Warmth. Hinata could feel warmth all around him yet he could also feel like something is missing. Slowly he opened his eyes and squinted as the sun rays shine through the window straight into his face. Where am I? He asked himself. The redhead started scoping around the room trying to figure out what happen the night before. That's when all the events of yesterday started overflowing in his mind. His eyes widened as he remember all the beautiful moments him and Kageyama had whilst stargazing.
The night before
Hinata completely pushed Kageyama onto the floor, their hands exploring each other's bodies as much as they could.
"Of course I will." Those words echoed in Kageyama's head forcing a smile to appear on his face whilst Hinata's lips kept crashing with his. He couldn't believe that after everything, maybe this was a start of something special. He just couldn't stop himself from repeating Hinata's words in his head, Hinata's gentle voice filled with happiness, that's how he always wanted him to sound, happy. He hoped he could be the source of that happiness.
The silence around them was now distrusted by Hinata's gentle whimpers that he couldn't help but let out as Kageyama slipped his hand under Hinata's shirt so that he could feel even closer to him. Their lips danced together in rhythm what felt like ages, not that any of them were complaining until Kageyama pulled away and just stared into Hinata's lustful eyes.
"Thank you." Kageyama finally spoke up, his hands placed on Hinata's slim waste, forcing him down so that Hinata was now be laying on top of him, Kageyama hugged him tightly like he was going to run away.
"Why are you thanking me?" Hinata replied, a soft laughter in his voice which automatically bran a smile to both boys as Kageyama placed a simple yet loving kiss on Hinata's forehead followed by another tightened hug.

"Because I really like you dumbass, and your giving me a chance and I just-" Kageyama started feeling quite embarrassing, he tried burring his face into Hinata's orange hair, the smell of fresh shampoo took over any other smells, Kageyama felt like he was drowning in Hinata's scent, it felt so good. "I'm really happy." Kageyama whispered his eyes now closed trying to take in everything that's going on. Hinata's warm body on top of his, he liked the feeling of his weight on him.
"I really like you too." Hinata said into Kageyama's muscly arms that were wrapped around him.
"When I came to Karasuno I lost all my friends, no one liked me due to my behaviour, and even if I didn't show it, it really hurt. I found out that my old team had a group chat that I wasn't part of and they would all make fun of me. I was a horrible person and I felt so lonely. Then I moved to this school and I finally felt what it's means to have friends. Hinata, you've helped me so much. It's because of you that I finally found a place I belong. From the day we've met you've always been there for me. You're always there when I have to set the ball, you never gave up on me." Hinata could hear Kageyama's voice starting to quiver before he stopped talking. A tear managed to escape Kageyama's watering eye. Hinata reached up to take a clearer look at Kageyama, wanted to give him as much comfort to him.
Hinata knew about Kageyama's past and how he didn't make many friends but he never knew how much he has effected him from the day they met.
"Don't cry." Hinata whispered as he wiped away Kageyama's tears and then placed his fingers on Kageyama's cheek rubbing his thumb to try and comfort him.

