Lucy started her acting career from a young age with the Disney channel. Playing Zoey Brooks in Zoey 101, guest staring in Jessie and Austin & Ally and many more. She later on left the Disney Channel when she was offered the role Olive Pendergast in Easy A at the young age of 15. After Easy A she offered so many new and up coming movies and tv-shows that helped boost her career even higher. She ended up hosting the 2013 Teen choice awards show and meet the band 'One Direction.'

Before she was casted for Zoey 101 at the age of 10 1/2 she was attending an arts school. She used to volunteer at the arts and craft store near her house. She has always had a passion for any source of art, fashion, and baking.

She has an obsession over funnel cakes and buying Starbucks Vanilla Frappuccinos in the glass containers then going to Starbucks and purchasing it from there.

Her parents are Amy Finch and Karl Finch. Her father has passed away from cancer when she was 6 years old. She is an only child. Lucy ended up giving birth to her daughter Daphne Gia Finch on June 26, 2018. The father is unknown.

She has been really good friends with Zendaya, they meet while both working at Disney. After meeting One Direction at the Teen Choice Awards in 2013, she became really good friends with the band and she got closer to Harry Styles. They ended up dating and later on broke their relationship of 4 years on September 6, 2017. They are still very good friends and are seen hanging out together often.
