As soon as you got home from school, you immediately opened your phone to see that you had received a message from Bambam.
You let out a chuckle when you read his home address following along with a winky face.
You had some time to kill before the party, so you decided to complete your math homework. Yes, your math teacher gave everyone homework on the first day.
Once it was around the time for you to leave, you began to get ready. You knew you wouldn't be able to tell your mother about this party, knowing she wouldn't allow you to go.
But you couldn't miss out on this, it was your only chance to make a good impression with this school and you weren't going to allow some ankle monitor to stop you.
You were just going to have to make up some excuse with Jaebeom on why it's turned off. You're thinking of just telling him the charger broke..hopefully he believes you.
After sneaking out your bedroom window and climbing down a tree with your God-awful athletic skills, it took about fifteen minutes to drive to Bambam's house.
To say it was packed would be an understatement. There were so many cars parked down the road, you didn't think you'd actually be able to find a spot.
Luckily, there was an opening about two houses down from his. Once you hopped out the car, you were in awe at how huge Bambam's house was, he literally lives in a mansion.
The music was extremely loud to the point where you could hear it from outside. You couldn't imagine what it's gonna be like inside.
Soon after stepping inside, you notice that there were at least 200 people just in this one room.
It's like a nightclub in here. People we're dancing on each other, swimming in the indoor pool, and doing body shots. You're a little surprised at how nice this party is
You begin walking around to explore the place and you suddenly spot Jennie and Jisoo speaking to a crowd of people beside them.
Jennie turns her gaze and notices you standing alone. She drags Jisoo with her as she speeds over to you with excitement.
"Y/n! You're here!" Jennie exclaims, surprisingly excited to see you.
"You look amazing. you should dress me sometime." Jisoo compliments with a wink.
"Thank you." You quirk a brow at her words as try to hide your smile. You couldn't tell if she was complimenting you or hitting on you. Either way, you were intrigued.
You look around at all the people and recognized Jackson as he stood by the staircase talking to one of his friends.
"I'll be right back." You said to the two girls before walking past them to greet Jackson.
"Jackson." You called out and he immediately turned to face you.
"Yo, Y/n! You actually showed up." Jackson spoke eagerly and you tried not to laugh at how intoxicated he appeared.
"Is it that surprising?" You questioned, curiously.
"I'm not sure if you've already met, but this is my friend Mark." Jackson informs, completely ignoring your question.
Your eyes shifted towards Mark and you recognized him as the quiet guy sitting near Yugyeom.
"Hi, I'm Y/n." You greeted, trying to be polite.
He stares at you for what felt like forever before looking away as if he was uninterested in talking to you.
He's friends with Yugyeom so what did you expect. He's probably an imbecile, too. Although, something in you didn't want to judge him just yet.

You study his features, wondering why the look in his eyes seemed so distant. In a room full of people, he appeared so vacant and tired.
"So, what's up?" Jackson ask, breaking you free from your thoughts.
"Do you happen to know where Bambam is? I haven't gotten the chance to see him yet." You explain.
"Last I saw, he was taking some girl to his room. I didn't get a good look at her face, but she had blond hair." He answers truthfully while pointing in the direction they headed.
"Okay, thanks." You smiled.
You gave Mark one last glance as he continued to remain silent. Something about his aura was pulling you in. You wanted to talk to him, to hear him speak. He slowly turns his head to look at you once more and you felt your face flush.
Feeling embarrassed, you hastily began walking up the set of stairs Jackson pointed to. You felt an odd feeling in your chest. You hated that feeling, but loved it at the same time.
As you reached the top of the stairs, you made your way down the hallway. You knew you were being nosy, but you couldn't help but feel curious as to who Bambam is hooking up with.
A cunning look shot through your eyes at the thought as you quietly stepped through the hallway.
All the doors appeared to be shut, until you stopped in front of a dimly lit room, noticing the door was cracked open.
You peak through the crack being sure not to make a noise, only to see a girl on top of Bambam as they were making-out. His back was flat against the mattress as she was having a field-day with him.
Bambam pushes her against the mattress and your eyes widen, realizing the girl was Momo.
You backed up from the room with a smug grin on your face. It appears Momo did take you up on your offer to come and it looks as though she's having a pretty good time.
Looks like she's gotten over Yugyeom real quick. You shook your head at the thought as you turned around to go back downstairs.
Your smile falters when you crash into someone causing you to recoil. You almost fell from the impact, but they quickly grabbed your arm, pulling you back.
You glance up with gratitude only for that gratitude to turn into disgust when you realize the person was Yugyeom.
"Pervert."
Your brows furrow, until you registered that he probably saw you watching Bambam and Momo kissing.
"It wasn't like that." You argued, yanking your arm from his grasp.
"Oh really?" His brows raise in amusement. "Then why were you watching them like some sort of Peeping-Tom?"
You had no way to explain yourself except that you have stupid curiosity. Knowing him he'd probably tell everyone and you'd be forever labeled as pervert. You'd eventually have to move countries and change your name and develop a completely new personality—but, you're getting too ahead of yourself.
"I–" You had no idea what to say.
"So, you admit you were spying on them with perverted intentions?" He says, a conniving smile stretching his lips.
"No!" You exclaim.
"Look, you're getting all flustered. You know I'm right." He points at you teasingly, leaving you speechless.
You slap his finger out of your face in frustration. You feel as though you're being gaslighted right now.
"You know what, I don't care. Believe what you want." You groan, stomping off in the other direction.

