Sitting in a higher floor, eyed scanning around the ground and staying at the face of someone shall they show interesting emotion, the cloaked girl who no one knows the name off grinned.
Marines.
They were the ones who have interesting reaction, but never voiced out their opinion considering the fact that they were watching a Pirate's memory; a piece of memory that showed who this Pirate really is.
With just two memories shown, she could already some having hesitation written on their eyes. They weren't sure what to think of pirates at this point.
They've witnessed it. The joy the Whitebeard pirates have shown after seeing their already dead family; the delight and endless joy to see a person they thought they would never see again, much more talked and touch. The Marines thought it doesn't changed their view, but that moving scene of reunion being paired up with Luffy's memory; this boy who have been kind-hearted and righteous, having the thirst for adventure and freedom, seemed to have taken a commencement of hesitation.
Everyone was stilled, listening out of curiosity of what Luffy is about to say since he was seen crossing his arms, a smile on his face paired up with those trusting eyes.
The three members who weren't there at that time felt like their hearts was suddenly hit with pride; a warm comforting feeling entered them once they've heard the words of their Captain.
"Wahh!! Luffy-san, I'm moved!" Brook said, tears of happiness running down the holes of where his eyes supposedly is.
Zoro grinned, "Well, he got them good with that." He muttered.
Sanji also have a smile, "He have a talent in convincing others and forcing whatever he wanted." He whispered, the scene of Luffy inviting him to join his crew that time appearing on his mind. Only at that time, Luffy actually didn't force him in the end, and he somehow joined by his own volition after what happened.

"But he looks happy..." Haruta muttered silently, watching the blonde man who was known as 'Black Leg' smiled and do a weird dance.
"Wimps out?" Sanji questioned, slightly sending the sniper an annoyed glance. "Don't say something like that when you got baited by the Shitty Captain!"
Hearing that, Usopp glared at him. "We didn't get baited! Luffy's not smart enough to use bait!"
Everyone sweat dropped at their conversation, worrying how this group of people were the ones Straw Hat Luffy trusted the most when he, as a captain, was treated like this and was even called 'Shitty' by his own crew members.
Of course, only some groups think like that; especially the Marines except a few, since the Pirates who knows Luffy was used to this. Luffy weren't the type to be bossy around. In fact, there's only a few times when Luffy actually inserted his dominance as a Captain, but he was often seen being so childish and friendly, because he didn't want to be treated as a Boss, no, he wanted to be treated as a friend.
Robin, feeling satisfied with the answer, smiled and also laugh a little while the other members of straw hats laugh along with happy smiles, still touched by their Captain's words.
However, Law on the other hand was watching them in confusion, sweat dropping down his forehead despite the cold temperature they were in.
"Hahahaha! The surgeon looks f*cking lost!" Kidd playfully mocked, earning himself glares from not just Law, but from the whole Heart Pirates.
"Shut your mouth, Eustass-ya."
Kidd grinned, "Oh c'mon. It doesn't seem that bad to have a damn alliance with the stupid monkey, I was also planning to offer him one, considering I wanted to take down... someone." He said, his eyes taking a quick glance at a certain red-haired pirates before feeling the slight ache of his shoulder, where his lost arm is.

Law click his tongue, his eyes narrowing at the current Pirate King who have that smile being shown in the mirror.
"You have no idea how it's like to be allied with the Straw Hats." He stated.
"Oh?" Kidd mussed, "What it's like, hmm?"
Law paused, before he let out a exasperated sigh.
"Every single plan would surely be ruined."
"DON'T TALL LIKE WE'RE NOT HERE!" The straw hats yelled, Except Robin, Zoro and Jimbe who just gave Law an indifferent glance.
After all, what he just said was the truth. Luffy never listen to plans, and somehow the Straw Hatted Pirate would be able to find a way to stray and caused trouble.
"Geez, quit it and just watched would ya?" Cavendish said for the first time, sitting with his arms crossed.
While his words annoyed some, everyone decided to listen.
"The mirror...just glitched." Izo commented.
Ace nodded, "Yeah, I saw it too."
Now everyone was confused what just happened, but the one who could answer their question was busy staring above, looking at nothingness.

Now, in a new world, he refuses to be anything but the top of the food chain. IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a story I began writing a year and a half ago and decided to shelf, I'm coming back to it now because I miss writing; however, I have not carved out any time specifically for this and, as of now, it will be something I do on the side for fun. Currently I have 9 chapters plus a prologue written; I'm going to be going through and editting it to be in a present tense (from past), as well as changing some of the story and grammar. Let me know what you think, and thanks for reading.
