《Conquer {BLEACH}》(80).

Agito vomited up her stomach lining.
Her mouth drooled saliva, stomach acid burning her throat, the taste of iron and ozone overtaking the feel of dust and grime. She groaned as she rolled over to her side, barely conscious enough to be aware that she had a side.
She died.
Or at least, she thought she did. When the Before came and took over, she had let it and then she was gone.
She was gone.
There was no thought, no noise, no conscious thought. It was just a great big empty that hollowed her insides. There was no thought. No existence. Just a strange soulful knowledge that she had gone somewhere and came back with nothing. Missing time. Missing place. Missing existence. It was all vaguely familiar.
She had died.
But now she’s back.
Agito struggled to open her eyes, her weary body having taken a heavy toll from surviving both Michael and the accursed entity that dwelled in wait for Aizen’s rebirth.
Wait, Aizen.
With more motivation to open her eyes, she blinked awake. Her eyes saw spots of black and white flashing and her stomach rolled with nausea. She didn’t feel wounded. Just extremely tired. Like her body had been sapped of all its energy. She couldn’t even feel her own reiatsu. It was gone.
Figures.
She struggled to move, tapping into her own willpower to get her lethargic limbs to work. Her arms came under her and with a great heaving push, she brought herself up. Agito waited a few moments to let her body orientate itself, looking around at the destruction her fight wrought.
Oh.
The landscape was completely barren. Entirely flat, as if the mountains were crushed to dust. Thunderclouds rumbled overhead but instead of their heavy purple, pregnant with lightning, the clouds were blue and burdened with rain.

The first few drops allowed Agito to become aware of something else.
She was covered in blood. Wet, gleaming, bright red blood and she was bathed in it, the smell of iron and early rot stinking up her nose.
“Ugh,” Agito articulated before raising her hand to touch her face. She still had a mouth, a nose, and two eyes. Her hair was long though, grown from her exponential power bursts. Her blue locks had turned black from the blood.
She wasn’t wounded and she didn’t want to think of where all the blood had come from.
She looked down at herself, taking in her two arms and two hands, both five fingered. She wore the tattered remains of her Hueco Mundo uniform, blood soaked and burnt from all the damage she had gone through today. She still had a whole chest, two legs, two feet. There was no abnormalities.
But Agito could swear that she grew more limbs.
Pushing that nightmare thought away, she heaved herself up. A soft rumble of thunder came in the distance and the rain poured harder, quickly soaking the ground. By the time Agito stood on her own two legs, the rain had turned into her personal shower, the red blood finally washing away.
Agito looked around, trying to see if there was anything in the plain that could serve as a landmark. In the distance, she saw … something. She had a feeling she knew what it was. A dark, heavy emotion settled low in her but before rising, overtaking her stomach, heart, lungs, throat, all the way up until her eyes went tunnel vision. She walked.
Aizen laid crumbled into the ground, his eyes were weakly open and blinking past the raindrops. He wore nothing but the last of his white hakama, ripped and burnt also from his many transformations. His arms were mangled. His legs twisted. His chest was crushed. He spat up blood as his lungs heaved for breath. But in his heart laid a tiny ounce of reiatsu.

The Hougyoku was nowhere to be seen.
Aizen didn’t feel Agito’s approach because she had nothing to feel. He only heard her wet footsteps splashing into the wet earth. He couldn’t move his head but his eyes roamed until they landed on her.
God she was still beautiful.
Dripping in blood, awashed with the rain, her long hair fell down in thick waves, her golden eyes were wide, alive, and staring.
“Look at you,” he said in approval, coughly a little past the blood, “Mi Reina, savior of the world. How does success taste?”
She was silent, still staring.
“Ingenious plan that,” he admitted, “Have your … Michael … strip me of my Shinigami powers. Never had I foreseen the Hougyoku to take over but clearly you did. Have a monster greater than a Creation God take care of it. Perfect, truly.
“And now you’ve saved the world, and no one will thank you for it. No one wants to see a Judas as the hero. There was nothing heroic about War and … whatever that monster was. They will curse you. Turn you into a story to fear. ‘Beware the Goddess of Battle, bathed in blood,’ they’ll say. They’ll hunt you down and lock you up alongside me.
“We’re going to be the greatest of cellmates.”
Agito moved fast. She dropped down onto Aizen’s broken chest, pressing her knees down onto his shoulders. Her hands wrapped around his throat tight and with weak fingers she squeezed. But she was too weak to strangle him.
“What do you plan to do?” Aizen mocked while chuckling, “Even now, I still have more power than you. An ounce is more than nothing. You have no reiatsu, no weapon, no strength to kill me.”
“No,” Agito said, her voice deep and rough from her hatred, “But I have teeth.”
Aizen’s eyes widened in realization and horror as Agito slowly bent down, her wet hair cutting them both off from the world. The intimacy was striking. Her hands moved to cup his face, drawing her thumbs under his jaw to lift his chin up.
“No,” Aizen said, wiggling what little he could move to try and dislodge her but Agito was immoveable, “Don’t-”
Agito wasn’t listening. Her entire focus was on the soft give of his throat. She could feel his heartbeat thumping and all she could see was just how tiny and breakable he was under her hands.
She leaned down further to stretch her teeth around his arteries.
And she ate.

