Its been roughly around two weeks since you and Donnie got together, your schedule was mostly school, work, training, and being in the lab with Donnie.

His brothers were happy for you both but they didnt realize how Donnie would take you away from them, you would cook with Mikey less now, Raph lost a sparring partner that could actually challenge him and give feed back with out critisizing him, Leo lost a geek out buddy when it came to space heros.

They miss your company but when Splinter sat them down at the dojo they were excited for the change.

"(y/n) has shown a lot of progress, i trust my son's to look after her while she joins you for patrol".

splinter said looking at his son's and stroking his beard.

"w-wait isnt it a bit", Donnie tried to say but was cut off almost immediately.

"Hai! sensei" the three brothers yelled.

Donnie looked shocked and a bit worried.

"We will make sure she is safe and show her how to put her training into real fights" Leo said with a large grin.

"Don't worry Sensei, we know she can handle herself" Raph said with a smirk folding his arms.

"We'll be super safe" Mikey said excitedly.

you smile at how excited they are to take you for your first patrol, before they would have called you insane and drop the subject.

"Please take good care of me" you bow at the turtle brothers.

They all gave you a response but Donnie looked like he was letting his kid go on the first day of school.

After splinter leaves the Dojo you got ready for your first patrol, you went to your room and prepared all your weapons.

you put the Hair pin splinter gave you in your hair and leave the room to meet up with the turtles, April and Casey.

when you got there it looked like Donnie was about to be eaten alive by the others.

"whats going on?" you tilt your head

Mikey runs up to you.

"(Y/n) guess what" Mikey's mouth was covered by a panicked Donnie.

you hear chuckling coming from the others.

"s-so are you ready for patrol" he said shyly.

"yeahhh?" you say walking to the entrance of the lair.

"this is so exciting" April said while taking your hands and leading you out the lair with Raph and Casey following behind.

Donnies POV

After Master Splinter said you were going to go on Patrol with us i was worried, you were hurt last time and i just wanted you to be safe.

"(y/n) has shown a lot of progress, i trust my son's to look after her while she joins you for patrol".

splinter said looking at his son's and stroking his beard.

"w-wait isn't it a bit", I tried to speak but was cut off by my brother's.

"Hai! sensei" the three brothers yelled, glaring at you slightly.

I looked at them in shock, Leo didn't even want you to train In the beginning now there all gung-ho about you joining us.

"We will make sure she is safe and show her how to put her training into real fights" Leo said with a large grin, he made a your dead if you say anything face towards me.

"Don't worry Sensei, we know she can handle herself" Raph said with a smirk folding his arms, giving you the same look.

"We'll be super safe" Mikey said excitedly, his face was more of a don't speak.

After she left the room to get ready we went to the living room.

"What the heck was that all about?!" you look at them in confusion and anger.

"we want (Y/N) to come with us" Mikey said looking a bit irritated at you.

"It would be nice if she joined us" Leo added folding his arms.

"She has gotten stronger, heck she can even keep up with me" Raph said backing up Leo and Mikey.

"I get your all excited but isn't it a bit to soon? Leo come on" Donnie looked at his brothers trying to fine the logic in all this.

"we think she's ready" April added to the conversation.

"Really guys its been what five maybe six months when she was attacked" you looked more worried.

"What's your point Romeo" Raph said not getting what I meant.

"I mean i'm against her going, I'm going to tell her she cant-" You were stopped by three hands.

"Don't!"

"You!"

"Dare!"

All three of them said with a fire in there eyes making you sink a bit.

"what's gotten into you guys anyway" Donnie was cornered.

"If you tell her ima tell her what you said about THAT" Mikey said with a grin.

"what is that? wait you don't mean" you start to panic.

he was going to tell you what he said the first time he saw you in your Kunoichi out fit, he didn't mean to say it out loud but he told them never to ever tell her.

"whats going on?" she came in tilting her head in confusion.

Mikey runs up to her..

"(Y/n) guess what" you chase him and cover his mouth.

"fine you win" you whisper in Mikey's ear.

you hear chuckling coming from the others, making you grown a bit you know they won this time.

"s-so are you ready for patrol" you say shyly trying not to get her concerned.

"yeahhh?" you follow her with your eyes as she walks to the entrance.

April goes and takes her out while Casey and Raph chuckle and follow.

"I cant believe you guys" you say letting go of Mikey.

"glad we have common ground bro" Mikey runs after them.

"why exactly is this happening" you say looking at Leo.

"think of this as payback" Leo says grinning and running after them.

you follow after him not understanding what he means by payback.

Your POV

Raph moved the man hole and let you guys up, you go on the roof tops to avoid unnecessary detection.

They all swiftly jump over the first roof top but you were a bit hesitant.

"you've jumped over bigger gaps you can make it, just think of our training" April said cheering you on.

"we'll catch you if you fall" Leo said.

"you got this" Donnie said locking his eyes on you.

'i got this'

you back up a bit then run, you jump and landed but stumble a bit since your not use to it.

"you did it dudette!" Mikey high threed you.

"you'll get the hang of it after a while" Raph said.

Donnie stayed close to you for the rest of the jumps.

You jumps got better and better you trusted your body not hesitating and imagining the intense training with April.

"this is so fun" you say giggling as you jump up to another roof top.

You guys continue to jump around staying vigilant for any bad guys trying to do the bad and the very illegal's.

Leo see's foot soldier's going into a factory with trucks parked out side as they load in what looks like mutagen canisters.

"Are you guys ready" Leo said, everyone nods.

You stick close to Donnie and go into the factory.

Raph and Casey went to deal with Dog Pound.

Mikey and Leo took on Fish face and the huge fly.

you were left with Donnie and April.

