《Conquer {BLEACH}》(44)

It was quiet. And dark. But then again it was always dark in Hunco Mundo, the world of hollows. Upon first arrival, Agito was in awe of the strange eerie beauty Hunco Mundo offered. The bone white sand as fine as dust with sparse quartz trees bearing no life. Only the moon offered a ghastly white glow, making it look more like a winter wonderland then a hollow world. Agito closed her eyes for a moment.
"Michael?" she called. shadows gathered themselves together into a physical form. Agito opened her eyes but narrowed them when she saw who stood before her.
"How are you out Diabolos? Where is Michael?" Diabolos tilted his head but his face portrayed no emotion.
"He can't come out. Too dark, too evil here," he explained. Agito is unsettled by Diabolos's appearance but she didn't allow it to bother her.
"Guide me through the dark. Where must I go?" Diabolos stepped towards Agito, all 6'7" of him, towering over Agito's 5'7" height.
"Go anywhere. This world is yours until Aizen comes." Agito's eyes light up at the opportunity. Her wings, oh so glorious wings trembled in excitement as she stretched them out. With a single, downward push to the ground, she started flying into the air. She soared high into the air, so high she could see the vast area covered with both the forest and desert. For a moment, she forgot about her chains, her obligations and responsibilities.
With a jubilant laugh, she released all her reiatsu, not even bothering to conceal her flaming reiatsu from the hollows. With her 6 wings, she spun through the air as she laughed. She was finally free to let it all out. All her power that she with hide away was now out and she enjoyed every moment of her freedom. She started dancing in the sky, twirling and taking steep, heart stopping dives. Her wings left trails of flames into the dark night, making her look like a angel of flame. Diabolos watched on silently before dissolving into shadow and reappearing in her inner soul.
'Company,' he stated. Agito stopped her dance and looked down where over 30 large hollows were gathering together. Agito laughed, happy that she could finally be able to test the limits of her power. In Soul Society, she couldn't do this because her reiatsu effected everything. It made the atmosphere heat up and would have put Seireitei into a season of drought. But here, who cares? Everything was dead so why worry about a drought?
"Finally! I always wanted to do this!" She made a steep dive down, falling as fast as a meteor but before she could crash, she snapped up and started to slice through the masks of the hollows using her wings. Her titanium, platinum gold, and silver wings were covered in feathers as sharp as individual daggers, some feathers as large as swords. They sliced easily through hollows mask as a hot knife through butter. The skills of flying and maneuvering came to her instinctively but that didn't mean she was skilled. Taking sharp turns and split second flying techniques was difficult but with so many hollows screaming for her attention it was easy to get in the hang of. Soon, Menos hollows were coming out, slow lumbering beasts with no real intelligence.
Agito zipped along, faster and faster, until she was slicing 3 menos in half per second. She fly into the forest, having more to maneuver around, forcing herself to become better at flying. Her wings started to glow cherry red from the heat as she flew around, slightly melting her skin but her skin cooled from the wind rushing by. By the time her overflowing reiatsu regulated to a comfortable pace, she slowed down and simply glided. Sometimes she would dive bomb onto oncoming hollows but other than that, she flew in a cruising pace for hours. She enjoys her freedom while it lasted, knowing that as soon as Aizen appeared she would become a soldier for his army.

'Diabolos?' she asked her inner demon.
'Yes?'
'When would you expect that son of a bitch to appear?' A deep rumbling like that of a dragon resonated from Agito's inner world.
'Soon.' Agito gritted her teeth, a bit frustrated from Diabolos's one word answer but she didn't push it. Agito flew above the forest branches before going back to the desert. For some reason flying was soothing to Agito's usually stressed mood. It took rhythm for all 6 wings to fly in total synchronization. When she arrived back to the desert, she landed on the soft bone white sand and sheathed her zanpakuto, therefore canceling her bankai. With some personal displeasure, she control her reiatsu release until barely any of it leaked from her body. When she was in total control, she started walking through the desert.
Because of the forever sunless lands, the sand and air was chilled and crisp. It didn't bother Agito though. Her flaming reiatsu warmed her up and she preferred the beauty of the night for this barren land.
"Agito." She stopped walking before turning around.
"It's Diabolos to you Aizen," she replied coldly. Aizen chuckled, amused by her high strung emotions.
"Of course Agito. Follow me to Los Noches." Aizen turned around and Agito followed.
"Los Noches?"
"Yes, our headquarters. It was built some years ago without your knowledge. But now that you've turned into such a spectacular fugitive I'm assigning you the job and protecting the castle."
