《Infected [killugon/killuaxgon]》After such a long time.

I locked eyes with Gon, heart racing and staring into his soul as I tried to muster up something to say.
I knew what he was telling me, however, it felt hard to understand. Was he confessing how he had wanted a relationship with me, or because he wanted one? Past tense. Had he lost feelings? 'I was supposed to confess to you,' Was he admitting this now because the bet is no longer ongoing?
I took a brief, faltering breath and pressed my palm to my temple. Make a decision. Gon frowned as he walked right past me and retreated to the car. If I don't make a move now, it may be the end of our relationship.
I reached out and gently grabbed his arm, compelling him to stop walking but remain facing away. "Gon."
"Killua."
My confidence had finally decided to manifest itself. I drew Gon into my arms and caressed his cheek with my thumb, dragging it over his lower lip before leaning in and tenderly kissing him. The confidence had evaporated in an instant.
I blushed immensely as we gradually drew apart, and Gon stared at me with confusion and awe. "I like you, Gon. I have for a long time. Will you be my Boyfriend? If you still like me." I rubbed the back of my neck as I waited for a response.
Gon grinned as he took my hand and interlaced our fingers. "Sure, I'll be your boyfriend. And, of course, I still like you" He responds before turning and walking towards the car for the second time, although now we had been holding hands. I smiled fondly as I stared at our conjoined hands. Although this was merely the beginning of our relationship, his slight contact gave me butterflies. I could never grow bored of being next to Gon.

"Where were you guys all morning?" As we walked through the door, Bisky almost shouted. "Running some errands." Gon responded, looking into Bisky's eyes as if to indicate, 'not right now.' Bisky scoffed, clearly not getting it. "What sort of errands are you running around doing in the middle of an apocalypse?"
"Kurapika was being burred. Please, none of you should be reluctant to bring up the topic of him." Leorio remarked as he followed us into the house. Bisky's eyes widened with remorse as she straightened her shoulders and brushed off her shirt. "Well, I think that's a fair reason to wake at such an ungodly hour."
"I'm pleased to see you're back. As a welcoming gift, I'd like to take all of you shopping for new clothes because the ones you have now are filthy." The tall black-haired man offered, leading us all to reflexively look down at our clothes and try to wipe off a few splotches of whatever.
I grimaced as I noticed the dried blood had hardened into stains on my clothes. "Sure, let's do it," I responded. "Great. I'll get Hisoka, and then we can get going."
"I've been right here with you the whole time~," Hisoka spoke from behind Gittarackur, surprising everyone except Gittarackur himself. "Are you saying you've been there the entire time?" Gon, who was also surprised, questioned. "I mean, is it really that difficult to comprehend?~" Hisoka responded with an irritated tone. "Then let's get going."
We now had an extra passenger in the car, and it would be nearly impossible for all of us to sit inside. "Who wants to sit in the trunk or on the car floor?" Zushi probed.
"Hisoka is in the passenger seat while I drive. You can work out the rest on your own." Gittarackur commented as he and Hisoka slid into the vehicle. "I'd rather be on the roof than crammed inside a trunk or sat next to all your feet," I responded by faking a gag. "Oh, that's a good idea. I mean, I'd ride with you. Those bike racks would make great handles. It could be fun!" Gon gasped, clapping his hands once again before attempting to jump onto the car's roof.

"Wait a minute, I was exaggerating. You can't, and I'm not going up on that roof." I put my foot down. This is not something I will do. "Fine, but I will. Could you please help me?" He asked, jumping as if it would have any effect. I sighed and hoisted him onto the car with my hands on his waist. "Please don't die-" He grasped my hand and dragged me on top of the car beside him, mid-sentence. "I'm not doing this alone, babe."
As everyone else snickered and filed into the car one by one, I flushed and murmured a few nonsensical remarks. "Don't worry, killua; you're fine. I used to do this as a kid. It was illegal to ride like this on the roads, so my father drove me to a farm and we had a great time." He rambled, the car starting with a loud roar that made my skin crawl and my heart skip a beat.
"Oh, you might want to hang on. You can hold my hand if you're scared." As the car rolled down the driveway, he smirked. "Also, while taking turns, lean to the opposite side."
I strode dizzily towards the mall, my throat aching from my loud shrieking. My hair was winded, my eyes were wide, and I was clutching on Gon, who appeared to be in decent shape. He'd been laughing at me the entire time, and the only thing he was having trouble with was collecting his breath.
"I'm- I'm proud of you, Killua. I had no idea you were so afraid." He proceeded to laugh slightly. "Shut up. In any case, I didn't want to." With a small smile on my face, I rolled my eyes. "Wasn't it you who stated you'd rather have that than anything else?" "I was clearly not thinking."
"The first store on your left is the clothing store; everything else is prohibited because me and Hisoka haven't cleared it out; however, if you have a Deathwish, you are welcome to visit any of the other stores in the area," Gittarackur remarked, gesturing to the front doors.
I just hope It isn't a Claire's.
