You could want this / See if it fits for a bit
And if you don't like it / Then you can go like you have been
And I'll never tell, never tell how I feel for it
I never fell before

You watched as Tsukishima Kei got another confession from another girl. You weren't surprised though, because he got confessions all of the time. He would say yes to the girl's confession then he would break up with them in a heartbeat if he didn't like what was right in front of him.
What kind of bugged you was that even though girls knew that if you confessed to him, he would say yes, date you for a bit, and then break up with you.
You liked him. You knew you shouldn't because chances are that he's not going to like you back, but you were also one of his best friends, beside Yamaguchi, and you talked to him a lot.
You watched as the girl broke into a huge grin, and ran away with a blushing red face. Tsukishima walked back over to where you and Yamaguchi were sitting, and sat down with a sigh.
"Another confession Tsukki?" Yamaguchi asked.
"Yup, maybe she'll be better than the last one," Tsukishima sighed again.
Then the bell rang. You quickly got up and walked to your next class.
You sat down at your normal seat, next to the window, and you barely hear what the teacher was talking about.
You never knew how you fell for him. You never actually liked anyone before you met him, and you never told anyone because you were afraid you were going to get made fun of for liking the heartbreaker.
You never told anyone that you once confessed to him. He never said yes, but he didn't quite say no. He chose his words so carefully, that you weren't sure what actually happened.

The bell rang again, and you picked up your stuff and left the building.
"Hey, Yamaguchi, have you seen Tsukki?" you asked him.
He nodded. "He said that he'll meet me at Volleyball practice. He said that he needed to do something."
"Really? That soon?" you questioned.
He gave you a small smile, and shrugged his shoulders and left.
You walked around the building trying to find Tuskki, and you took the first marker as a girl with tears streaming down her face ran past you. You walked in the direction where the girl came from, and to no surprise, Tsukishima was standing there running his hands through his short blonde hair.
"Another one?" You frowned.
"Yeah, she was too clingy, she wanted me to meet her parents and we haven't even had an actual conversation," he said, picking up his duffle bag. "Why can't they be more like you?"
He turned the corner to the gym and he left from your sight.

You never say yes, not quite no / Say just enough to make me not go
You choose your words
Careful voice, in the end I'm not the first choice
You say you want someone just like me
•──────⋅☾ ☽⋅──────•
You stared at the brick wall, and walked away mumbling, "I'm right here."
•──────⋅☾ ☽⋅──────•
So then why am I your plan / Why am I your plan,
Why am I your plan B?
•──────⋅☾ ☽⋅──────•
"Morning," Tsukishima grumbled, as he sat beside you at first period.
"Hello. Did you get another confession today?" you joked.
You said it jokingly, but inside you were really hoping that the answer was no.
He chuckled, "Who knows? Maybe it's you who's next."
You looked down and blushed slightly. Maybe you could wait a little longer...

You know, you know you love the way I linger and,
You keep me wrapped right round your finger,
But you say, you say, just wait a little longer, and
And in time, I could be the right one

It turns out that being told "maybe you're the next one" wasn't the best thing to be told when you're on a string, like Pinocchio. He had dated a few people ever since that day. You watched as he went through relationship after relationship.
"You know," Tsukishima said, sitting down next to you. "Dating people is really hard. And you're a girl, why are you so clingy and overprotective? I can't even talk to another person without being questioned on who its is and why am I talking to them."
You raised your eyebrows, and you kept opening and closing your mouth like a fish trying to say something. You waved your hands around, and left him.
How on earth did you ever like this guy?
•──────⋅☾ ☽⋅──────•
"Your what??" someone screamed.
You stopped in your tracks and peered around the brick corner. You saw Tsukishima with his current girlfriend yelling at him. He was just standing there looking at her blankly at her, like he got this all of the time.
"I'm breaking up with you," Tsukishima said, with no emotion.
"You know what? Fine! I'm breaking up with you!" The girl said, and stormed off.
You shook your head. "You know, if you keep dating people and breaking up with them, you're never going to get a girlfriend."
"Who asked you?" Tsukishima spat. "Are you stalking me or something? You're here every single time I break up with someone!"
"Well, if you wouldn't break up with so many people, then maybe I wouldn't keep running into you!" You spat back, and walked away.
•──────⋅☾ ☽⋅──────•
You like to make me beg, yes you like it
You like to make me beg, you do
Say just enough to make me not go...
•──────⋅☾ ☽⋅──────•
Yamaguchi pushed Tsukishima towards you, and ran away.
"What do you want?" you asked. You and Tsukishima haven't spoken to each other since your fight.
"I'm here to say sorry..." he mumbled.
"Oh? Really?" you asked. From all of the years you have known him, he has never been one to apologize.
"And I wanted to know if you wanted to go out with me."
You choked on your water. "Well, that progressed fast. And why would I do that?"
"You already confessed once, I just thought that you would go out with me or something?" he grumbled.
"But I'm the B team," you said.
"What does that mean?" he asked.
"You choose basically the whole school over me, and then you vent to me on how 'they couldn't be more like you' and all of that crap. I'm the B team and I have accepted it," you told him, and walked away.
"Wait, you're not the B team. I promise that you're the A team," he pleaded.
"Okay, fine, one chance."

Please I'm the B Team

Dungeon Crawler Katia
The aliens killed everyone on Earth...almost. Every structure, from the Taj Mahal to the lowliest lobster trap, vanished into the earth, killing everyone inside. The survivors were given a choice: Endure on the surface without food or shelter or tools, or descend into a world-spanning nightmare dungeon that is also a reality TV show. Katia, an art professor from Iceland who has given up her humanity to transform into a shapeshifting doppelganger, meets up with Carl and his cat, Donut. Together, the three fight to survive in a dungeon filled with Clarketech goblin murderdozers and pyramid-scheme fairy moonshine-makers. The above is, of course, describing Dungeon Crawler Carl. With DoctorHepa's (the author) permission I'm posting some fanfic to expand on Katia, one of the secondary characters who started off not getting as much exploration as I would have preferred. I started off writing chapters that matched up to canon except from her POV instead of Carl's; that lasted a couple of chapters before going off the rails and spinning off into a completely new story, which suggests I should really go back and renumber all the chapters as soon as I find some tuits.
