Chaeyoung rests her head on the table inside the library, her left cheek press on the table surface. She chooses the table beside the window at the corner of Art & Literature section.
She will be meeting Jungkook here in less than an hour, but she can't help feeling excited yet nervous. Her fingers reach touching her lips... her face blushing as she remembers the feeling of his lips on hers.
After the interruption in the gym, both of them don't say any words about the kiss and act like normal. Chaeyoung giggles, covering her face...embarrassed with how she keeps thinking about his lips. Since when she becomes like this?! She pinches her cheek to make her stop thinking about an indecent thing and closed her eyes, maybe she should take a nap for a few minutes.
Only sleeping could prevent her from thinking about Jungkook and his lips.
。 。 。 。
Jungkook walks into the library with long and fast steps, his heart quickened when Chaeyoung didn't reply to his text. He doesn't know why but he always feels uneasy if she didn't reply to his text or not answering his call.
He walks to every section looking for a girl with blond hair. His steps slowing down when he catches a familiar figure at the corner of the library. Even with the person head on the table and facing the other way... Jungkook knows that person is Park Chaeyoung. The table was at the most discreet corner of the library. No one there except her.
He steps closer to the table, her head was facing the window... "Chaeyoung..." he called.
But she's not moving.
Jungkook moves closer, walking behind her... Ah, she's sleeping 💤
He chuckles silently before turns walking around the table and sit across from her. He makes sure his movements making no sound.
you will hurt your cheek sleeping like that, he wanted to tell her that but he doesn't want to interrupt her sleep. She looks peaceful.

Jungkook follows placing his head on the table, his face facing her. With his position in front of her...laying his head facing her, his eyes on the same level of her chin.
He smiles spotting the mole under her lower lip, his forefinger carefully reaching to poke all of her moles on her face, the one below her lips...few on her cheeks and the one beside her eye. She still sleeps soundly.
Jungkook pulls out his phone and snaps a picture of her sleeping face. When he looks at the picture, his heart melted... he sets the picture as his new lock screen.
He spent another minute watching the woman he loves sleeping with cheek pressing on the table. He can't help but caressing lightly the mole under Chaeyoung's lower lips with his thumb. But slowly his finger moves to her pink lips, tracing them carefully. He chuckles silently when she still asleep. A naughty idea came to his mind. No, it's not naughty - he tells himself. He's been wanting to do this from the first day he realizes he has fallen for her. Since their first kiss in the gym, he always looking for a another chance to kiss her again, but he didn't know how it should be. Should he just asked 'hey, I want to kiss you... can I?' or create a romantic atmosphere then kiss her like the cliché in the romance novel?. He was scared if he was too forward, Chaeyoung might feel uncomfortable.
But here he is... thinking of kissing her when she's sleeping. He promised... he will do just once!
Jungkook moves his head closer, closing his eyes as his lips brush lightly against hers, feeling warm, soft, and comforting. He pulls away slightly, opening his eyes to look at her face...searching for any signs if he woke her up. When he saw none, he closes the gap again...forgetting his word earlier to kiss her just once!. Slowly pressing his lips against Chaeyoung's, this time more firmly, when her mouth slightly open...his lower lip perfectly fit between her soft lips.

