《Mr. Boss | ✓》VI

You watch from behind the camera, just like the other staff members, at the 7 boys proving to everyone just why they are the biggest K-pop group in the world with their amazing entertainment skills. You can't help but smile along.
Thanks to Jimin's manic driving the three of you managed to get to the studio just in time. But that didn't save Jungkook from getting an earful from Sejin. You leaned back against the wall with a dumb smile plastered on your face as you watched the boy getting rebuked. You saw him grow red in the face as he noticed your smug look, which only improved your mood.
Serves him right!
The interview wraps up in no time. You impatiently tap your foot waiting as the boys thank everyone.
Moving towards the door, you're ready to bolt out since the interview was the only event scheduled for the day.
"Yah! Pabo! Where do you think you're going?"
You stop. Your smile melting away and the happiness you felt only moments ago disappearing.
"Home. Where else?"
Jungkook moves towards you. He's standing waaaay too close. You can smell his aftershave. Your heart begins to pound against your chest and you fight to maintain a calm expressionless face.
"I guess the job description wasn't clear enough," he smirks. "Either that or you're not smart enough to understand." You can sense the joy he gets from bullying you in his voice.
You glare at his smirking face but don't say anything.
"Let me simplify this for you, Y/N-shi," Jungkook continues completely ignoring your eyes that shoot daggers. "You do as I say. I am your boss!"
You roll your eyes before crossing your arms. "So, what do you want now?"
"We are going to the Gym."
Putting on his sunglasses he throws his bag at you and walks on. You follow unwillingly.

Having reached the parking lot you see Jungkook making his way to a Lamborghini and feel your mouth drop open.
Wow...
"Jungkook-shi?" You say in the sweetest voice you can manage.
"Hmm?" He turns around to face you, suspicion etched into every feature on his face.
"Don't you think I should drive? Since.. you know.. you must be sooooooo tired after the interview." You smile at him.
He gives you a look you can't seem to understand before throwing his head back and letting out a roaring laugh.
"You must really think I'm stupid."
Of course. You think. But instead say, "Of course not!"
You see amusement flicker in his eyes.
"As for answering your question," He stretches his arm out, a key dangling between his index finger and thumb. You reach out. "No way!" He throws the key in the air and catches it.
While secretly thinking of ways to kill him and making it look like an accident you climb into the passenger seat and strap yourself in.
After a what seems like an eternity the car stops and you're ready to get out of this prison... But the door is locked. So you close your eyes in frustration and lean back against the seat avoiding looking at him.
"Get me some Jajangmyeon from that shop," Jungkook says pointing at a small store across the street.
"I thought you said we were going to the gym.." You look at him in puzzlement.
"I am going to the gym... but I'll need a meal after I workout."
"So get it AFTER YOU WORKOUT!"
"Oh, I'll get it after I work out. Go on now." He gestures towards the shop again and with a click the door unlocks.
Unable to understand his logic you get out of the car. But the minute you close the door behind you the engine roars to life. You see Jungkook flash you an impish smile before he drives off.

"WHAT THE...JEON JUNGKOOK!!!" You watch as the car grows smaller and smaller and then finally disappears. You feel rage pulse through your veins and for a moment think of running behind his car. "He didn't even give me any money!!!!" You scream, attracting quite a bit of attention from by-passers.
Embarrassed you begin to walk towards the store. The smell of Jajangmeyong wafts into the air luring you into its delicious trap. You see a kind looking elderly woman working with great speed producing one plate after another of the delicious noodle dish.
"What can I get you, young lady?" She asks you.
"Just one portion of Jajangmyeon, please," You say and see her smile in response.
In less than 5 mins she hands you a parcel that's warm to the touch. Having rummaged in your pockets you find enough money to pay for the food. You offer her a kind smile in gratitude and leave.
Now what? What does he want me to do? I don't even know where this gym is.
Finally having thought of using Google maps you rummage your pockets for your phone... Just when you realise.
I lost it this morning.
"It's fine. People didn't always have Google maps. I can figure this out on my own." You say to yourself
You walk as far as you saw Jungkook's car go before it disappeared into thin air. Walking up to a man in a suit you say, "Excuse me, do you know where the nearest Gym is?"
The man scans you from head to toe, you must really look like an idiot carrying a packet of Jajangmyeon and asking for a gym, but he directs you to it anyway.
Finally having reached a gym you walk up a staircase leading to the interior of it. Your knees begin to throb with pain as sweat runs down your back. Your body aches with exhaustion. The minute you step in you're almost convinced no one's around but then you hear his voice.
"What took you so long?"
Maybe the 45 minutes walk, you idiot! You feel like yelling at him.
But you can't let him see how mad you are... It'll only satisfy him. And you can't let that happen. "Look at the weather outside, Jungkook-shi. It's ideal for a long walk. I just took longer to enjoy its beauty." You say smiling while wiping away the sweat on your forehead and smoothing out your hair that looks like a nest.
You turn a corner and gulp at the sight before you. Standing before a wall, that's cover from top to bottom with mirrors, a dumbbell in his hand is Jungkook. You try hard not to notice the way his damp hair sticks together or the way his skin glistens with sweat or the way his white t-shirt clings onto his body almost making it see through.
Just then Jungkook looks at you, your eyes lock for a second before he looks away.
At that moment, you hope for nothing more than to crawl beneath a rock and just hide there.
What is wrong with me???
"Aren't you done yet?" You ask.
"Done." He picks up his towel. "I don't feel like having Jajangmyeong anymore though."
You stare at him in disbelief unable to fully comprehend his words.
I will get you back for this, Jeon Jungkook. On a day when my body doesn't feel like it'll break into a million pieces if I take another step.
"Alright, then" You sigh. But just then the look of complete disbelief and anger on Jungkook's face does more than just relax you. He throws his towel onto the floor cursing. Seems like you won anyway.
