《Infected [killugon/killuaxgon]》Friends?

~a few hours later~
During our tour of the house, Gon suggested that I sleep on his bed while he sleeps on the floor until we can arrange a place for me to sleep. I didn't like the idea, but he insisted.
We are currently sitting on his couch, having a peaceful conversation. Before I knew it, my mind had drifted off and I found myself taking in Gon's appearance.
There was something about his honey brown eyes that sparkled whenever he engaged in a conversation that he enjoyed, and he had an awfully contagious smile. He had smooth skin that appeared to be the smoothest I had ever seen, yet he had a lot of muscle underneath. I was afraid it would shrivel up under the slightest touch-
I couldn't help but look in any other direction because of the blush on my face. 'What in the world am I thinking? We only met a few hours ago.' I slapped myself internally and resumed thinking about anything but that.
I noticed it had gotten late, so I asked Killua if we could go to bed and continue our conversation later. He made his way to my room while I took the couch, and I fell asleep soon after.
Despite my best efforts, I had trouble sleeping. My mind was occupied with thought for a while before I decided to look around the room. In no way were my intentions stalkerish, I just wanted more information about him.
The first thing I noticed was a knife-throwing board as well as a mat on the ground. Opening a random door that was just beside that, upon entering I noticed it was a bathroom, followed by opening a second door which revealed the closet that contained a few items related to martial arts, as well as some clothing. After closing the door, I walked over to a desk where there was an open book laid out which I soon discovered was a sketchbook.

'He is pretty good.' I said to myself, flipping through the pages. I didn't want to increase the intrusion, so I placed the book down and went back to bed, having a dreamless sleep.
When I opened my eyes, I saw Gon standing next to his closet, putting on a belt. His expression was surprised, yet he smiled as he looked at me. "Oh, good morning. I was wondering if you would like to join me for training today." He asked as he stood over me.
Blinking, I looked away. I yawned and replied, "Sure, I will watch first then perhaps join later on." In all honesty, I am just curious to see what he can do. I got up and got dressed in some of his clothes, which actually fit me rather well since I had not packed any clothes when I left. I grabbed my crowbar, he grabbed- a bat? I like it. Regardless, we grabbed a quick snack before heading out.
While we were walking, I asked him a question I had been thinking about. "What were you doing in the trailer park when we bumped into each other?" He replied, "I was looking for a place with a reasonable amount of walkers, and figured there would be a few there. I guess I was right." I kept quiet until we reached a park, satisfied with his answer.
"If you want to join, then don't hesitate." Gon said smiling. I leaned against a fence nearby and nodded. He walked to the center of the park and pulled out a knife, slitting his wrist and raising it in the air, letting the blood leak down his forearm. My eyes widened slightly. 'Why would he do that to himself? Is it some sort of tactic?' I thought.

Several walkers ran over without too much of a delay. Gon gripped the bat in his hands and swung it at them, knocking one of their heads out of the socket. Next, he pulled out a knife and sliced the throat of another. After noticing a walker coming up behind him, he quickly jumped around to avoid it. He kicked the back of its legs, and once it fell he broke its neck with his bare hands.
My grin spread across my face. 'Guess he is pretty talented, maybe I should join him.' I soon jumped into the fight and used my crowbar to bash the walker under the jaw, tearing its head off. As another rushed up behind me, I used my hand to cut off its head.
After noticing there weren't any walkers left around, I turned my hand back to normal and sighed. I then turned to Gon, who seemed to have just seen his favorite pop star. I tilted my head in confusion before realizing.
"Wow, Killua! You're so awesome! Would you mind if I took a look at your hand?" He spoke. I blushed and turned my head in any direction away from him. "You idiot, that's so embarrassing... " I said quietly, almost mumbling. Despite not understanding why I felt nice being complimented by him.
I slowly pulled out my hand and turned it into claws that seemed all too original to me. He stared at my hand in awe, and as he reached out to touch it, he found himself with a small cut that drew a little amount of blood just by the slightest touch. "Woah! How does that work? It reminds me of a cat." He notices, making me flush.
"Since I'm an ex-assassin, I needed to have something on hand for a situation where I didn't have a weapon." I turned my hand back once more and said, "I was trained to do these things at a young age. Guess it just stuck with me. I basically just adjust my bones inside my hands or something." I mentally cursed myself for stuttering throughout the statement. "You were an assassin? Wow, that's neat! You're so awesome, Killua!" Gon exclaims with a damn big smile. 'damn it, stop blushing!' I exclaimed while growing redder by the second.
"Are you all right? Your face is incredibly red." Gon and I almost had no space between us, as he placed a hand on my forehead as if he was checking if I had a temperature or not. My blush was intensified by a large amount after that. "Nono!" I exclaimed nervously. "But yes! Wait- Ugh. Let's just go home." I started walking back, with Gon catching up quickly.
'Heh, why was that adorable?'

The Ancient Core: A Progression Fantasy
The title of [The Ancient One] is bestowed upon an unassuming, forgotten Core. Hidden deep underground, it lies in wait, biding its time as it learns the rules of its surroundings. Roaming beasts and unknown threats surely threaten the little rock as it sticks to the darkness, its one true refuge. This is a slow-burning Dungeon-Core fiction with a LitRPG-System. You can expect an extreme amount of kingdom-building, an more in-depth Mana-System, and a Evolution-System. Chapters are between the length of 2-4k words, though the first 50 will likely be closer to 4k. Anything after will have the average be 2.5k. I personally like explaining how things work a lot, so do have that in mind if you decide to read this fiction. Breaking Horizons: Book 1: Snared Origins
Many want to learn things from a story, while others only want fast-paced wonders. We are human and we like to dream, we are alive and we want to feel. Don’t wander outside before knowing the inside. Even if this is slow, it gives you the reader, things to behold. This is a story but also knowledge. It isn’t fast or entertaining but makes you wonder. Everything starts from something unknown, we all want to know the untold. However, can you persevere if something starts being boring? Shouldn’t entertainment start from something unexciting? Open a door to what you might know or not. Learn to dream in my unhealthy abode. Start from the garbage since that’s the place where I belong. Welcome to Raccoon’s abode. Breaking Horizons: Breaching the Fourth Dimension. A slow story that will take you on a ride towards the unknown. PS: Will make things clear here. The actual main character is a human, the raccoon is a pet for the novel. So it isn't a raccoon Isekai or reincarnation as a raccoon. I still haven't added it to the story, as I am currently doing the intro. A long intro! So the start might feel off when you read it. The story will include many genres but starts with psychological stuff and low fantasy. The whole story is an enormous puzzle, but it starts with a tiresome beginning for many. There is a reason for that... If you want to know more about this story check my discord: https://discord.gg/rZs6mem You can ask what you want to know there. Or join a bigger and cooler server where many authors hang out: https://discord.gg/2hbvq8B (Its dungeon engineer and many cool stories' server) This is my own story, so its for me only. I will not have a schedule. I left it on hiatus for a while, can't write two stories, too busy.
