《Got7 Imagines》Mark - Hand

You sat down on the couch with a hmph.
"What's wrong?" Mark asked you from the other end of the couch while still playing games on his phone.
You let out a sigh and said, "Why can't he see me more then just a girl who works at the same company as him?"
"Jackson?" Mark asked, briefly looking up from his phone
You hummed in reply and stuck in the straw in the coffee you had just bought from the vending machine.
Mark returned back to playing the game on his phone, but was now more attentive to what you were saying.
"It's been years Y/N. Why don't you give up now?" Mark said.
"You don't ever give up on love Mark," You said dramatically.
"You don't love him. It's just a crush," Mark mumbled.
You sipped on your coffee and said, "Okay fine. Maybe it isn't love, but is it that hard to notice me. I've literally been giving him all these hints, and I know he's not that dense."
You turn your torso to face him, leaning in and grabbing his arm, asking him sincerely, "Tell me Mark. Am I that unattractive?"
Mark was a bit startled when you grabbed his arm to get his complete attention and looked up to find your face a bit too close to his.
"Uh-N-No. You're not unattractive," Mark told you, stuttering a bit in his speech
You released the weak hold you had on his arm and sank back into the couch. Taking another sip of your coffee, you offered it to Mark, who took it.
"Are you tired?" You asked him, to which Mark replied, "A bit. We were practicing pretty late last night,"

"Why don't you tell me some spoilers about your comeback?" You whined to Mark, shaking his arm slightly.
"Nope. You're not getting any." Mark said, grinning and putting his phone away, drinking more of your coffee.
"C'mon. I always tell you Twice's comeback concepts. And I always tell you gossip of Division 3." You tell him, trying to make a point.
"I never force you to tell me anything. You do it willingly. I, however, know how to keep a secret. You're lucky division three doesn't know you willingly let out secrets, otherwise you won't have a job anymore," Mark said.
You rolled your eyes and snatched back your coffee from him.
"Hey," You protested, "Mark you drank so much of this."
"I'll buy you another one," Mark said and you stated, "You always say that,"
"So...Why don't you give up on Jackson," Mark asked, abruptly changing the topic.
You let out a deep sigh and say,"I don't know, I just...he was so sweet and kind to me when I first joined the company. And he's so strong"
"You know you could do better than him," Mark stated and you turned your neck to look at him.
"What do you mean?" You asked him, confused at his behavior
"It's just-I know him better than you, and he's not really your style," Mark said, avoiding your gaze.
"And you know my style?" You questioned him, to which he replied, "I just know it's not Jackson"
"Well don't worry. It doesn't look like he's going to be interested in me anytime soon," You say.
"That's good!" Mark said, far too cheerfully and clasped his hands together.
"Okay what's your deal?" You ask and Mark looks at you puzzled, causing you to continue, "You've being saying all these comments lately about how Jackson isn't "good enough" for me, and I've had enough. What's wrong?"
"It's nothing. I'm just looking out for you," Mark said, nervously scratching the backside of his neck.
"Bullshit," You scoff.
"I-sigh- I just think you'd look cuter holding my hand," Mark said abruptly.
"What!" You say, completely caught off guard.
Mark gives you a nervous smile, and shifts closer to you, gently intervening your hands together.
"See," Mark said, holding your hands out, "Your hand fits perfectly with mine. Imagine how good it'd look if we were walking side by side,"

Getting Hard (Journey of a Tank)
Herald Stone always built tank characters in every MMORPG he played. To be immortal—that was his first Goal, a simple childhood dream. However, the turbulent realities of life put an end to his gaming days. Years passed, and Herald Stone, now having attained success and stability, was presented with the opportunity to redeem himself...to fulfill his first Goal. Trivial? Childish? Others might think so. But Herald Stone always fulfilled his Goals—every single one. No matter what. Immortality beckoned in Mother Core Online, and this time Herald Stone would answer. Choosing a long-forgotten race, hidden away in an unknown region, the journey of an immortal tank begins. This is the tale of Herald Stone...getting hard. Schedule: Mon-Wed-Fri-Sat, 10am Central/ 3pm GMT. ~1.8k-2.3k words per chapter. Also published on Scribblehub. My other ongoing story: REND | Royal Road Expect a focus on building a true tank in MMORPGs. Heavy game elements and numbers are present. But actual math will take a backseat to strategies involving skill builds and synergies that steadily become more complex while remaining understandable. The main character is atypical in LitRPGs or web novels as a whole. He might take some getting used to. Character arcs will develop over a long period. What you see now will be different as the main character changes. The start of Getting Hard is slow-paced (more so than others of the genre) and includes world-building and character development before focusing on the LitRPG.

8 404The 48 Laws of Power in Practice
Discover how power works in the world, through true stories and real-world applications. In the game of power, we all play - as either conscious or unconscious players. So we can't afford not to know the rules. The ** chapters have the most outrageous content. In each chapter, I will be summarizing one of the laws and how it can be applied to current events and pop culture. Some of you have told me the stories are what you enjoy the most. They are real, raw, and anonymous so that others may learn from my mistakes. There will be cringe-worthy stories of self-sabotage, but perhaps also some unlikely triumphs. Some of the details are changed to protect the innocent, (or perhaps guilty). "The 48 Laws of Power" by Robert Greene illustrates truths about power, through philosophy and lessons from three thousand years of history, which still hold true today. There is a lot to learn from each chapter. I encourage you to go on this journey with me by reflecting on how each law might apply to you. Together, may we learn from the past and take control of the future.