"Castle?" He threw a sly smirk over his shoulder before flashstepping away. Agito hastily followed after him. In 3 minutes timing, Agito and Aizen arrived on a crest of sand dunes that over looked a towering white dome with towers running up and down. Agito's eyes widened at the extent of the glorious 'castle' but said nothing.
"Howya like it?" Agito snapped out of her awe. Gin stood beside her with that coiling snake like smile still splitting half his face apart.
"Should I hold an opinion for a temporary sitting?" Aizen and Gin chuckled to some inside joke.
"Ya'll fit in purfectly in h're." Aizen gently took her elbow and they all flashstepped to the entrance. When they arrived, ?Aizen released his hold and walked deeper into the castle.
"Get her her uniform before taking her to the thrown room." Gin did a mock salute behind his back before guiding Agito somewhere else. Agito kept a watchful eye of her surroundings and memorized her footsteps besides the fact that there was more hallways than there were rooms. Gin took her to a dark hallway before opening a tall white door. Inside was a large bedroom fit for a queen. A large king sized bed with tall bedposts covered in a light blue sheer that billowed to the floor. The bed was covered in a midnight blue silk cover. The floor was covered in dark blue rugs with intricate silver and light blue designs. A midnight blue couch sat in the middle of the room, facing a large window that took up almost the whole wall looking out to the night of Hunco Mundo. Tall white sheer curtains floated weightlessly in the air from the slight breeze an open window let in. All in all, it was a beautiful prison cell.
"Yer uniform 're in the bathroom. Put 'em on and give me yer kimono when yer done. I'll be waitn' outside for yee." Gin exited the room leaving Agito alone. Agito walked to the bathroom and changed uniform. When she walked out, she was a totally different person. She wore a pure white strapless gown that fell to the floor. It hugged her torso without any wrinkles and it slightly dipped so her cleavage showed partially. 2 slits ran up the side of the gown all the way up to her hips, showing off her smooth thighs. Around her waist was a black belt that held up a decorative lion cloth with black designs. On her feet were white boots with black outlines. White sleeves covered her arms from her wrist to her bicep but they were attached to the dress. At her hip was Michael and around her neck was Tristan's rosary. She walked out of her room with the neatly folded white kimono in hand. Gin took one look at her and opened his eyes only slightly.

"Yer lookin' fine," he flirted only in a teasing way.
"Stop wasting your breath and take me to the thrown room." Gin stepped closer.
"Ya know, I'm sorta disappointed in ya Diabolos-sensy. I thought yer were made of tougher stuff. But here ya are playin' dress up like a traitor." Agito was tired of being compliant to Gin. Her patience has long since run out and he was the perfect scapegoat.
"I'm no worse than you, you lying snake. You've been acquainted with Aizen far longer than I have, I wonder what you're in it for. Riches? Power? I always took you for a greedy and sly bastard. Let me tell you something Gin Ichimaru. Greed in a sin that you will fall from and I will watch in pleasure as you do. Mark my words. The very second you fall, I will laugh and tell you, 'I told you so.'" She sneered at him. His eyes widened, revealing light blue irises.
"Yer a scary person Diabolos-sensy," he said.
"Wouldn't you like to know?" Gin didn't say anything after that. He led Agito down the many turns of hallways until arriving to the thrown room. The door swung open and there Aizen sat like the king of the world with 2 unfamiliar spiritual pressures awaiting in the shadows.
"I trust your room and uniform are too your liking?" Aizen asked.
"They are," Agito replied. To be honest, she didn't dislike her new clothing despite popular debate. It allowed her to easily move around, insulated her body heat, and also emphasized her femininity.
"Good." Aizen stood up and walked down the flight of stairs before him. "Then I entrust Los Noches into your care."
"Preposterous! Entrusting my castle to this lowly Shinigami woman?!" From the shadows stepped forth a hollow. It wasn't any sort of animal but was instead an enlarged human skeleton dressed in purple robes trimmed in black fur with a golden crown upon his head. A large, 2-sided axe was in his hand.
"Agito," ordered Aizen. Within a nano-second, Agito flashstepped behind the skeleton king and pressed her zanpakuto lovingly to it's spinal cord.
"Speak out of turn once more and I'll put you back into the coffin in which you belong," she hissed, grinding her blade against the bone.
"Agito, be nice now. I think you scared the poor thing," Gin chuckled. A wicked smirk curled on her lips and she glided the blade against the spinal discs.
"And that surely is a shame," she whispered in a cunning tone. She released the skeleton king from her hold and returned to Aizen's side.
