"what the hell" you groaned.
reluctantly, you picked up his call.
"hey" he said.
"wow i've never heard your voice before kageyama!" you exclaimed, pulling your hood over your head as you laid on your bed.
"its tobio to you" he stated.
"what?"
"you can call me by my first name, tobio"
"well thats so bland and boring, can i call you like thomas?" you asked, giggling.
"like that train?"
"yeah!"
"no"
"fuck you, anyway tobio can we facetime? hearing your voice is so vague and basic."
"yeah sure, lemme just~"
as he turned on his camera, you saw his face up close for the first time. he had hair dark like charcoal and he was wearing a light coloured plain shirt.
you had to admit he looked very handso-
"wow, your using a training book tobio?" you mocked him, eyeing what seemed to look like one of those penmanship books.
"s-shut up" he looked up and into the camera, seeing your face which was mostly covered by your hood.
"I cant even see your face, dumbass"
"urghh fine" you flapped down your hood and played with your hair, looking right at kageyama through the camera.
this occured for a few second before you started waving at the camera.
"helloo? earth to tobio!"
"oh sorry, anyway could you help me with this?" he lifted a question up to the camera for you to catch a glance.
"sure" you smiled.
he returned a smile back.
you didn't just help him with homework, you both talked the whole night.
and thats how you were late for school the next day :)

Agent of the Alternates
This is the first Well of Souls story. Nathan Hunter, as well as five hundred other seniors at his high school, found themselves pulled into the deadly game in an alternate dimension of their school, where they had to survive against increasingly tough monsters while completing a series of Challenges as their numbers continued to dwindle with no end in sight. With no way off the property, nor any way out of the alternate and back to their real dimension, Nathan and his classmates battle for survival in the hopes that eventually, they will be freed from the game. Warning: Things will get repetitive at times, particularly after Arc 1. The reason for this becomes clear in the first couple of chapters of Arc 2. It is simply the nature of the lives they lead.

StarSword Online
In a near cyberpunk future, VRMMOs aren’t all just fun and games. Max is a poor teenage boy, born into the lowest societal rung of Gray City known as the Bottoms. To earn money to pay for his dying mother’s medical treatment, Max04428 works as a gem miner in Alethia—the fantasy world within a death game called Starsword Online. No reality is kind to those of the Bottoms, however, and soon Max’s ever-mounting expenses begin nipping at his heels, threatening to bring his fragile life crumbling down. Overworked and under-appreciated, he takes drastic measures to improve his situation. Namely, thievery... but new thieves are rarely good thieves. When the scheme backfires, Max is thrown into a dangerous world with no friends, very little knowledge, and nothing in his inventory but an unidentifiable black stone he found in the mines. As Max struggles to level up and gain power in the vast world of Alethia, he’ll need to fight his way through mountain citadels ruled by Yetis and a sky city with an empty throne. Steadfast allies are sure to come to his aid, but murderous enemies also follow his trail, seeking answers to the mysterious item in his possession… Answers which lead to the very heart of Starsword Online itself.
