In fact, Jungkook didn't need to worry about Taehyung being led astray. Taehyung who was spanked by Jungkook fell asleep with sobs.
The next day was the weekend which just so happened to give him an excuse to have a lay-in.
Jungkook came over to call him up, "Tae, it's time to wake up." Taehyung groaned then buried his head in the duvet.
Jungkook lifted a small corner of the duvet and looked at Taehyung's appearance, finding it very funny. He said, "Hurry and get up, the sun's already shining on your butt."
Taehyung said, "Butt hurts......can't get up......"
Jungkook heard this and laughed, saying, "Still hurting?"
Taehyung felt wronged and said, "Really hurts, hurts so much that I couldn't sleep."
Jungkook couldn't help but smile. He reached under the quilt and carried Taehyung out, looking at his messy hair and sleepy expression, he said, "Couldn't sleep? Then who was snoring last night?"
Taehyung struggled in Jungkook's hands, wanting to return to bed and continue sleeping.
Jungkook said, "Did Daddy really hit that hard? Daddy will take a look." While he said this, he took off Taehyung's pyjama trousers.
Taehyung was stunned. Before he could react, Jungkook faced Taehyung's white and tender buttocks that had completely restored their original appearance and took a bite, saying, "Little scoundrel."
Taehyung: "Wah!"
Jungkook said, "Still going back to sleep? If you're still sleeping then I'll take another bite."
Taehyung: "......"
Jungkook saw that Taehyung wasn't talking anymore and began to help him change his clothes. Taehyung sat on the bed with the expression of 'I have nothing left to live for' plastered onto his face. Jungkook said, "There's nothing going on today, how about Daddy take Tae to get to know some more friends?"
Taehyung was being carried in Jungkook's arms. He rested his chin on Jungkook's shoulder and said 'okay' listlessly.
After washing and eating breakfast, the father and son duo left the house.

Taehyung had thought that today would be like the usual outing or be a visit to the amusement park and so on, but had never expected that the 'friends' Jungkook had mentioned were Ara and Seojun he had met at the arcade yesterday. The way Seojun treated people was still incredibly enthusiastic. Upon seeing Taehyung, he faced him and called a greeting. Ara stood at his side, the two of them looking very well matched.
Ever since Taehyung was pushed into the water, Jungkook never brought him to attend the Jeon family gatherings. By chance, Taehyung had heard Jungkook speaking to the Housekeeper. He had said, "There are too many fools who don't fear death in this world. There is no need to wait for them to do something foolish before they regret it."
"Taehyung." Seojun said, "Didn't think that your father would bring you over."
Taehyung, "Yeah."
There were actually two to three more children present. Seojun was evidently the leader and he introduced Taehyung to the other children before he asked what Taehyung wanted to play.
Taehyung said, "I'm good with anything."
Seojun said, "Well, then let's go swimming." There was a swimming pool in this club. Taehyung said, "But I can't swim......"
Seojun said, "Then let's go play games together? There's an arcade over here too."
Taehyung nodded in agreement.
Jungkook watched over Taehyung the entire time he interacted with these children. The person next to him saw this and said with a smile, "It is said that Mr Jeon loved this son of yours the most. Today I find that this is not false."
Jungkook smiled and said, "Children need to be paid more attention to."
That man quickly began to bootlick, "Although your son's age is small, with just a glance one could tell that he is talented, unlike my family's disappointing chap......"
Jungkook had a faint smile on his face and casually picked up a random topic.

