Story Starts when Ichigo just arrives after Gin is practically dead

(A/N If you haven't seen this point in Bleach, don't worry about it)

Keigo: "Is that Ichigo?" He looks at him in disbelief.

Ichigo: "Thanks Dad." He says to his father before turning to the others. "Everyone just wait there and let me finish this." He switches his gaze to Aizen. "Aizen. Lets switch battle places." he commands.

Aizen (thoughts): 'Is that the same Ichigo Kurosaki? But I don't sense any Reishi. Unless... Impossible! He couldn't have surpassed me! No... If he really is the same Ichigo Kurosaki and he attained this amount of strength, I must be careful. I should take up his offer so no one can interrupt us.'

Aizen: "Fine Ichigo. Lets leave the human world."

He opens up a Garganta and jumps through it, so Ichigo follows, leaving his stunned friends behind. While they're in the Garganta, he stops.

Aizen: "Ichigo Kurosaki. This is where we will do battle."

Ichigo: "In the Garganta?" he says slightly surprised. "Whatever then. I will finish this in an instant anyway."

One Epic Battle Later

Ichigo (thoughts): 'Alright, so far I still don't need the Final Getsuga Tenshou. My arm is messed up, but I can bear it. I'd rather not use it so I don't have to sacrifice my power, but I can tell we are both reaching our limits. He appears more human now and not that disgusting monster looking thing with wings earlier. I only have enough strength for one more attack. Better make it count.'

Aizen (thoughts): 'How is this possible!? He pushed me back to my regular state! No! I need to make it through this, but... If I can't, then I will be taking my opponent with me!"

Aizen: "Ichigo Kurosaki, well done. But if I am going out, so will you!"

Aizen dashes at Ichigo at incredible speed, who's not able to react quick enough. He grabs Ichigo's arm and throws himself off of the Reishi platform, taking the Substitute Soul Reaper with him.

Ichigo: "Damn!"

With the last of his strength, Ichigo thrusts his sword in Aizen's chest, destroying the Hogyoku. He twists the blade up and pull upwards, splitting him open and effectively killing him. Not having any strength left, he start to think that this is the end. This is the Garganta, so who knows what will happen?

Ichigo: 'Well, its been one hell of a ride. Sorry Zangetsu. Guess we'll be dying...' you think in regret.

Zangetsu: "Do not fret, Ichigo. I... I sense something trying to separate us. I was hoping it didn't have to come to this, but I have a backup plan. I have an offer if you are willing to hear it." he speaks from the sword.

Ichigo: "What do you mean?"

Zangetsu: "Something is trying to separate our souls. Remember when you got trapped in the Dangai?"

Ichigo: "Oh. Yeah, I remember actually getting trapped two times and I just woke up in the world of the living." you reply.

When Ichigo and his friends were going to the Soul Society to save Rukia.

In the Dangai

Yoruichi: "Run!" she yells in her cat form as everyone runs away from the Kotostu.

Everyone: "ICHIGO!"

He had fallen flat on your face, ready to be swept up.

Ichigo: "SHIT!"

He blacks out.

Later

Ichigo (thoughts): 'Wha... huh? Where... Did I die? Wait, I can feel my body. Did I get knocked out?' He starts stirring from your sleep. 'What... I thought I got hit by that weird train."

Ichigo starts standing wobbly while rubbing his eyes. After regaining his composure, he checks himself for anything out of place.

Ichigo: "Good, I still have all my stuff."

Looking around, he decides to take in the surroundings. In front of him is a white rectangular door. It almost looks like the entrance to the Dangai. He also notices that he's surrounded with vibrant green trees and grass in every direction.

Ichigo: "Crap! I probably got kicked out when that train hit me! Gotta go through to get to the Soul Society I guess."

He's about to enter the door, but hears what sounds like the scream of a young girl.

Ichigo: 'Grr... That door better not close on me when I get back!' he thinks to himself.

Running in the direction of the scream, Ichigo eventually sees a girl up against a tree and crouching, surrounded what almost look like hollows. He quickly acts and slay all of them with your Zanpakuto. The girl is covering her eyes and shaking against the tree.

Frightened Girl's POV

Girl: "I'm s-scared... P-Please save me! Anybody..." she mumbles to herself.

