Everything was different. I stared in mirror at my belly growing. It wasn't as big as I thought it would be at this point. But I read for women who are active it's normal to have a smaller belly. Still it worried me, I only found comfort in when I'd feel the child move and kick.
I looked at my face, hard and beaten now. This war has changed me. Again, I was alone. It's been a month without Caleb, and I could only imagine where he was now.
I had received word that the Chancellor has been kidnapped my General Grievous. I requested to be put on this mission. I will not lose another person important to me because of this war. So now I return for the first time.
I have only been on other worlds since Caleb left. Again, I refuse to return to Coruscant to face the council.
Anakin hates that I won't see anyone besides my fleet and danger. He thinks I do this personally. But I didn't care. I felt my soul spiraling down so quickly. I felt my heart ache every passing day. That child was my responsibility, and I failed him. Everything I believed in, failed him. He was my child. How could I ever be a parent to Anakin and I's real child if all I knew failed.
I fell asleep every night to nightmares of failing Anakin, and delivering still born children. I was so concerned for these babies. Every night the nightmares developed, they grew scarier and more real. The one that occurs the most is the most frightening of all:
I laid there.
Breathlessly I gave the last push.
But the only crying came from myself.
The hand I was holding released mine.
The ringing in my ears was too loud.
I could feel them.
They were alive.
Why were they telling me they were dead?
They were alive.
Anakin was so disappointed.
He cried.
The man I vowed to always satisfy,
Cried.
He stared at me like there was no love.
Like we had nothing.
Like I had betrayed him.
I felt them coming for us.

Someone was coming for me.
"I will always keep you safe." I told him.
"I know." He muttered, "Sleep now, my love."
He left the room with two droids I recognized.
I didn't recognize this room at all, though.
Anakin can't leave me.
I screamed for him to return to me.
But he never did.
I allowed my eyes to close.
It was only for a moment.
When I opened them:
I looked to the cribs.
The cribs were empty.
took them.
took my family from me.

I flew my fighter alongside Anakin and Obi-Wan's fighters. The council graced me with this mission of sneaking aboard Grievous' ship, I knew they would, after all I had done it before. Plus we broke into the Citadel, we could break in anywhere.
Obi-Wan lead us as we grazed across the sides and top Republic Star Destroyers over Coruscant. Together with spins and twirls in uniform we avoided blasts from destroyed Separatist ships and missiles and blasts.
"Master, (Y/N), General Grievous' ship is straight ahead. The one crawling with vulture droids." Anakin says.
"I see it." I tell him, noticing the large ship being very well guarded.
"Oh, well this is going to be easy." Obi-Wan's sassy remark came throw the headset. Obi-Wan then called for his men to meet us at our position.
The attack team followed behind us as the vulture droids came to meet us.
"Let them pass between us!" Anakin said. The three of us, being Jedi found it easy to get through them. But there were so many of them.
"They're all over me!" I heard one trooper, identifying on the channel as Gold 4. I didn't want anymore people to die on this mission. I was sick of this war killing and changing things.
"I'm going to go help him." I announced, I had the means to, I could easily fly myself over there and help him.
"No! Stay in your position! They're doing their job so that we can do ours." Anakin yelled, I could hear his worry about me in his voice. I was conflicted as I remembered the Citadel and the trooper that died because I couldn't help him.