You heard him laughing as you walked away, causing you to send him one last glare. Before exiting the hall, you notice him picking up something shiny off the ground, but you didn't pay any mind to it as you just wanted him out of your sight.
You finally made your way back downstairs and over to Jackson. You noticed that Mark was no longer with him, leaving you wondering where he went.
"Did you find Bambam?" Jackson taking a sip of his beer and you nodded. "Did you get a good look at the girl?"
"It was Momo." You revealed, smiling once again.
"Seriously?!" He questions in disbelief.
"No, Jackson, it was actually a roach." You state sarcastically. "Yes! It was Momo."
"Okay! Calm thyself, no need to shout." He says with his hands in the air, shielding himself from your outburst, "..but didn't she confess to Yugyeom just a few hours ago at school?"
"Looks like she got over it." You said, not sounding too surprised. You're not sure what she even saw in Yugyeom.
"That was pretty fast.." He says and you shrug not really thinking much of it.
A few hours later, the party was slowly getting out of hand. You had started a war of beer pong on the pool table with Jackson, Jennie, and Jisoo until it started to escalate and other began to join in.
It was you and Jennie on one team and Jackson and Jisoo on the other. They have lost almost every round so far which you can say it was the result of your awesome skills.
Now you were in the zone, you focus on the last red cup standing and bounce the ball towards it, ferociously. And of course the ball made its way inside the cup.
You jump up and cheer happily, giving Jennie a high five as you won the game.
"You're too good at this!" Jennie exclaims.
You laugh at Jisoo and Jackson who were pouting on the other side of the pool table. This was probably their fifth time they lost in a row.
Suddenly, loud sirens could be heard going off in the background. You could definitely recognize that sound anywhere.
Everything just became a big commotion as everyone began to panic. People were running and heading home, but you just stood there still in shock.
Your mind went back to that night with Jinyoung and how much trouble you were in. You were just too scared to even move an inch.
You finally muster up enough courage to move, but a voice stops you.
"Don't even think about it."
You slowly turn around with your hands held up in the air. You knew that voice very well.
"Y/n, I thought you would've known better by now."
"Come on, Jaebeom, you know me. I'm not one to miss out on a party." You chuckle sheepishly, hands dropping to your sides.
"I should've know you would've been here with those fools." He sighs in disappointment.
You were confused as to who he was referring to. Bambam? Jackson?
"Sorry?" You gave a half smile, scratching the back of your neck awkwardly.

"How could you ruin my party like that, hyung!"
You heard someone shouting through the phone as you sat in Jaebeom's car. He pulls the phone away from his ear and squints his eye in annoyance.
You're assuming the voice belonged to Bambam, but why would they even be talking with each other. How would they even know each other.
Jaebeom had already pulled into your driveway after he let you off the hook and offered to drive you home, knowing you were partially under the influence.
"I'll explain later." Jaebeom states and just hung up abruptly, shoving his phone back into his pocket.
You look over at him as he stared at you with a serious expression. He just sighs, not really knowing what to say to you. He seems to be stressed by the situation and you started to feel a bit bad.
"Y/n, you really need to stop and think before you act. Doing these things can you get into serious trouble." He says as if you didn't already know.
Maybe he was right, acting out like this was the reason you had to leave Busan in the first place and you didn't want to move again. But it's not like you were doing anything completely illegal like drugs or whatever.
"I know, but I just wanted to have some fun, it was nothing serious." You reply, looking down at your hands.
"Nothing serious?" He repeats. "Y/n, you have already violated the number one rule of being on house arrest. Don't leave the house. It's only been a week and you couldn't even follow that one simple instruction."
You didn't feel so great anymore, you're good mood had fully disappeared. "Thank you for driving me home..I'll see you later."
You step out the car and walked inside your house. Once the door shut, the lights flicked on and your mother began confronting you.
"Y/n! Where the hell have you been?" She shouts angrily.
"A friend's house."
"A friend's house? Really? You expect me to believe that."
"It's true, that's where the party was at." You state simply, knowing it would piss her off even more.
"That's it! You're grounded!" She yells, as you tried your best to hold in your laugh at her small punishment.
"Like that'll do anything. You put me on house arrest before, remember?" You remind, giving her a fake smile.
"Look how well that worked! You can't even follow simple rules." She scoffed. "You know what, fine. Do whatever you want, I don't care."
"Gladly."
She storms out the room angrily. The sound of her bedroom door slamming shut caused you to flinch.