"I'm not crying dumbass." Kageyama blurted out, knowing well enough that he was in fact crying. Both boys burst out laughing, where when Hinata followed with a small kiss trying to savour every moment of it.
"Let's stay here for a little while." Hinata followed placing his head once again on Kageyama's chest, eager for the warmth and comfort that Kageyama can provide for him. Both boys close their eyes, satisfied with their bodies touching, laying there in the middle of some field, under the shining stars.
Hinata didn't know when he fell asleep. He just felt the embrace of his boyfriend. Boyfriend, just that word bran him joy, the fact that Kageyama was now finally his. What's happening? Hinata thought trying to collect his thoughts. He's being carried, Kageyama's arms are under him and he's walking now holding Hinata bridle style.
"What's going on?" Hinata whimpered out half asleep. Kageyama looked down to face Hinata who was now staring at him with his huge, glistening eyes. He really did look cute tonight, with his soft smile and his cute laugh, Kageyama knew with his whole heart that he has now defiantly fallen over the heels for Hinata and he will make sure to do everything for Hinata to know, he will shower him with all his love an he will make sure to treat him like the best thing that has ever happen to him, which he were.
"shhhh, don't worry. Go back to sleep." Kageyama replied in the most wholesome and caring way possible. He really wanted Hinata to feel safe with him. For some reason he felt a very strong need to protect him. Hinata snuggled up to Kageyama burring his face into his chest and wrapping his hands around his neck for extra support. It didn't take long for him to once again fall asleep in the fragrance of Kageyama's shirt.
It didn't take long for Kageyama to get back home where he somehow managed to open his front door and then place Hinata gently on his bed trying his best not to wake up his tangerine. He really looked like an angel when he was sleeping, Kageyama almost forgot how Hinata really was like. His orange hair complimented his outgoing personality. He took another moment to just admire Hinata, so peaceful and beautiful. Carefully he sat down next to Hinata making sure he doesn't make a sound, he placed his hand on Hinata's fiery hair and stroked it which leaded him to give Hinata another soft kiss on the forehead before also entering the bed and hugging Hinata to sleep. The gesture was returned when Hinata also hugged Kageyama back, both boys trying to be as close as possible to each other. Not a space between them, it was like they had limited time wit each other, both yearning for each others touch.
Just like that Kageyama also allowed himself to close his eyes and go sleep with the most precious person in his arms. Kageyama has never felt so grateful in his life, it was like he we just given the most important gift and now has to do everything in his power to care for it.
He really liked Hinata and he was going to make sure that nothing will stand in their way of being together. No matter the obstacles, they will be able to get through them.
Together.

NEWDIE STEADSLAW Part I
NEWDIE STEADSLAW is a randomized array of Chekhov's red herrings, non sequitors ex machina, run-on sentences, and em dashes—so many em dashes. It's like if the Bible and Shakespeare had a baby that they surrendered to foster care, then it got adopted by Alice in Wonderland and Dr. Seuss—the books, not the people—and then the baby fell down the stairs. In this metaphor, the stairs wrote the story. Part I is the tale of the adventures of Traycup and Roby as they try to hold down a job inside the hollow Earth—a place made possible thanks to the secret science of embargoed relativity—and they get distracted by dancing foxes, a giant's record collection, and something with a train, I think. It's a work of fiction—although to call it work seems insulting to, y'know, actual work—but the fiction label is apt, so, y'know, that's a win. Half the words are made up, and the other half are embarrassed to be seen with them. Part I is complete.

The Blessed Princess
Long long ago, there was a time of eternal harmony, when pain and anguish ceased to exist. The world was united as one under the rule of a glorious goddess. But this goddess made a stupid mistake, and chaos rained through her lands. Her people fought and fought, and she lost control over her creations. To sustain peace, she destroyed herself, and her remnants scattered throughout the lands and into the souls of her people. Her last words were to her daughter, the goddess of love, whom she had cherished, "Though I cannot fix the mistakes I've made, I can wish my people to be happy. No more endless pain. No more raging wars. Love, please. Save my world. Restore hope into the eyes of those I've created." She became the forgotten goddess after her world lost its ruler. First Princess Azulia was born a human with a shocking resemblance to the forgotten goddess. Her hair was ink black, and her eyes glimmered like priceless sapphires. Her features were uncanny in similarity to the goddess, even in the way she held herself. Though the goddess's eyes were more like icicles, Azulia's resemblance was enough to make you think twice. Azulia was raised with the mindset that she would be the future Empress of Hydrangea. It was a destiny placed out in front of her and carefully sorted out. Those around her directed her life like a pawn. Until one day, comes the beak of time, and her destiny points in another direction. Azulia must learn to break the tension her family shapes and create a destiny of her own. Her world depends on it, even if it means she must destroy herself.

A note from the Author: PLEASE leave a review and alert me of any plot holes, weak portions, and anything else. I am in desperate need of beta readers and feedback. I wrote this around the new year, 2020. It's about 40k words and the first in a planned series that follows Gar "Alany" Darron and his agency of detectives as they track missing persons in the city of Throne. I have the sequel planned but not written. Once this one is completely uploaded, I'll be uploading another, unrelated series that as of right now is roughly 160k words long, and somewhere in there, I'll write the sequel to Frame of Mind. I plan to go back and forth between the two series for the foreseeable future. Thanks for reading.
