirks. And we have reason to believe he has gone off the grid for one purpose...."
Nezu paused for dramatic effect.
Toshinori shifted his weight, he felt like a little kid staring at the store shelves while his parents try to outsmart their old rival from high school.
If he sat down in a chair now, the attention would be turned to him.
He is already about to vomit under pressure, he doesn't need more attention.

"Well, are you going to actually inform me?" Asked All for One, mildly annoyed.
"We think he is trying to take down the League." Nezu looked at his paw, seemingly analyzing it.
"Ha ha! Well that's impossible because my League has the best quirks and could take him down quickly and efficiently. He is no match for their power. Not to mention he won't know where they are even located." The cuffed one mocks.
"Izuku Midoriya is quirkless now. But quirks also don't affect him. Quirk-touched objects cannot trace him. Your League of Villains cannot harm him." Nezu replies with calm malice.
All for One froze, his grin dissipating. Izuku Midoriya. He had seen the kid in action and studied his personality. Quite an interesting kid. Quite an obstinate kid.
Powerful too. Moreso now than ever before. If what they say is true...then that means....
"We believe he is going after the league, but since we do not know what he is going to do, we wish to find him first. Preferably before he attacks but it seems we might be too late. We need to make sure your group has not been injured and catch our student." Nezu continues. "To save Tomura Shigaraki and the rest, we will need your help to know where their new base is."
There was a long silence that followed the conversation.
Tohsinori's shoulders were stiff with stress, Nezu was intense yet relaxed, All for One was growing increasingly wary.
If the kid really is quirkless, he no longer has One for All, meaning it is gone forever as long as the kid dies. That was my goal--for it to be gone. Unless it transferred back to All Might to be re-passed on? But the quirks cannot be useful on the kid. Most quirks in the league are offensive, so if the kid takes out the defensive ones, then there is no good retreat. I know they have no Nomus on the base, even if they were they have been touched by many quirks.

The battle will probably be more mental...and since many of the members have trauma that have yet to be dealt with, this might be an issue. The kid has an upper hand.
The kid has gone rogue.
This doesn't look good for the league. Yes they are powerful, but against a wild card...
All for One made his decision.
