After their return from the resort, Anuj and Anu got busy with their regular business projects and meetings. Life was sailing smooth for #MaAn, all filled with love and romance, helping each other in thier daily tasks and managing the family affairs as well.

However, the conversation Anuj had with Adi was constantly running at the back of his mind. Without letting Anu know about this, he did contact few of his known doctor friends to seek their opinion and advice in this matter. Obviously, Adi was constantly helping him in these discussions with his doctor friends to understand the medical perspective better.

He was constantly reading articles, gathering information and in constant conversations with the experts of medical field to understand and absorb each and every perspective in this matter.

It was crucial for him to know every detail. More than his wish or dreams of a family and fatherhood, it was Anu he was concerned about. Before he could discuss the topic with Anu, he wanted to ensure that every aspect of this has been researched for and verified at its best.

Also Dr.Advait was constantly guiding him and understanding his concern for Anu, Adi felt grateful and did thank Anuj for his love and respect for Anu.

After through research and lot of discussions with Adi, one fine day Anuj decided to surprise Anu. He asked her to accompany him for a drive. She readily agreed. They both left and on their way, Anuj did turn the car towards Adi's resort. Anu was surprised but she knew Anuj did love the atmosphere there and hence was happy that Anuj did take time out for them once again.

It was a pleasant evening and Adi did welcome them. They had a small talk and decided to meet again after sometime.

Later in the evening, Adi, Anuj and Anu met once again and started talking about random topics.

Cautiously, Adi did bring the topic of family and tried to check Anu's opinion on the matter. Anu was taken aback, as she had not thought over the topic till now and also she did not discuss about this with Anuj. She was not aware of what Anuj was dreaming or aspiring for.

Anuj, being Anuj, did confirm once again that Anu matters the most for him, rest everything is secondary. He did share his dream and other aspects that he and Adi have discussed and consulted over the past few weeks.

Anuj did mention loud and clear that he is not bothered about the society's opinion. He did share his aspiration, however also confirmed that it would be solely Anu's decision.

Anu did ask few questions about her health, her age, the risk of complications if any, and Adi as a doctor and a friend did answer all her questions. Anu did realise that Anuj has done thorough research on every aspect before opening up on this topic and he was well aware of every step and consequence.

However, as this topic came up all of a sudden, Anu did not react or say anything but borrowed sometime to think. Anuj did promise that he won't force her for anything and he would happily accept her decision.

She felt emotional and he hugged her, to calm her down. Adi left the couple alone to be with themselves and speak their hearts out.

For few days after this discussion, Anu went very silent. She was constantly thinking about the topic in her mind. She was trying to figure out lot of aspects, being a lady and a mother to 3 grown up kids. She was also wondering about the consequences as she would soon be a grandmother.

However, when she thought of Anuj and his happiness, everything else seemed insignificant. The shine in Anuj's eyes, the glow on his face, the happiness he would enjoy, everything was overwhelming, even in imagination.

Anu had 3 kids, but during all those crucial months during her 3 pregnancies, she wanst taken care of or loved the way a girl would dream of. She wasn't pampered by her husband or his family, No one cared whether she liked food or not, whether she was suffering from morning sickness, whether she wanted anything special to eat or what was that she was craving for.

On the contrary, all the 3 kids were conceived as per her ex-husbands wish and will. He never asked her opinion in this important matter. She was just treated as a body to carry his kids.

Asking her opinion on pregnancy was way too an important one, she was not even allowed to voice out if she was not ready for physical intimacy on some days. The physical intimacy also depended on her ex-husbands wish. Her consent was never obtained, forget about honouring her consent.

All those memories flashed in her head and she started recollecting how every dream of her was crushed, even was not allowed to enjoy and relish this divine journey of motherhood. She missed all the pre-natal and postpartum care that is required for every mother. After all, it's not an easy to task to carry a life within you for 9 months. It's the beautiful creation of God and hence requires extra care, support and love.