Fighting off Foot bots seemed like cutting butter with a hot knife, you were confident in your butt kicking skills when it came to the deadly robots, you were doing well up until an unexpected voice called out from above you.

"Well~ Well~ Well, If it isn't the little fox that got away from me last time. Oh sorry you had a name right (Y/N)?".

You got the chills as you see Karai standing on a beam above you, you were a bit far from Donnie and April.

"Karai! . . ."

your Head was confident but your body still remembered, you started shaking a bit.

'A little Help Here' , you send your thoughts to the others.

"(Y/N)" they yelled.

"Get away from her Karai" Leo and Donnie both yelled.

Leo tried to shake off Fish face to get to you but couldn't.

Mikey had his hands full trying to avoid the acid from the mutant fly.

Raph and Casey were being blocked by Dog pound and foot bots.

You see Donnie running to you as fast as he could dropping Foot bots from the sides.

"Lets pick up were we left off shall we".

She lunged her self at you and you blocked her attack with your Tanto.

'I am not weak, not any more'

"humph, so you got stronger since we last fought".

She came at you swing after swing, she tried to push you over an open area of the factory.

"Your crazy!" you yell.

April came in and throwing her fan at your direction making Karai back away from you.

"thanks for the save!"

"Lets try to take her on together." April said and you nod.

Any more and she would have dropped you over a container full of mutagen.

"lets see how long you can handle me" she was coming at you again but use your training to use.

You both back flip over the container of mutagen and land were Raph and Leo are.

"you cant get to me from there you Snake" you yell helping Raph with the foot bots.

"Red a little help here?!" Casey was getting cornered and called for April.

'I have a plan, you go'

April nods and goes to Casey.

"You cant get away from me that easily" She ran after you avoiding the turtles attack and making her way to you again.

"As much as i love your company Karai i feel they wouldn't like us fighting". you use your powers to jump high landing back to Donnie who catches you, Leo was waiting there ready to hold her off.

"Your fights not with her Karai" Leo says holding her back with his katana.

You and Donnie finished off the rest of the foot on your level and you head down to help the others with the mutants.

Police sirens ring in the distance, that was your cue to leave.

After leaving the factory you all talk about who had the most take downs, you all continue your patrol but you see Donnie looking a bit sullen.

"hey you alright" you slow down a bit to match his pace.

"its nothing really, just" he looks up at his brothers.

"huhh~ what did they do?" you say crossing your arms.

"they were excited when you were joining us..." he paused.

"buuut?" you add.

"but i wasn't as excited" he held your hand.

"i was worried, worried that you would get hurt again" he looks into your eyes.

"aww Donnie, i was a little scared but I knew you guys had my back" You said stroking his face.

"seeing you hold your own against Karai, it made me realize your not defenseless anymore". he said giving you a small peck on the forhead.

"I might not be defenseless but if were being honest that did scare me a bit", You walk along the roof top holding onto his hand.

you walk back to the others and make up your mind about confronting them.

"where were you guys" Leo said

"we had a small chat" you reply.

you can tell they were giving Donnie death glairs when you weren't looking.

"Alright, what's this all about?" you say folding your arms facing everyone.

"what's what all about" Leo replied.

"I don't know what you speak of" Mikey said trying to act natural.

you scoff a bit and continue.

"lets see, i know lets start with the death glares?" you make a face at them and they look away.

"its not fair" Mikey started.

"what's not fair, you ask in confusion.

"Donnie gets all your attention when you come back home, we dont hang out as much anymore" he said whining and pouting.

you unfold your arms and put them on your hips.

"Leo?" you raise an eye brow.

"huh, yeah its kind of true" he said avoiding your gaze.

"Raph ?"

"humph, . . ." he said grumbling.

"guys? if that was the problem why didn't you talk to me about it"

you say looking at them a little hurt.

"we didnt" Leo started but couldn't finish.

"were happy for you and don, its just..." Mikey couldn't finished either.

"we didn't want to come off as annoying" Raph said point blank and they both nod.

Donnie was standing next to you at this point and looked a little shook by there actions.

"Was that why you guys have been so agro" He said hugging me from behind.

they all scoff in synch.

"how about this when we get home ill work out a schedule I'll make sure you each get the same amount of time" you say taking Donnie off of you and continue your patrol.

When you return to the lair you agreed on how time would be spent and for how long and what days work for everyone.

"so we all agree?" you say asking them and they nodded at you.

"good now if you don't mind, Mikey and I have some Dinner to prepare" you get up and walk to the Kitchen.

"Aww yeee, The cooking Duo IS BACK" Mikey yelled pumping his fist in the air.

The three left behind had a conversation of there own as you cooked with Mikey, Donnie walked over and sat down watching you both.

"Hello there~" you said keeping your focus on kneading dough.

"Hey, no talking to the enemy" Mikey said pointing a wooden spoon at Donnie.

"yes sir!" you reply with a giggle.

:Telepathy:

'so what's up with you Mr. smiles'

'just wanted to look at your beautiful face'

'Right, right~'

'so how does it feel to be the center of attention?'

You roll your eyes at him.

'hum, not use to it but it feels like how older brothers would react to there sisters boyfriend'

'yeah you got that right'

'they all really like you, heck even Raph got upset about it and that's rare?'

'I feel lucky in all honesty~'

'how so?'

'my family was small and broken, there wasn't much warmth from a place that was suppose to be my home'

you look over at everyone on the couch and listen to Mikey humming.

'but this, this is my home now, and i wouldn't change a thing about it'

Donnie takes your hand and smiles.

"me either" he said in a soft voice.

"Hey that's a direct attack!" Mikey smacked his hand with the spoon.

"Owww, Mikey!" Donnie yelled and you Laugh wiping tears of joy from your eyes.