The Empty Valley Cries Unheard
The stories can be read at any order. Phew, this story was finally finished at last! What could I say, it was a hell of a ride when I wrote it from the beginning to end. Thanks for having me on RR :D All the current chapter had already done a run on Grammarly, so hopefully it'd be more readable. ...kinda feeling lazy so calling off the edits for now. A couple of old / new attempts of combining Horror, Comedy and Absurdist elements. I'm not very good at writing Horror stories but I'd like to try once in a while. Although the first chapter may be completely screwed up, believe me--I mostly write fluffy gay scenes between two girls. It would PROBABLY become a lot lighter as we moved up the chapter count. Not for the faint of heart, but if you're like me who like some absurd or nonsensical stories, this might be right up your alley. Sorry in advance if some of the chapters seem normal lol additional tags : nonsense / absurd / parody

That if you got caught you would disappear forever, with no body to recover because you know his secrets whether you know it or not.

17 year old high school kid Barry Allen has a brain that can't shut up. One day his mundane life gets turned around when the world as we know it ends and a new era begins. But in a very cosmic 'merge' or 'die' way. Inter dimensional energies leak causing a rift from which monsters, humans, mutants and the like emerge. Will Barry and his friends adapt to the new meta 'fight tooth and nail to survive'? or Will they succumb to the endless mysteries of the universe? Who is this Trevor guy we keep hearing about? About the Novel Decimation - end of world Mortism - is a concept, where understanding of life is better after experiencing death Fitting title for my story i suppose. I like having quirky titles for my chapters. They may sometimes have spoilers and twists, beware. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- About author: I am new to writing stuff in general. I will probably have lots of grammar mistakes since English is not my first language. I am writing as a hobby. I release atleast one chapter a week. I planned volume 1 to be about 60-70 pages in my google doc. Character inspiration from myself. I literally have a brain that does not shut up. I do enjoy a lot of novels here especially : savage divinity and paladian. The cover page is my own design. I am happy with it, but feel free to suggest/show something better. I will try to do an art of my characters, especially Trevor, so you guys can also see what I see. But that will take a while. In the meantime, keep reading!
8 80Thief of Time
[Participant in the Royal Road Writathon challenge] Book 1: The Legend of Tot Synopsis: Claud Primus, a self-declared master thief, has a simple goal. To live forever. It's a rather easy task, for miraculous objects called lifestones are able to extend one's lifespan. These lifestones are best found in the treasuries of nobles, lovely resorts that Claud pays a visit to every so often. Unfortunately, one of those nightly visits go awry, and Claud is forced to escape with just a single lifestone and a box in hand. Normally, that's when things die down. The guards yawn, the gates close, and the night continues. But this time, the night isn't that forgiving. A dozen schemes result in the murder of someone important, and with a convenient scapegoat — Claud — at hand, it doesn't take long for him to be framed as a heinous criminal, wanted for the indirect murder of someone high up...and it just gets worse from there. Book 2: The Moon Lords' Rise Synopsis: As ordered chaos sweeps across Licencia, Claud leaves for Julan Barony, intent on making some profits there. Accompanied by the erstwhile heiress of Julan, a fellow member of the Moon Lords, the two plot against the barony's wealth...as well as a promise to bring about its downfall. Meanwhile, back home, the Moon Lords have busied themselves with digesting their gains. Eyes, however, are beginning to turn to this proverbial fish in a small pond. The fishermen are coming. When they cast their hook, what will Dia and the others do? Book 3: Murders under the Moons Synopsis: In the sleepy town of Nachtville, where Claud and Lily are forced to stop at, a set of nasty murders occurs. Victims scream out in fright, before a spear falls from the sky to end their suffering. Cowed and cautious, the master thief and his partner slink in the shadows, their objective that of home... A new task, however, has fallen on Dia. With a trusty helper at her side, she has to set off towards Nachtville itself, to solve the mystery Claud had abandoned. Faced with an enemy whose sole skillset is geared towards killing, how will they succeed? And what dark secrets will they find? Book 4: In the Dark of the Moons Synopsis: The