You were staring her down trying not to lose focus, April had been floating objects around her and stopping you from getting closer, since she had more experience she did what she needed to keep you away.

"What's wrong cant get to me (Y/n)?" she taunted.

"gerrr" you let out a low growl and try to find an opening.

You examine the way she has the objects arranged and see an opening.

'found it'

her right side had less objects since they were bigger, you could easily fit if you were fast enough.

'you cant stop me now O'Neil!'

You duck and dodge your way around the objects using them to jump off and attack April from Above.

"I GOT YOU", I yell as I try to tag her with my hand.

"NO YOU DONT".

She dropped the objects and held you mid air.

"h-hey! no fair", you whine.

"Ya-me", splinters voice rang out.

you and April both kneel down.

"(y/n), Seek victory, not fairness."

He said stroking his beard.

"April, you made the mistake of covering to much to the right Next time be mindful"

He said sitting down.

"Now that your mental training is done lets begin the physical attacks, relying to much on your mental powers is dangerous"

You and April nod in agreement.

"Hajime!"

You and April jump up and back away from each other in a quick draw pose, both of you not moving and waiting for the other to move. Growing inpatient you took your Tanto out and rushed to her, she took her fan out and deflected your strikes.

'dang she's good'.

She pushes you back, you get back on your feet, she makes her way to you fast making you back flip away.

'dang it, I wasn't suppose to use my powers here.'

"Scared are we", she said with a grin.

"Not even close", you retorted.

Throwing ninja stars at her mid jump and sweeping her feet making her fall but she catches her self before hitting the floor.

"Tisk" you click your tongue.

she grins and pushes you off your feet this time, she grabs your arm and next thing you know your pinned to the floor with the fan very close to your face.

"Ya-me" Splinter says ending the match.

April gets off you extending her hand helping you get up.

"Thanks~" you take it and pull yourself up.

"You both have improved", Master splinter says looking pleased.

"having someone who can match you is very good practice", April said giving you a smile.

"Its hard at times but we get to practice both our physical and mental power on each other", you look at April and she nods in agreement.

"I am very glad to hear you both getting along so well", he lets out a small chuckle.

We ended training and made our way back to the lair, we didn't spar in the Dojo if we were going to use our mental abilities only physical. The place were we practice is big enough for you to maneuver in the air and use objects.

When you get back you hear the boys still in the Dojo sparring, you and April go lay down on the couch to relax.

April has been a wonderful friend and partner, you both fight against and work together Often times you work to try to tag splinter while he tries to avoid your attacks, other times its you and April going head to head.

"That was a lot" she let out stretching and falling on your lap.

"your telling me" you let your arms hang off the back of the couch.

"why am I your pillow again?" you tilt your head looking at her.

"I won today, so your pillow today" she said confidently.

You roll your eyes and let her use your lap as a pillow.

'she's acting like a big sister' you smirk a little.

"what's so funny" she says poking my face.

"just thinking your like a big sister is all" you poke her back.

You both laugh.

"I have a question, as an older sister of course" she says getting off your lap and sitting next to you.

"alright older sister, ask away" you giggle at her.

"Do you have a thing for someone?" she said looking at my face.

"w-what do you mean by thing" Knowing were this conversation is going you try to play dumb.

"I know you well enough to see how you light up at a certain somebody" she says looking at the Dojo.

you let a little whine out.

"is it that obvious?" you hide your face with your hands.

"only a little. . . and by that I mean every one knows except him" She lets out a gentle grin.

"Aprillll, nuuuu" you whine again sinking to the floor.

"Aprill, Yesss~" she replied back.

"why don't you tell him already?" she poked my head from the couch.

"I-I don't know how... I haven't felt like this EVER" you looked away.

"its normal to be a little scared?" she said trying to look at me.

"how did you say it, with Casey I mean" you looked up with puppy dog eyes.

"Well it was nerve-wracking but I told him how I honestly felt, just let your heart do the talking" she got off the couch to give me a hug.

'she makes it sound easy, what if I let my heart talk and it pukes! then what'

The boys finished there training and join you guys on the couch, Raph was arguing with Leo about who won and Donnie walking past rolling his eyes at the argument, Mikey came to use you as a pillow next.

"Im sooo tired" he wined.

you pat is head and look up at Donnie who looked a little green in the eyes.

'is he jealous?'

"Mikey, don't use her as a pillow" Donnie said trying to get him off you.

"But Why, she's cool with it Right (y/n)?" Mikey looked at you wanting you to save him.

You get up from were you were and stretch.

"Actually my legs hurt from April using me as a pillow earlier~ sorry Mikey" you say walking to the kitchen to get water.

He looked defeated and Donnie looked satisfied.

You come back with your water and sit next to Donnie.

"How was your training with April" Donnie asked.

