《A-Team》Jealousy

"Okay so what's the update Don?" Leo asks.
Night patrol. After many days of not being able to go on surface, Leo finally gets to go. He should be glad. His hand is healed, the air feels so fresh, and he is in charge again. But I completely changed his mood.
"Well we haven't spotted anyone except for the Kraang. The usual," Donnie replies.
Leo nods once and guides us into the darkness. We land on our favorite building and begin our search for our enemies.
"Leo we need to talk," I whisper as I lean next to him.
"Not now," he says bitterly.
"Why can't you ever listen to me?" I hiss.
He ignores me and rushes to Mikey's side. Mikey grins at him and points out into the distance. "I think I saw Karai."
Its isn't fair. Even after what I did, it isn't fair. Leo is such a stubborn little son of a-
Okay no. I take a deep breath to calm my thoughts.
Someone please remind me why I like him so much?
He never listens to me. He never lets me explain. Everything I do can disappoint him but he would never bother to know my side of the story.
And it just isn't fair!
I guess this time I deserve it. What I did was so wrong. He just looked so heavenly and now that he's mine, I thought that...maybe he would be fine with it? God I'm so stupid!
Wait. Did Mikey say Karai?
"Well what a pleasure to see you guys. And oh! Leo you're back!"
The female voice that I've grown to hate comes from behind us. Leo immediately turns around with a beautiful smile on his face and I have to force myself not to gag. He's not smiling for me, its for her.

"Long time no see," Leo says as he takes out his katanas. Karai laughs as she take out her own weapon. The Foot Clan appear behind her. As an instinct, I move next to Leo and glare at her.
"Well now that we are all here, we should have a little fun." she says and licks her lips.
Leo places his hand on his hip and points his katana at her. "Then little fun you shall have."
And like that, our fight begins. At first I hesitate to move. My eyes are on the both of them. The way they smile at each other makes my stomach flip. Every ounce of anger I had for Leo, is now replaced with jealousy.
One by one, the soldiers are on the ground. Mikey cheers loudly as he defeats the last one and high fives me. Suddenly I see Karai on top of Leo. Leo has his swords in front of him, blocking her hits.
I drop my sais. My breathing becomes harsh and my hands automatically curl into fists. Without thinking, I launch myself at Karai, pushing her away from Leo.
"Mine!" I yell out. My fists make contact with her face repeatedly. I watch in horror as her face goes red after every punch but I can't control myself.
"Raph! Raph stop it!" Donnie pushes me off of her and I fall to the ground.
"What the hell has gotten into you?" Leo screams.
"Why do you care?" I spit out. "She's our enemy isn't she? Shredder's daughter?"
"She's not his daughter okay? She belongs to Master Splinter!" Leo covers his mouth quickly and everyone (including Karai) faces him.
What?
"Dammit! Turtles retreat!" He orders. He has to be joking right? Mikey helps me up and I push him away. Leo gives me a death stare before helping Karai up. Her face is red with blood flowing out of her nose. I almost feel bad for her.

Donnie and Mikey pat my shoulder. "Come on Raph," Mikey says but I don't respond. They both begin their way out of here and soon Karai leaves without saying a word.
"Talk right now," Leo demands. I cross my arms and shake my head.
"So now you want to hear me talk. You know what Leo? Fuck you," I mutter. I am about to run with tears streaming down my cheeks until his hand stops me.
"Don't you dare walk away," Leo says.
"Oh like you did on me?" I snap. I throw my hands in the air.
This isn't going the way I wanted it. Yesterday was so romantic and peaceful and now we're fighting again. Maybe this is just not going to work out.
Maybe Leo deserves better.

Far Strider
A college student finds himself transported into a strange land with burgeoning magical powers, and is taken in by Ned Stark. Will he sink or swim in this medieval society, and will he ever get home? ====================== OC-insert without knowledge of Game of Thrones, new planeswalker. Slow power ramp. Second crossover: Star Wars (around chapter 39). ======================= As a note, I started this as a speed writing challenge to myself. The challenge was successful, and I managed 100,000+ words (as well as some character sheets in excel and such) over 10.5 days. Then I had to stop and let my hands recover from their burgeoning carpal tunnel syndrome. The story currently stands at around 150,000 words (or ~550 RRL pages) over 54 chapters; expect a chapter a day until I've caught up with the backlog. The focus of this story was not quality writing, and that hasn't changed. I mostly use it as my semi-guilty "I need to write something, but am not focused enough to write something good" story. Expect self-indulgent writing in general, and a bit of OP (or, well, more than just a bit if we're being honest), especially later in the story as the protagonist matures into a more full-blown Planeswalker. But if you're looking for something with a power-ramping protagonist romping around the place, something you'd be a bit embarrassed to admit liking (I know I am) but like anyways (and come on, this is RRL, so that probably describes just about everyone here who actually has shame), then this may be a nice bit of mental junk food for you.

Bone Dungeon: Book 1 in the Elemental Dungeon Series
Ryan doesn't remember much about his life before becoming a dungeon core. Only that he had a bit of a disagreement with the church -- something to do with a beheading? Some adventurers just deserve a stalactite to the head. But Ryan quickly learns being a darkness dungeon isn't all loot and bone puns. With a necromancer on the rise and the Adventurer's Guild watching his every move, he must prove that not all darkness dungeons are malevolent... even if they do have a few skeletons in their caverns. Sadly, all of these issues keep distracting him from his own guilty pleasure, skeletal fight club. But don't tell his fairy about that. **** I have recieved permission from the publisher to share the first 8 chatpers of the story, as a sample (I am the author of this book) **** If you like what you've read, feel free to hop over to Amazon and check out the full story!
