I rushed down the stairs again after leaving Eclipse back on the bed. I didn't know that she didn't like being around people, then again, I don't know practically anything about her, except that she really likes cookies.

I rushed past everyone in the living room and instantly went to the kitchen to grab cookies, I don't want to keep my mate waiting.

"Hey Sam, what got you in such a rush? And why do you have your hood on?" My younger brother, Carlos asked coming into the kitchen after me. He's turning sixteen in a couple of days meaning he is almost at the age of finding his mate.

"Eclipse wants cookies, I've got my hood on because she doesn't know I'm a girl" I said while opening and closing cupboards. Where the heck are the cookies!?

"Ooh whose Eclipse? and why don't you want her to know you're a girl?" He asked walking closer to me wiggling his eyebrows. I couldn't help but roll my eyes at him.

"My mate" I said "and I'm not telling her because it's complicated" I added on causing him to huff.

"Seriously? Your mate? Mums going to hit you with a chancla when she finds out she wasn't the first to know" Carlos said seriously. It's true, our mum is Spanish, and she loves to chase people with her chanclas while shouting at them in Spanish. It really funny unless she's chasing you, that's not funny.

"Shoot, yeah, I'll tell her soon, but first, I need to find these cookies" I continue looking around the kitchen, pulling stuff here and there.

"They're on the counter you nugget" He said rolling his eyes pointed over at the kitchen counter and sure enough they were sitting there, thankfully unopened. Eclipse would probably be upset if there were some cookies missing.

"Thanks, got to go. Also tell Michael to come see me in my office later today" I told him before rushing up the stairs to my mate.

I found her laying on the bed just staring into space. I took a second to admire her. She's so cute. Her hair fell perfectly down her face in waves, it was starting to get slightly greasy, but she still looks beautiful. Her eyes are a beautiful light blue colour. She was over all beautiful not only on the outside but on the inside as well.

She finally spotted me at the doorway when her eyes snapped over to me. I held up the cookies and shook the packet making her eyes widen and a huge smile spread across her face, she made grabby hands as if asking for the packet. I handed it over to her and before i could even let go of it she had already ripped open the packet and shoved a couple of the cookies into her mouth.

"Calm down woman" I joked "When you're done you have to go in the shower" I added, she instantly stopped eating and faces me with a cute frown planted on her lips "Not that you look or smell bad, in fact you look very beautiful it's just for your wellbeing and stuff..." I rambled on. She giggled at me then continued to eat her cookies happily with a smile on her face.

Once she was finished I helped her into the bathroom and sat her down on the bathroom counter top "I'm going to have to help you shower since you have the cast on" She immediately shook her head and moved away from me slightly.

No way is he going to shower me, I don't like being naked in front of other people. Being naked in front of someone is like letting them see you in your most vulnerable moment, without cover, without anything protecting you.

He suddenly ran out of the bathroom leaving me sitting on the counter without saying anything and then return not long later with one of those big goggle things in one hand and a pair of socks and a huge plastic bag.

"This is to put over your cast" He said leading me over to the toilet seat and sitting me down on it before sticking my cast into the plastic bag and tying it up "And this" He held up the big goggles and sock "Is for me, so I don't see you naked"

I couldn't help but giggle at his idea.

"What?" He said in a defensive tone "Okay look, I know it sounds stupid but I'm still putting them on" He said stuffing the socks into the goggles and then putting them over his eyes "How do I look, sexy I know right" I let out another giggle. I looked closer at him and realised that I could see more of his face than usual, his lips were the same as I remember from the last time I saw them, but now I can see his nose and cheeks more clearly. They looked so smooth, like a baby's bum.

"You haven't left me here looking like an idiot, have you?" Alpha Sam asked sticking his hands out to see if I was still there. I reached my hand out to meet his and shocks immediately went through my hand and up my arm "Thank god, you're still here"

"Start taking your clothes off and tap my arm when you're ready" I did as told and started taking my clothes off. I had a lot of scars on my body from my last pack, they didn't like me that much, I never saw them hurt another pack member before, I guess I am different because I haven't shifted yet.

Once I was completely out of my clothes I tapped Alpha Sam's arm. "Okay, just let me turn the shower on for you" Alpha Sam clapped his hands together and slowly walked over to the shower and turned it on. Water rapidly fell out of the shower making me jump slightly. I wasn't expecting it to come out so suddenly.

"Hop in" he gestured forward towards the shower. I took slow and careful steps into the shower making sure not to fall on the slippery surface or get the water on my cast. "If it's too hot or cold just change it, to change it all you have to do is turn the handle towards the red or blue colour" The water is perfect, so I don't change anything. I've not had a shower in so long, in my old pack they used to just pour a bucket of water over me to keep me clean, when my parents were still alive I was young, so they would always help me in the shower since I didn't know how to use it.

"I'll give you the soap to wash your body" Alpha Sam said shuffling around with some bottles trying to the find the soap one "When I find it" A giggle left my lips as he continued to shuffle around with bottles until he finally stopped on one "A-Ha, found it. Use this to wash your body, make sure you don't get it in your eyes. Also, be careful with your leg" he explained handing the bottle over to me and grabbing a hold of my leg to prevent the cast from getting wet.

I squirted some of the soap onto my hand and handed the bottle back over to Alpha Sam and started spreading the soap over my body, I might not know how to use a shower, but I do know how to wash my body "I'll wash your hair for you while you wash your body with some shampoo" He said already grabbing another bottle and squirting the shampoo inside it onto his hands. He searched around for my head and once he found it he started to gently massage the shampoo onto my hair. I subconsciously leaned into his touch. Some bubbles fell onto my face and into my eye, I gasped loudly making Alpha Sam stop. I rubbed my eye trying to make the pain go away but it didn't work. A whimper left my lips. Wait, what if Alpha Sam gets angry with me for crying over a bubble of shampoo.

"Shoot, you got shampoo in your eye didn't you" I didn't have to answer because Alpha Sam had already brought a fluffy towel over to me "Wipe your eye with this" I did what he said and my eye started to feel slightly better.

"Is it better now?" Alpha Sam grabbed my face softly and made me look at him, even though I couldn't see him properly because he still had the goggles on and he also had his hood I knew that he wasn't angry at me for complaining.

"Let's rinse the shampoo out of your hair then I'll put some conditioner in your hair then that's us done, Okay? Don't worry conditioner doesn't hurt" He gently guided me over to where the water was falling, and I stuck my head under it "Remember to close your eyes" I made sure that this time I did.

Once all the shampoo was out of my hair and Alpha Sam was finished conditioning my hair I was finally out of the shower and into a fluffy towel "That wasn't so bad was it?" Alpha Sam chuckled guiding me into his bedroom and over to his closet "Choose anything you want from in here, I'll wait for you in the bedroom" He said before walking out and into his bedroom shutting the door behind him, so I had some privacy.

I think it's about time I had some more cookies, especially after hurting my eye. That was sore.
