*All told in Darth Vader's POV*
Rumors. That's all I hear. Rumors about my wife, that she has finally awaken from the coma that she was in. But I didn't believe it for one second, I would have sensed it if she has awaken. But there was this fear inside of me, knowing that if she is alive, I would have to do the unthinkable. The Emperor does not like distractions.
I was walking through the halls of The Death Star, and one of the Emperor's men came to me.
"Lord Vader, you are wanted by the Emperor." He said, and I started walking to the Emperor's chambers.
I used the force and slid the large door open.
"Ah, Lord Vader..." he hissed, while facing the big window looking out into space.
"Master?" I asked, and bowed.
"It seems that there have been rumors... Rumors about Anakin Skywalker's wife's appearance..." He said.
I looked down, and my breathing has hitched, "I've heard them too. But I know I would have felt something, a disturbance." I said.
"I want you to find out if these rumors are true, lord Vader. I know she is alive, but I don't know where." He said, as his chair turned around to face me.
I stood up, "W-What do I do if I find her? What do I do if these rumors are true?" I ask, and the emperor stands up, and walks back up to the big window. Silence lingered thick, and heavily in the air, this silence was the most terrifying part. It was like right before a bomb went off, that kind of silence.
The emperor finally spoke, with venom in his voice, "Kill her."
I looked up, "Kill her. There shall be no distractions, lord Vader."
"Yes. It shall be done." My voice boomed through out the room, making a few of the emperor's men jump.
I walked into the main hangar, "Admiral, have my ship ready to go." I said, and walked away.

"Yes, lord Vader." He replied back.
I thought to myself, If these rumors are true, Y/N would be on Coruscant. She would have to be, that is where she fell into a coma.
I walked into my ship, and set its course to the Coruscant System.
*Time Skip brought to you by R2D2*
After landing on Coruscant, I exited the ship, I felt a feeling that I haven't felt in a very long time. This feeling brought back many memories of my former self, as Anakin Skywalker.
Flashback
"Anakin!" She yelled while I was tickling her sides, "S-Stop!"
I was laughing right along with her, and for half a second I stopped, and she pushed me back to where she was on top of me. I looked into her beautiful Y/E/C eyes, and she looked back into mine.
"I love you, Y/N."
"I love you too, Anakin."
*End of Flashback*
I walked into a building, not just any building but the building we use to live in. People stared, and fear radiated off of every single one of them. Some of them gasped, some held their children close, and even some bowed down to me.
I found our old apartment, and used the force to break the lock, everything was still the same. I walked into each room, and she wasn't here.
I found a picture of the two of us. In the picture I had a hand on her pregnant belly, staring at her, and she had a smile on her face.
I put the picture down, and walked out to the balcony that looked over the entire city, as I touched the railing, another memory started playing. It was the day I proposed to Y/N.
*Flashback*
I walked up behind her as she was looking over the city. I put my head on her shoulder and kissed her cheek, and stood next to her. I was watching her, she closed her eyes, breathing in, and the gentle breeze pushed her hair back. That's when I decided to propose to her. I took her hand in mine as she opened her eyes, and she turned around facing me.

"Y/N, we have been together for six years, and they have been the best six years of my life. We were made for each other, and I can't imagine a single day without you in my life. Will you make me the happiest Jedi, and marry me?" I ask, and she has tears running down her cheeks.
"Yes, Anakin! I will!" She says, and she pulls my face down and kisses my lips.
*End of Flashback*
I take my hand off of the railing quickly and continue to look around.
All of the memories, these visions of Flashbacks, meant nothing. But they do. Those memories were from my past self, and they meant absolutely nothing. They still mean something to me now. I was just trying to trick myself into thinking they were nothing, but they meant something to me.
The presence I felt earlier was stronger than ever. I turned around and I see her, Y/N was standing right in front of me. She didn't fear me, but I feared what I had to do.
I looked at her, she didn't change, her Y/C/H was longer, her big, Y/C/E eyes still shined. How could I kill her?
"Who are you?" She asked with a questioning look, and I didn't want to tell her.
"Darth Vader." I said, and my robotic voice must of scared her because she jumped a little bit.
She looked at me, and her eyes widened, "Anakin?" She said.
I knew she was force sensitive when we first met, but she didn't want to be a Jedi. And I'm glad she didn't want to be one, or else I would have had to kill her a long time ago. But I do now. That's how she knew it was me, we were linked together, we knew when one of us were hurt, or sad.
She began to walk slowly towards me, and she put a hand on my shoulder. I flinched and she didn't move a muscle, "Anakin, what h-happened? Why did you do it? Why did you turn?" She said, tears brimming her eyes.
I looked down, and never answered her. I ignited my lightsaber, and was about to swing, her eyes were closed, like she was accepting her fate. All of these memories came rushing back, when we first met, our first kiss, and our sweet nothings came back to me.
I put my lightsaber away, and she opened her eyes, "Leave now, Y/N."
She started walking towards the door but turned around.
"I love you, Anakin. Even what you have become, you will always be Anakin Skywalker to me, my husband. And I love you." She said and walked out the door.
"I love you too...." I whispered, and I could feel a tear under my mask. It was time to go back and tell the Emperor.
I walked into the Emperor's chamber,
"Lord Vader, did you find her?" He asked turning his chair to face me.
"No, master." I said, and he stood up.
"She is the least of our worries now, I am sure. She won't be a distraction, will she, lord Vader?" He said, walking towards me.
"No. She won't. She was apart of my past. And means nothing to me." I lied. She still means everything to me.
"Good, Good." The emperor said.
I went back to my room, and sat down I was feared for my wife. I feared that she would get hurt. I feared that the emperor would find her and kill her himself. It hurts that she's finally awake and I can't be with her. I made a mistake. A big mistake.