Already it was too late as I saw his channel go offline.
"Missiles!" Obi-Wan announced, "Pull up!"
I did as he said and we all just nearly avoided them.
"They overshot us." Gold 3 said.
"They're coming around." I announced seeing them turn around on my scanners.
2 missiles followed me. I went as fast as I could and thought about how I could get them off my tail. I saw Anakin do this once,
"R7, surge all power units. Standby, reverse thrusters." I flipped a few switches and smiled as I was positive this would work.
I spun around in my fighter. It confused the missiles as they spun around and eventually they collided when spinning too fast. I cheered once I got them. Then I came back to Obi-Wan and Anakin's position.
I came back just to see Obi-Wan's missiles pass him and drop off a sweet surprise.
"I'm hit!" He yelled.
"Buzz droids." I joined them again and flew next to Anakin.
"Stay still so I can get a clear shot at them." Anakin said.
"Anakin, no are you crazy!" I yelled.
"The mission! Forget about me, go get the Chancellor." Obi-Wan insisted, "I'm running out of tricks here."
"Obi-Wan, we're not leaving you." I told him. Then Anakin shot at his ship, it did the opposite of what he wanted and a part of his ship came off. Nothing too serious but it surely didn't help the situation any.
"In the name of-!" Obi-Wan cursed, "Hold you're fire! You're not helping here!"
"Still a bad idea, got it." Anakin said.
"I can't see a thing!" Obi-Wan yelled, his ship was steaming and fogged up his windows.
"I got you." I said, coming up to his side, "Pull to the right!" I demanded.
"(Y/N), the mission! You're going to get us both killed, go on, there's nothing more you can do!" Obi-Wan pleaded but I wouldn't have it.
"We're not going anywhere." I said. Then I tipped my wing just enough to allow a buzz droid to join my ship.
"Be careful R7." I said as the buzz droid crawled over my window to my new droid, "Hit the buzz droids center eye! Get him R7!"
R7 did as I told him and the droid died and flew off my ship. The others on Obi-Wan's did the same. Buzz droids work so that if you kill one of their center eyes they all lose control and die.
"Good job, R7!" I smiled.
We got back onto our path to the ship then.
"General Grievous' ship is dead ahead now, boys." I said.
"Well have you noticed the shields are still up?" Obi-Wan yelled. I started panicking.
"I got 'em." Anakin said, shooting the controls on the side of the entrance. He successfully brought down the shields but then the entrance was quickly becoming blocked off by a large metal door.
"Oh, I have a bad feeling about this." Obi-Wan muttered.
Obi-Wan entered the hangar first, followed by Anakin.
"I'm not going to make it!" I yelled as I curved my ship to the side and went quickly to slip by at the last moment.
"I made it." I updated as I screeched my ship to halt.
The three of us jumped out of our fighters and ignited our lightsabers to defeat the droids stationed in the hangar.
"R2, locate the Chancellor!" Obi-Wan demanded.
"Please." Anakin added.
Soon enough with 3 Jedi we easily defeated the droids. We joined R2 as he scanned the ship for the Chancellor's signal.
"The Chancellor's signal is coming from there." I pointed to the blinking light on the ships blueprint, "Right there on the observation platform of that spier."
"I sense Count Dooku." Anakin said, looking around. I felt it too, the coldness gave it away.
"I sense a trap." Obi-Wan added.
"Next move?" I asked.
"Spring the trap." They both said in unison, smiling. I rolled my eyes.
This is where our fun begins.

The Lies They Told Me: Short stories from my life
Like many of my peers, I've discovered that life is not quite what I expected it to be. As I age, I've begun to find that many of the sayings and truths that my parents, authority figures, and friends have passed on to me were outright lies. Every person I know has been subject to the same interactions, which got me thinking, why not write a compilation of stores about my life experiences to date. I hope that this book will help all of us come to terms with the realities that we face today or deal with some of our deepest feelings about the past. Maybe these people lied to us and maybe they honestly believed the myriad of things they told us, but either way I think we can have a good laugh looking back and remembering the first times that we realized these things weren't true. I also hope that you can look back at the lies, or life lessons, that you've learned and can be inspried to own your stories and share them with others in a genuine way. Wiithout further ado, I hope that you enjoy the many short stories of my life that made me who I am today. These stories range from funny to down right surrel, so good luck on your journey!

Challenged Dungeon and the Arrival of Mana
One day, a few spirits drifting through the astral plane discover Earth and decide to create dungeons to bridge the gap between worlds, and eventually make themselves the gods of Earth. After being created, Three has the misfortune of falling through a grate in an alley in New York City and making that its entrance. Suddenly propelled to sizes much larger than an infant dungeon should be it becomes the frontrunner of all its sibling dungeons, yet faces problems initially attracting creatures. Three's problems only worsen over time as its demanding and seemingly capricious creator gradually strips away its ability to be a true dungeon while compelling it to reach a nearly impossible goal: conquer all humans. Also follow Stan, the alcholic veteran cop and his pet cat Ms. Winters as they get embroiled into the arrival of dungeons and mana. I have most of the story mapped out, but it can still use some work, my goal is to release at least a chapter a week until I am finished. I would greatly appreciate any help proofreading or editing, and advice is always appreciated. UPDATE School caught up with me back then and I lost the thread, so this is now (definitely) dropped, sorry all, maybe I'll get back to it one day.