"Everyone has to run at least five laps around the track field." The gym teacher spoke and blew his whistle.
"Let's go, Y/n." Jackson says and heads over to the track.
"Wait, let me take my necklace off before I run." You state, knowing it would bother your bouncing up and down.
As you place your hand on your chest where your locket usually lies, it was gone. Where the hell did it go?
"Where is it?" You panicked, eyes widening slightly.
"What's wrong?" Jackson asks, noticing the worried expression on your face.
"My necklace is gone."
"What's so special about it that it's causing you to panic this much?" He questions, pulling you along to run so you wouldn't get in trouble with the coach.
"Someone very important gave it to me." You answer, trying to calm down.
"Who?"
"I'll tell you about it during lunch, but for now, lets just get these laps over with."
After the hour long gym class, you were finally able to go to lunch with Jackson. You both decided to sit alone today, so you could finish your conversation from gym.
"Are you going ti tell me about the one who gave you your necklace, now?" He questions you impatiently.
"Yes." You sigh, "His name is Park Jinyoung."
Jackson's appears to be unsettled by you mention of Jinyoung's name, which you wonder why.
It took a while to tell him the whole story of why you moved to Seoul in the first place and what happened to Jinyoung, but he was actually pleasantly surprised by it.
"That's why I need my necklace back." You state, returning back to the topic.
"Don't worry, I'll help you find it."
~~
Yugyeom's eyes bounced side to side, watching as the silver locket swing back and forth as he held the necklace up. The locket was engraved with the familiar initials, "pjy", which caught Yugyeom's attention.
He found at Bambam's place, lying on the floor during the party, yet he hasn't had the pleasure to see who it belonged to.
"What's that?" Mark finally opened his eyes after he had been sleeping against the wall.
"Some necklace." Yugyeom answered, appearing fascinated by the locket.
"Who's is it?" Mark questioned, although he sounded disinterested.
"No idea."
Yugyeom carefully opened the locket up only to be welcomed by a small picture of a couple. A couple that he shockingly recognized.
Of course Yugyeom knew the girl to be Y/n, but the boy was someone he knew all too well.
"Jinyoung.."

After a long day of worrying and stressing over your necklace, you decided to skip your last class to hang out on the rooftop instead.
You walk over to the railing, enjoying the cool breeze flowing through the sky. The warmth of the sun felt relaxing, you could stay like this forever.
Stupidly, you were too deep in your own thoughts to notice that someone else was also there.
You turned around to lean your back against the railing when you spotted two legs propped up on some old desks. You walked closer to get a better view of who it was only to see Mark sitting in one of the desks resting against the wall. His eyes were shut and he appeared to be listening to music as he had earphones in.
He suddenly opened his eyes and you jumped in surprise, hitting your elbow against one of the desks.
You cursed yourself internally, rubbing your now injured elbow as the quiet boy continued to stare at you.
"So noisy." He pulls out his earphones and stands up.
Your brows raised, taken aback. You finally heard his voice. It was quiet and gentle. A voice that made that odd feeling come back to you.
You worried he was going to leave after you interrupted his peace and quiet, but he just walks over to you, and stands leaning his a arms against the railing.
"Sorry, I didn't mean to annoy you. I just, well I just wanted to be alone." You sigh.
His brows contort, waiting for you to continue.
"I lost something important to me and now I'm a little frustrated." You purse your lips, looking up at the sun.
Mark looks away as if he was thinking about something. You were having a hard time reading his thoughts.
"Yugyeom—"
Your eyes quickly glance up at him, anticipating his next words when he suddenly cut himself off.
"Yugyeom?"
He looks back at you as if he shouldn't be saying this, but continues anyways.
"Yugyeom has your necklace."

Rago didn't have what you would call a good life... Or lives, in his case. For you see, Rago is one of an infinitesimally small number of people that remembers his previous lives. In his first life, he was a young spartan warrior that was killed for being too weak. In his second life, he was a young squire in the courts of Camelot that was tragically killed when his master lost control of his horse, and it kicked him in the head. In his third life, he was a child soldier in Africa that managed to escort a group of children to safety before he was shot in the head by their now ex-captors. And in his fourth life, he spent his entire life in a hospital bed being treated for a currently incurable auto-immune disease. ... But, that's when things changed. He was suddenly brought before an all-powerful being and given yet another go at life... Let's hope things are different this time.
