《Got7 Imagines》Youngjae - Pet Store

The door chimed and you looked up to see a customer walking in.
You looked up at the clock to see it displaying ten minutes before nine.
'You got lucky mister', You thought, referring to the customer who walked just ten minutes before the closing time. Truthfully, you always ended up closing the store ten minutes early as usually no one ever comes to shop during the last fifteen minutes. However that was something the owner of the store didn't know, and you intend to keep it that way.
"Welcome," You said, trying to be cheerful as you had been taught to say.
The customer nodded at you, however kept his face half hidden, covering himself from you. You paid it no attention and went back to your work, preparing to close the store.
"Sir, we will be closing in ten minutes," You said politely, reminding him of the store times.
The customer nodded again and this time you noticed that his hair was blue under the black cap he was wearing.
You raised your eyebrows slightly to yourself at his hair color. It wasn't that you are against un-natural hair colors, however you haven't seen many people pull off blue hair perfectly and couldn't help but wonder if this guy managed to pull it off nicely.
Much to your delight, the customer was quick in choosing what he wanted to buy and made his way towards the cashier.
You picked up the barcode scanner and scanned the price tags off the toys he had selected. However the cash machine decided to malfunction at the time, not accepting the money you were trying to put in.
You gave an awkward smile to the customer and apologized, "I'm so sorry. This happens sometimes. We are currently in the middle of ordering a new machine,"

"It's okay," the customer said, and you frowned but quickly hid it.
His voice sounded incredibly familiar but you couldn't recall where you had heard it. Now that you thought about, you were pretty sure that even his face was familiar.
'Is he in any of my classes', You wondered, but quickly dismissed the idea, thinking, 'No, I would've have remembered if someone had blue hair,'
The cashier started working and you couldn't help but feel a bit disappointed as you would't be able to figure where you had seen this stranger.
As you gave him back his change and he put his wallet back into his jeans pocket, it hit you all of a sudden and you gasped loudly.
He looked up at you, startled at your gasp and you stared at him with wide eyes.
"I...I-uh-I," You stammered, not knowing what to say.
"I like your new song," You finally blurted and you could tell Youngjae was surprised.
He titled his head slightly and scratched his head while saying, "Ah-thank you. I didn't think you knew who I was,"
"I thought you looked familiar and I realized where I saw you," You said, trying to sound normal.
Youngjae nodded, letting the information sink in, before asking, "You're not a fan right?"
"My best friends loves you guys,"You replied, "I pretty much know all of your songs,"
Youngjae nodded once again and an awkward silence fell over the two of you. You nervously fidgeted your hands, not knowing what to do.
"I should get going. Thank you," Youngjae said politely, and you nodded.
Right before he was about to exit, Youngjae turned around and said, "Excuse me?"
"Yes?" You said, confused.
"May I know your name?" He asked
You looked at him, confused, but nonetheless answered, "Y/N,"
"Do you work everyday Y/N?" Youngjae asked.
"Except for Fridays and Saturdays, I work here every night," You said
Youngaje nodded at what you said and smiled a bit.
"Okay Y/N. I'll see you next time," He said and exited the store, leaving you to wonder what he meant by 'next time'.

The Sun's Remnant
Two people are transported to a world with magic, but it is no Wonderland. When the god of light died, he decided to take the world with him. At least, that’s what many believe in the Kingdom of Rhine, a once vast kingdom of which only a small corner remains — and even that is threatened. On one side, by the Twisted Forest, a corruption spreading from the deathplace of the gods that has already swallowed up most of Rhine. On the other, by the resurgent Kagrathan Empire, resurrected by the infallible God-Emperor Karlatz. A holy order of knights carry out their mission despite the death of their god. A band of talented misfits prepare for a heist out of their league — by stealing. Mages hunt for secrets even as the world ends. A ruler does what must be done to save the living, no matter the cost. Into this world of magic and murder, two adrift souls are inexplicably dragged: a mother estranged from her young daughter due to her own mistakes, and a young man with a love of fantasy who has gradually drifted away from his friends and family. As they each struggle to find their place in this world, they must also answer the question: do they want one?***Content Warning: I've drafted about 100,000 words (most of the first volume), and there is no sexual content so far, though I may add it in the future. There is occasionally gore and traumatising content as the story demands. I commit to keeping all of the above non-voyeuristic. [participant in the Royal Road Writathon challenge]