The day was coming to an end. Taehyung had played joyfully.
When Jungkook told him that it was time to leave in the evening he was somewhat reluctant to leave.
Jungkook smiled and said, "Who was is that was unwilling to get up in the morning?"
Taehyung pouted, "Well, I hadn't woken up yet."
Jungkook said, "Get in the car, it's time to go."
Taehyung got into the car and not long after, became sleepy. Seeing this, Jungkook put him on his lap and told the driver to drive a bit slower.
Taehyung leaned into Jungkook's arms, feeling the warmth of his body. And like this, fell asleep in a daze. It was not until dinner that Jungkook called him up. Taehyung didn't eat a large portion, so he finished eating quickly. While he drank his soup, Jungkook said, "In the future, you can't play hooky, do you understand?"
Taehyung nodded as quickly as he could, his bottom tightening.
Jungkook said, "Mmm, that's good."
Taehyung sighed. Today he had only had a simple interaction with Seojun and didn't talk with Ara at all. This girl was too shy. Just a glance at her would cause her to lower her head and blush for a long time.
Jungkook continued to say, "If there's a friend that you like, you can also invite them home."
Taehyung paused for a moment.
Then Jungkook's tone became heavier. Obviously, this next sentence was his key point. He said word by word, "Not. Allowed. To. Date. Early."
Taehyung: "......" Jungkook saw that Taehyung seemed to be mad and reached out to pinch Taehyung's nose, "Have you heard?"
Taehyung nodded as if he was pounding garlic, "I've heard."
Jungkook was satisfied.
Now onto the topic of school again. With Taehyung's own efforts, he managed to get a firm foothold in junior high. Though, there were actually some things that he didn't know how to do and suffered a serious blow. Taehyung choked on his sobs. Relying on his intelligent mind, outstanding courage and insight, and age that was several times greater than others, he finally got 10th place in the class of thirty people.
Taehyung, "Why can't I understand math?" When Taehyung got his mathematics report card he became proud and said, "I am tenth."
In this way, with guilt and gratitude towards his teachers, Taehyung took his report card home.
Jungkook hadn't returned yet so the housekeeper saw it first. When he got the transcript, he praised Taehyung. Praised him until to the point that Taehyung went up to Heaven or down to Hades, feeling that he himself was practically a little prodigy.
Then Jungkook came back and praised Taehyung as well. Taehyung was praised to the point that he felt that he was a genius born into the wrong era.
Then Taehyung asked, "Daddy, when you went to school, what rank did you get?"
Jungkook answered him with a smile, "Daddy never went to junior high."
Taehyung: "Ah?"
The housekeeper was mending the knife to the side and said, "When the Master was thirteen years old he skipped to high school."
Taehyung: "......"
Jungkook rubbed Taehyung's head and said, "Don't compare with Daddy. Daddy is not a good student, Daddy didn't even go to college."
Taehyung had a bad premonition and said, "Then what did Daddy get on your college entrance exam?"
Then Taehyung's bad premonition came true. Jungkook said, "Twenty marks off from a perfect score."
Taehyung: "......" It's over, he definitely isn't his biological son.
Jungkook said, "Learning isn't important. The most important thing is that Tae is happy."
If other children heard this sentence, it was estimated that they would be very touched but Taehyung was not touched at all.
At night, Taehyung once again thought the matter of Jungkook's bloodline. Is this IQ of mine really inherited from Jungkook?

The Simulacrum
"He who fights with harem tropes should see to it that he himself does not become a harem protagonist. And if you gaze for long into a narrative, the narrative gazes also into you." --- Friedrich Nietzsche (probably?) How would you react if one day you woke up inside an environment running on tropes and clichés? For allegedly average high-schooler Leonard Dunning, this question became quite relevant when one day he woke up in a pristine city on a strange island in the middle of the Atlantic, without any memories, surrounded by classmates who are barely more than characterless placeholders, and with a classic indecisive harem protagonist and his impossibly beautiful love interests for friends. That would be hard to deal with already, yet his investigation into the tropes governing the world, trying to avoid harem shenanigans, and his odd blend of outside-context knowledge, unique abilities, and a penchant for causing trouble wherever he goes ends up dragging him into the center of the action anyway. Disclaimer: This is a tongue-in-cheek, slice of life romantic comedy, with occasional sprinkles of combat and mystery to spice things up. Please do not expect a straight up deconstruction beyond some in-universe meta-commentary by the characters.
