He tried to contact you, he truly did, but you never picked up. He wasn't sure if it was because you couldn't contact him or not. Maybe you hated and him and never wanted to contact him again? Or possibly had your phone stollen? No, He couldn't know for sure.

Tsukishima growled and dropped his phone into the table in front of him. Yamaguchi stopped eating, but still had his hand in the air and mouth open ready to take a bite.

"Maybe her phone died? Just relax Tsukki, I'm sure everything is fine." the boy said before taking a bit bite out of his meal.

The tall blond grabbed his phone again and stared a the empty screen before completely shutting it off.

"She'll do something eventually."

You rushed around the small appartment and moved this around as quickly as possible. You adjusted miniscule things that wouldn't add up to anything in the future. Until you finally gave up and flopped onto the couch.

It was 4am and all you wanted was to get rib of some stupid jet lag. You checked your phone for the battery as it charged in the port next to the plush couch.

"Might as well let it charge."

You immediately curled into a ball once you put the device down.

When you woke up it was 12pm. And having nothing but plane food the day before, you were hungry and unwilling to move. You forced yourself up off the seat and dropped onto a bench in the kitchen. Which was luckily only a room over.

After something to drink you waddled back to the place you slept and grabbed you phone.

There were lists and lists of notifications coming from different platforms. You looked at the name of the main culprit.

Not wanting to bother with cell service, you went into social media and messages him that way. After muiltiple attempes over the period of an hour, trying to get in contact with him. You gave up and turned off your phone.

Tsukishima slumped in his chair..

"You know Tsukki, you would know if she texted you if you actually turned on your phone." Yamaguchi sighed as he sat in the seat next to him.

"Fine don't listen. But don't complain to me when you've completely lost contact. I've done my part. You do yours."

Yamaguchi got up from his seat and made his way over to some other classmates who immediately pulled the boy into their conversation.

Tsukishima stayed slumped in his chair until class stared and he had work to do. He didn't let anything distract him for the rest of the day.

In England you managed to hold conversations with old classmates over a short period of time. When you managed to contact Yamaguchi and ask him about Tsukishima, all the boy could say was.

"He's been out of it for days"

"I tried reason with him but he won't listen."

You sighed and dropped your phone on the kitchen counter. Finally giving up for the day.

You sighed and grabbed your bag to head off to school. Waving to your mom as you left with a smile on your face.

Your phone felt like a brick in your pocket.

"Why do I even bother." you sighed.