"This is Agito Diabolos. You will address her Diabolos-sama and you are to respect her as your superior. Agito, you may do whatever you seem fit onto them. Along with your duties as guardian of this castle, you must collect strong hollows that have potential to becoming Arrancars."
"Arrancars?"
"Hollows with Shinigami abilities. Only the strongest of hollows could survive this development. Myself, Gin, and Kaname may visit every once in a while as you remain in your solitude. Oh and before I forget, your other job is to make soldiers out of them. Build me an army Agito. Build me an army worthy of a God." Aizen walked past Agito with Gin in tow. As they left the room, Agito couldn't help but have the last word.
"Satan had a larger army than God. Wonder why he lost?" Agito tossed a patronizing smirk back at Aizen. "It's cause he thought himself larger than his creator." The door slammed after her last syllable and she chuckled in amusement. She turned to the first 2 Arrancars, the Skeleton King and the other unknown.
"Show yourself," she ordered. The other Arrancar stepped into the light. He was far more human like than any other that Agito has seen yet. He was tall, with chocolate brown shaggy hair brushed back but fell in waves to shoulder length. He oozed an aura of laziness and barely looked interested in anything.
"State your names."
"My name is Coyote Stark, espada 1, and this is-"
"My name is unworthy for her to hear!" The Skeleton King roared.
"Espada?" Agito asked, unused to the Spanish terms.
"We are the strongest Arrancars as of yet, therefore we are Espadas."
"If you don't know even the barest minimum about Hunco Mundo, you have no right to-" Agito was done with dealing with the Skeleton Fool. She knew from her time as the 3rd Company Captain that the rowdy Shinigami just need to be taught who exactly could kill them before they settle down. She already knew that he was weaker than her, considerably weaker, and that just a flaunt of her power could put fear into his bones. She pitched her spiritual pressure up, the room quaking at her feet. The Skeleton King's bones rattled before he fell to the ground. Stark stumbled before taking a heavy knee. Agito walked up to the weakened skeleton.
"Don't test me boy. I am the former Captain of the 3rd Company. It was i who taught Gin Ichimaru in swordsmanship. It was I who was entrusted to this castle and it is I who shall guard it. if you dare question my authority or threaten any harm, I will personally see to it that your bones are grounded into ash and be joined with the sand of Hunco Mundo. Am I clear hollow?" The Skeleton King said nothing but a weak nod. Agito concealed her reiatsu again and stepped away from both of them.
"I care not of your coming and going. Just make sure that you don't damage the castle. I expect both of you to return to the training grounds every morning for training. Good day." She left the thrown room at that. She walked the silent empty halls and returned to her room, choosing to sit on her window seal and watch as the night passed by.

A Mildly Odd Reality Breaker
Omar receives an unexpected visitor who comes baring a gift—a "registration ticket"—in the form of a small metal card. The ticket is itself an offer to participate in the game, "Reality Break." Accepting this offer means that Omar will be able to perceive the true nature of reality where there is not one, but two dimensions of time, and in this second dimension history changes (and somewhat "frequently"). Along with this, he will also gain access to the "chronopause"; another reality that is not so much parallel to our own as it is perpendicular, which acts as both a place and the natural boundary between non-sequential points on the timeline. Using the chronopause, Omar will become a chrononaut with the ability to travel through time, and as a player, he will be given a cybernetic interface and his own portable extradimensional storage space. It's a strange conversation, but due to Omar's dismally short attention span, he only consciously hears that last bit about the portable pocket space, and that's only after the physics-defying void is opened in his living room and literally waved in front of his face. Reality is certainly stranger than most people realize, but then again, so is Omar. Thankfully, he responds well to shiny things, and for better or for worse, his chronic inattentiveness is the least of his psychological issues. Omar also has a mild form of "Oppositional Defiant Disorder" which presents itself as an occasional, arbitrary need to disobey others (especially authority figures). However, his oddest psychological issue by far is his "abnormally hyperactive" subconscious mind. Outwardly and consciously, Omar is a lazy, apathetic man-child prone to mildly asinine behavior. Subconsciously, he's some sort of genius capable of extraordinary feats of cognition. Most of the time, Omar is a (technically) functioning adult, but in order to live as such, he must rely entirely upon unusual abilities he's completely unaware of, despite the fact that he uses them regularly. Up until now, his life had merely been ridiculous, but now it was also a game. Note: The narrative style is that of a reliable narrator with a "3rd-person sarcastic" POV. This story takes place in the Reality Breakers/Chronopause universe.