year has ended. The four months of the full moons will soon be followed by two months of the new moons. Duke Istrel's ascension is around the corner. Amidst this political upheaval, Count Nightfall, Licencia's strongest defender, has been called away. The Moon Lords' largest task yet — to protect Licencia in the absence of its ruler — has begun. And yet, trouble is unrelenting. A distinguished personage, one that Claud fears, has been found dead in the county, his brains dug out and his body disemboweled. The inquisitors of the White Church have been dispatched to investigate and apprehend the murderer...as well as the person behind this puppet. Tormented by a call to fight, Claud directs his eyes out of the city, looking for the puppetmaster. Skulking in the shadows, the master thief will soon confront his greatest foe yet. A foe just like him. Book 5: Moonlit Tides and Darkened Seas Synopsis: A new era has begun. For the privileged, the sands of time dribble away for every passing moment, counting down to the arrival of a entity of mythical proportions. The night now harbours shadows and fog, and operatives of the Moons and the Dark clash in shadow. Claud, as usual, is investigating a spate of nasty disappearances in the city, but little does he know what these disappearances truly mean. And yet, a tide is coming. When it finally breaks, what will he do? Book 6: Secrets in Shadow Synopsis: The person behind a strike that would enter the annals of history flees his home, bringing with him the person closest to his heart into a new land and into a new world. Having left Istrel for the first time in his life, the two of them attempt to settle down in foreign lands, only to be caught in the middle of hostilities between two mighty powers grappling for dominion. Yet, none of that has anything to do with him. Following his desires, Claud eventually makes his way to the fabled Celestia Ruins, a fragment of another world. Bearing witness to truths he cannot yet comprehend, he returns from his exploration, a small break away from the machinations of destiny. One thing, however, is for certain. Destiny will not wait for him. Book 7: Reddest Rage Synopsis: Destiny churns on, heedless of mortal machinations, and Claud watches as the battlegrounds between the Moons and the Dark are drawn up. With the forces of the great Dark occupying Lostfon, Claud comes to a startling realisation — that he may have very well be a murderer of heinous proportions. Grappling with that realisation, he struggles to prepare for his Second Tutorial... Back in Istrel, Dia finds herself confronted with a perennial truth. Even in a time of writhing destiny, the machinations between nobles never cease to end — and unfortunately for her, the group once known as the Moon Lords are forced into dealing with a petty squabble between two counts. What they didn't account for, however, was the startling discovery they would soon make... And the shadow of the Red God's Holy Son behind it all. Book 8: Darkness Descends Synopsis: Nightmares haunt the horizon as Claud sinks and awakens from a seeming dream. What was once illusory begins to play out before him, in a way he cannot imagine. Dia, forced to wield arms, begins and ends a battle that opens her eyes to the vast dangers that lurk in this sundered world. Under the banner of humanity and divinity, she beholds the silent, forgotten protectors of Orb...but there is no forgetting the battle between the divinities. The Dark descends, the Moons writhe, and the horns of war blow once more. But this is not their battle. Not yet. Book 9: Moons Muster Synopsis: As more and more events fall into place, Claud finds himself desperate. Not for himself, but for the person who has turned into his world. Armed with the knowledge of a certain future, he approaches the only person that could possibly help him in his time of need, trading information for a promise of help. With that as solace, he returns to the grim task of understanding and seeking, revisiting an ancient, shattered fragment of another world...unleashing changes that he never knew was possible. Back in Istrel, Dia and the others must now navigate around a familiar spirit, who seeks to investigate the death of his master's Bearer. With them as prime suspects, the Seekers of Life must move carefully...but the Coloured Gods are not the only divinities eyeing them closely. The Moons, bristling from repeated defeats, are looking for new recruits, and the Seekers of Life are prime cannon fodder. Above all, destiny marches on, the unfeeling clock a warning to all. The Trial of Aeons will soon arrive. Book 10: Destiny Divine Synopsis: ??? Release frequency: one every few days or something, I guess. (This work is also being serialised on Webnovel under the name Revile as a trial run)