She peeks through her hands and sees an orange haired man. After all the Grimm are gone, she sees him approaching her. She covers her eyes and starts getting scared again. She hears him stop right in front of her, bending down towards her.

Mystery Man: "Hey, you alright?" he asks.

She looks through her hands and up at him.

Girl: "Y-Yes, mister." She replies, still nervous.

Ichigo's POV

Ichigo (thoughts): 'She is pretty damn cute. Yuzu levels cute. Can't be much younger than her and Karin. And she has light green eyes. Strange... Wait, she can see me!? Damn, that means she probably has high levels of spirit energy. That would explain why those hollows were after her.'

He runs him hand through her hair in order to calm her down.

Ichigo: "Where are you parents?" he asks patiently.

She appears a little less scared.

Girl: "Um, they-"

???: "GLYNDA!"

The voice came from behind and when he looks behind his shoulder, he sees a sword nearly go through his stomach. Luckily, Ichigo was able to dodge the attack by rolling to the right.

???: "Glynda, are you alrigh-" the swordswoman reaches towards the girl, now known as Glynda.

Glynda: "Mom! What are you doing!? He saved me!" she yells.

Glynda's Mom: "Huh!?" she says stunned.

Ichigo: "The hell lady!?" he protests.

Glynda's Mom: "What do you mean 'saved' you?" she asks while ignoring him.

Glynda: "Well, he saved me from the hairy red eyed monster." She answered in a cute way.

Her mother gains a much softer look on her face while turning to the young man who saved her daughter.

Glynda's Mom: "Oh my! I am SO sorry young man! Please forgive me..."

She sheathes her sword and bows her head towards him.

Ichigo: "Look, don't worry about it. So, are you her mother?"

Truthfully, now that she's safe, he's trying to speed the conversation up in case the door to the Soul Society closes and knowing why she was about to stab him, lets his anger go. Apparently, she can see him too.

Glynda's Mom: "Yes. Thank you for saving her again." She says while still bowing.

Ichigo: "Are you guys lost?"

He was hoping the answer was no.

Glynda's Mom: "No, I know where we are." She replies.

Ichigo: "Alright. Sorry, but I gotta leave to do something really important. Later!"

He starts to leave, but hears Glynda call for him.

Glynda: "Wait!" He stops and turn back around towards her. "Well... Can I see you again?" she asks.

After standing there for a couple moments debating how to answer...

Ichigo: "Maybe. But no promises. By the way, my name is Ichigo just in case you see me."

Glynda: "Okay..." she says slightly disappointed.

Ichigo: "Alright see ya."

He heads toward to the door again. Thankfully, it's still there. It opens and he jumps through, landing in the Dangai again.

Ichigo (thoughts): 'Great. More running."

He eventually make it across this time and jump through to see his friends waiting.

Yoruichi: "Ichigo! Nice, I didn't think you made it."

Ichigo: "Yeah. Don't worry about it. So this is the Soul Society, huh?"

Timeskip

When Ichigo and co. are leaving the Soul Society

Ichigo: "Official my ass! It's the same damn thing!" he yells while running from the train once again.

Yet again, Ichigo trips on something.

Yoruichi: "Ichigo!" she yells back.

He blacks out again. When he wakes up, yet again, he's in the middle of a forest.

Ichigo (thoughts): 'Huh? Oh. God dammit! I feel again, didn't I? And again, I wake up in the middle of a damn forest.' This time, you aren't as slow to stand and he immediately sees the door. 'Does this happen every time someone gets hit b-'

???: "AAAHHHH! HELP US!"

Ichigo: "Great..."

Like last time, Ichigo runs toward the screaming and see two little girls next to an abandoned house surrounded by what look like hollows.

Ichigo (thoughts): 'Shit! Gotta hurry!"

He draws Zangetsu and take out all of the 'hollows'. After exterminating all of them, he takes a look at the girls. One's a toddler who's asleep and the other seems to be about five years old.

Older Girl's POV

Older Girl (thoughts): 'Th-Thank God! I thought we were done for!' She looks down and sees her little sister asleep in the wagon. 'Who is that guy?' she thinks while covered in bruises.

The guy with the over-sized sword finishes off the last of the Grimm. He looks over towards her and starts approaching her. However, he stops.