They couldn't watch since it would be a distraction for you both.

"It was fun until I got my butt kicked", you say looking at April.

"Next time you might beat me~", she said flaunting her win.

'I've been keeping count its 35 to 42 I will have my revenge'

you think to your self with a menacing look.

"How was your training", you sip your water after asking.

"It went...well" he avoided your eyes.

"What happened~" you looked at him with curious eyes.

"w-well~" he started only to be interrupted by Raph.

"He got his shell handed to him" Taking your water from you and finishing it.

"Hey" you and Donnie say at the same time.

"Raphhhhh!" You jump over the couch about to get payback for his action.

"Wanna go princess" he said playfully avoiding your strikes.

"Oh your on!" You chase him around the living room.

You chase Raph all around trying to mimic his movements, you cut him off grabbing onto his arm but he flips you onto the couch, letting out a growl you trip him with your power.

"Hey that's cheating" he roared at you.

"I seek victory not fairnessss", you say hitting him with a pillow.

After beating Raph with the pillow you go back to the kitchen to get water, you hear chanting and clapping from the others.

"that was so cool" Mikey said giving you a high-three.

"he deserved it" Donnie added patting your shoulder.

"I did not" he barked back.

"Nice going" Leo ruffled your hair.

they all snickered.

'they really do treat me like a sister don't they', you think smiling to yourself

The boys look at Donnie and nudge him to you.

"(y/n), could you come to the lab with me for a sec", Donnie asked a little fidgety.

'wonder what this is about . . . and so suspicious'

"yeah I'll go with", finishing your water and following him to the lab.

There was a silence as you both walk in, you sit on top of the desk waiting for him to say something.

"s-so um" he started but trailed off.

"Donnie you ok" you tilt your head.

Playing with his hands he stuttered out his sentence.

"I-I-I wanted t-to ask if you maybe. . .liked s-someone?"

'oh wow, he's actually doing this'

you start to blush a bit.

"weeelll~ why would you want to know if I do or don't?" you say not very prepared for what's happening.

'I'm not ready!'

"W-well, I-I just wanted to know, you know" he made an excuse.

"huh~ I do have someone I like" you say holding your cheek and looking to the side avoiding eye contact.

'coincidence, I Think Not'

"r-really" He says a little excited yet unsure of himself.

"are they s-s-someone you met at school or..." he fidget's his fingers.

'so cute, oh forget my scared feeling'

you ready yourself to tell Donnie how you feel.

"I could never fall for a boy from school" you say trying to sound confident.

"o-oh and why is that" he looks at you curiously.

"I prefer someone with brains, someone who can fight and is a bit of a nerd when it comes to all things science"

you feel your face heat up and you avoid his gaze for a second.

"w-wait when did you meet a person like that" He looked almost heart broken.

'why are you so Adorkable'

"Donnie~" you call sweetly.

"yeah?"

"Its you ya dork~" you say kissing his cheek.

you feel as if you were about to pass out from how nervous you were but you felt a weight lifted off of your shoulders.

'I think I just broke Donnie'

a few seconds went by and Donnie still didn't respond.

"Did I give you a malfunction, how do I reboot you" you say poking him in different places.

"I-I don't need rebooting, I think I need CPR you left me breathless" he said holding on to your hands.

"D-Donnie~" you say melting at his sweet corny words.

"how long have you felt like this about me" he asked gazing at you.

"I think it was the second time we met" you reply with a gentle tone.

"for me I think it was when I met you" he said sweetly to your ear.

you turn red from the heat of his voice.

"Donnie, I-I don't have experience in this so I don't really know what to do after the confession part"

you say shyly hiding your face in his plaster, he lets out a small chuckle.

"I got an idea of what to do next".

He lifts your face up to face him and gives you a small kiss on the lips, you break apart for a second to look at each other.

"I like your idea".

you pull him back in for a kiss and deepen it, he moves his hands on your hips and you move yours around his neck. You could have kept going but had to pull away for air.

'that could get addicting'

"that was amazing" he said resting his forehead onto yours.

you kiss were his nose would be and smile.

"So wanna do something about the people spying on us or should we ignore them".

He said rolling his eyes a bit, you look over his shoulder to see April and Mikey looking at you guys from the lab door.

"oh noooo" you hide your face in his plaster again.

"embarrassed now are we", He nuzzled the top of your head with his chin.

"How can you not beeee!" you say looking as red as Raphs mask.

"I have you in my arms right now so I'm exactly were I want to be", He tries to get you to look at him again.

"what's with that face" he said giving you a small peck on the forehead.

"im just really...well"

you make little circles on his arm as you try to explain your emotions.

"Flustered, embarrassed, shy" He said trying to finish my sentence.

you nodded.

"your so cute~" He said giving you another kiss on the lips.