When he heard the sound of hitched breath, his head automatically pulls away.
Throat dry and face redden when he sees Chaeyoung's eyes were open, blinking a few times looking at him.
"I-I'm sorry..." he apologized. He was about to lift his head from the table but stop when Chaeyoung's hand reaching forward and touching his hair... her fingers brushing his hair, gently.
"We're kissing...am I dreaming?" Chaeyoung asked, lips smiling lazily.
Jungkook looks at her eyes, she still looks sleepy, eyes hazy... so he wonders if she fully awake or not. Because he knows Chaeyoung will blushing hard if she was fully awake with what happened earlier. But thinking that she thought she dreamt of kissing him is enough to make Jungkook's heart soar with happiness and be bolder.
"So, you dreamt I kissed you?" he asked, fingers pinch her cheek...gentle.
Chaeyoung doesn't answer. Jungkook sees how her eyes move around looking at his face as if trying to figure it out...
Jungkook chuckles when her fingers on his hair stop moving and blush dusted her cheeks, rising to the tip of her ears as well....her white skin makes the blush look prominent.
"I'm sorry if you didn't like the kiss..." he mumbles. What he meant is, he's sorry if she didn't like it when he kissed her in her sleep.
Chaeyoung understood. She was silent for a few seconds before open her mouth "You should wake me up..."
A smile appears on Jungkook's face. His thumb gliding over her cheekbone as he moves his face closer again...he sees Chaeyoung close her eyes, letting him do whatever he wants. He gently placed a kiss on her lips, softer and careful.
And suddenly, Jungkook feels like he could finally relax when Chaeyoung presses her lips firmly on him. The tension...the worry scared if she hates it left his shoulders. The kiss was longer even if it just a firm kiss on the lips. They pull away for a few seconds before kissing again.
They have no experience in this, but they know everything will get better from time to time. And Jungkook starts to think that he might get addicted to kissing Park Chaeyoung. He likes it when her fingers brushing his head when she's into the kiss, or when she opened her lips slightly... make it easy for him to take one of her lips between his and gently suck or tug on it.
。 。 。 。
Jungkook's friends start to realize these past few days the younger was hardly spending time with them, and they noticed he has been less and less working out in the gym.
"Where are you going? let's go get some food at Suga's cafe..." Taehyung said to Jungkook.
"No I can't. I'm going to meet Chaeyoung at the library..."
"Again? Since when you like going to the library? You're nit Namjoon...you hate books," Jimin said, a matter of fact.
Jungkook just smiles and leaves the two without saying anything.
"Haishh...didn't he feels bored going to the library? I understand if it's Chaeyoung because she looks like a bookworm...but Jungkook..."
"Trust me, he reads comic inside library..." Jimin chuckles before continue, "Oh, I heard from a junior that he saw a couple kissing inside the library, between the bookshelves."
"Ewww...whose the indecent couple? that junior should report to the librarian tho," Taehyung scrunch his nose thinking about how brave students nowadays to kiss inside the library.
Jimin shrugs his shoulders..."I ask the junior if he knows the couple, but he said he can't see the female student since the guy was covering her but he knows who's the guy...but he didn't want to tell me." He pouted his lips.

The Court of Souls?
What do we talk about tonight?~“How about a story?”~Fine by me. Which story? Hopefully a good one.~“There was once a lonely child in a world filled with myths, gods and demons. Only power counted there and the weak were worse than cattle. A world where survival of the fittest ruled.”~Was it strong then?~“No, but the child had a power. One that made him stand between light and darkness. Nothing could escape him, so he was shunned by his people.”~ What did he do? Did he fight his fate? Did he hide his power? What was it?~“Oh, he fought. He fought a lot. And no thing could escape his power. It was something that everyone had to live with.”~So he became a hero and changed the world?~»…”~Tell me.~“Nooo, that’s not how the story goes. This isn’t a story of a noble man, doing good amidst a sea of monsters. This is a story of a demon who was… kinder than the rest.”~A kind demon? How boring.~“I think it would be better if I tell the story, so you can judge for yourself.”~So tell the story!

Praise for Awakening: If you love Anne McCaffrey, J.R.R. Tolkien and Tad Williams, then Awakening is a novel you will surely want to pick up. D.N.Frost is a consummate world-builder with a knack for creating characters that are complex and three-dimensional. Frost writes with graceful prose that is descriptive and well-edited. The plot is fast-paced and entertaining. What really sets this novel apart is the cartography, which is a spectacular accomplishment. Incredible world-building! - M.L. Spencer, author of The Rhenwars Saga ★★★★★ This novel was published in 2014, and it includes 19 antique watercolor maps! Check them out: Maps of Awakening: an atlas directory