???: "YANG! RUBY!"

Her Uncle Qrow rushes towards them with his scythe out. He engulfs them both in a hug, despite Ruby still being asleep. Over her uncle's shoulder, she stares at the mystery man who saved them.

Ichigo's POV

Ichigo (thoughts): 'I shouldn't interrupt this."

He starts to leave back towards the door. After all, he didn't want to push his luck again. When he gets back and head through the door, Ichigo realizes something.

Ichigo: "Wait, I was already in the world of the living!" He turns around to see the train. "SHIT! Gotta fucking run some more cause of this bullshit train!"

Barely making it out, he reachs the end of the corridor and jump off the Dangai and land on Urahara's blanket with his friends.

Ichigo: "Wait, so that means I'll just wake up in the world of the living, yeah? But the Garganta works differently than the Dangai. So yeah. Not getting my hopes up."

Zangetsu: "Well, I don't know either, but I do know something is trying to separate us. So I have a proposal. I have a special technique similar to the Final Getsuga Tenshou, but instead of it making you lost your powers and grant you incredible strength, this technique permanently increases your strength, but not as high as the level of the Final Getsuga Tenshou. It combines me, you, and you hollow, but you will still be in control. You won't be able to talk to us anymore if we use this technique, but you will still have your powers. If we use this technique, we won't be separated, but instead by combined permanently. For some reason, the Garganta is forcing a ridge between us, so this needs to happen right now or else you will lose your Shinigami opwers. This might also affect your personality somewhat, but I'm not sure. So Ichigo, what is your choice?" Tensa Zangetsu asks.

Ichigo: "Well... are you okay with this? I mean, you basically won't exist anymore, right?"

Zangetsu: "Do not worry about me. What I want to do is to protect you. So what is your answer?"

Ichigo: "Alright, lets get to it then. So I can protect everyone. Goodbye, Zangetsu."

Zangetsu: "We will become a part of you, so it is not a true goodbye. But regardless, farewell to my current form, Ichigo..."

A Couple of Hours Later

After blacking out in the Garganta after the choice, he starts to wake up somewhere.

Ichigo (thoughts): 'Huh? Oh, I guess I didn't die. Zangetsu?' No answer. "Well looks like the technique worked then if he isn't responding.'

Once again, he wakes up in a forest. In his right hand is Zangetsu in Shikai form. After inspecting it for any changes and finding none, Ichigo decides to stand and attempt to walk. Surprisingly, he's fine.

Ichigo: "Huh. Sweet, not even tired. No white door. Well, I won't need it anyway since I'm pretty sure I'm in the world of the living."

The young man looks around to try to determine where he's at. He walks around the forest until he stumbles upon a river, looking into the clear water. Immediately following this, Ichigo notices four black vertical lines on his forearms, a black, tattoo-like band crossing over his chest, and his once orange hair is now pitch black, with the hairstyle back to normal before training with Tensa Zangetsu. What's even more bizarre is that his eyes are now blood red and his clothing is exactly like Tensa Zangetsu's.

Ichigo: "WHAT THE FUCK HAPPENED!? WHY THE HELL IS MY HAIR BLACK! MY EYES!"

Ichigo looks down with a face of betrayal after that little outburst.

Ichigo (thoughts): 'Ok, calm down. So my hair, clothes, and eyes changed. Looks like he failed to mention this. At least Zangetsu is still the same. I think. I think my Bankai should still be the same if Zangetsu is still in his original shape. Should I check?' He makes sure nobody's around. 'Might as well.'

Ichigo: "Alright, BANKAI!"

A huge gust of wind resembling a tornado appears. After the wind settles, Ichigo looks the same except for two things: two black bands on his neck appeared and act as collars while Tensa Zangetsu looks different. It looks similar to his regular Bankai before training with Tensa, but now the cross guard is a little different. It still has four prongs, but it looks spikier. If that makes sense. It also looks longer. At the end of the blade, there are three curve ups sticking out at the end of the blade. Besides that, everything is the same. Since his Bankai is nearly the same, he decide to check on Hollowfication later, entering Zangetsu in his Shikai state again, wrapping it up in bandages and hanging it on his back.

Ichigo: "Well, let's see if I can find a town nearby. Hopefully it's not too far to Karakura Town."
