rebirth, magical space, zombie apocalypse, abilities
The end of the world came, the zombies are rampant and the human heart is changed.
Su Qin struggled to survive for three years in the apocalypse. Seeing that there is a glimmer of survival in the future, the 'relatives' she desperately protected for three years personally ended her life.
She opened her eyes and it was already three years ago and the end of the world has not yet come. She has a chance to do it all over again, this time she has no other expectations, just hope to live well.
And the weak cousin who could not help screaming after seeing zombies even after three years in the apocalypse, she really wanted to see, without her protecting her from the beginning, how she would struggle to survive on the coming last days.
The heroine has a cold personality, facial paralysis and strong hands-on ability.
Hmm... trying to move on from my 60s-90s phase. Sadly, zombie apocalypse was not be the answer.
So our MC was reborn. In the past life, she basically escorted her cousins for 3 years and just when they were about to reach the base, her cousin killed her. She rebirth 3 days before the apocalypse and went looking for supplies (the usual), she still has a magical space (but she gave it to her cousin in the last life) AND THEN on the day of the apocalypse, she went to an overcrowded school to look for a student who 'sacrificed' himself for her in the past life.
So our MC escapes from the school using her apocalypse-honed killing skills attracting the attention of several supporting male leads (maybe). Very high profile. She also found herself a pig teammate (Yes ah, this 'nice guy' is very very frustrating, and has basically replaced the cousin as the target of MC's bodyguard services. He's also the most probable ML).

Anyways, after escaping from the school, she plans to go back home to pickup her younger cousin (the one that also enjoyed her bodyguard services but did not kill her). On the way there, MC has to sacrifice herself to lead away the zombies and pig teammate ML still follows after her heading for MC's hometown hoping they'll meet there. Anyways, they did meet there again (after MC picked up her cousin) and he almost got MC killed AGAIN and he has an epiphany that MC is also a person not a superhero/ready-made bodyguard for him and vows to never get MC in danger again (Wow. Took him so long)
After that, they form a team and head to the nearest base, MC finds herself several previous life enemies. She also meets the 'guy-who-sacrificed-himself-for-her' in the last life/the one she went to the school for. He is actually SCUM and might've killed ex-pig teammate ML in the previous life. During their stay on the base, the zombies evolved and now they have a nucleus so MC and team harvests some and then they ate it so they can develop abilities. Due to MC's magical space cheat , every single member of her team got an ability. MC also exposes her space ability. Now they're leaving for the Capital, and they saw killer cousin again AND THEN the younger cousin went with her and left MC's team.
MC & team left, arrived at a stop-over base and made new enemies (Yay!). They fought with the SCUM man (the dude from MC's last life) and when he was almost dead, MC SAVED HIM. They meet the two cousins again and MC secretly gives them supplies (Ugh) They also found the lil sis of one of their team members and MC's secret about her magical space is already revealed. I stopped here.

I guess what was frustrating was MC's inconsistent character setting. She's supposed to be this cool/emotionless gal who already experienced the apocalypse. Like, the NARRATION tells you that she's indifferent to other people , doesn't trust/care for anyone and then, we see her sacrificing herself to lead the zombies away or shielding ML (Gaaaah!), or leading her whole team to save people and its just so....weird. Author-sama could've just set her up to be a kind person then. MC goes into internal monologue of not trusting other people and then she tells everyone on her team about her 'mutated' space ability (you can plant things/put in living things). =_=
So yeah, I find our MC kinda stupid, just going to the school, minutes before the start of the apocalypse, HIGH PROFILE KILLING MACHINE and then the I-don't-trust-people-let-me-tell-you-about-my-abilities weird brain circuit.
Another thing is that for a supposed 'ruthless' person, MC never kills her enemies, she just increases them. She makes an enemy in this base, leaves, goes to another base and makes another enemy then the first enemy catches up to her so she's got two enemy groups now. And when they almost die (the SCUM), she SAVES THEM. WTF??
Lastly, I feel like MC is not rewarded for her 'good deeds' like the younger cousin who still went to the Killer cousin (his sister) even though he dreamt of the past life when MC escorted the two of them and he witnessed his sister killing MC. (Tsk. Tsk. You disappoint me kid.) There's also this new lil sis who already learned MC's secret from his Brother (MC's teammates), there's some foreshadowing that she'll betray them~
Dropping this and gonna look for my next read~

Second Life's Game: Hell
(LitRPG/Fantasy) *** Disclaimer: I changed the title of this fiction because I realised that religious people may be offended by it. This fiction is purely intended to entertain and is not based upon any religion. *** What comes after death? The Afterlife. A world split into three layers. Heaven, Nexus and Hell. The Afterlife is harsh, cruel, and sometimes downright unfair, with everything based upon luck. A world with a game system, which enables the residents to level up, and gain special attributes. A tower lies in the middle of it all, named the Core, which provides passage to God, who will bestow on you your greatest desires. Unfortunately, to get to God, one must conquer 27 stages and battle against others wishing to meet him too. Ikite, a young teenager, gets killed by a gang of criminals and reawakens in Hell with a different body and life. As his two new personalities meld into one, he becomes an 'Awakener', someone who has their previous life's personality sharing their mind. However, he realises he has no combat perks, a bad class and a peasant's life in Hell, the lowest layer. At first, he decides on a hardworking, yet peaceful life with his mother, but bad luck wouldn' leave him alone. Forced to journey where he doesn't want to journey, will he overcome his obstacles, change his perspectives, and climb the tower? Or will he sink into the lifeless state, just like many of those around him... Kick back and relax with this book as it's your traditional LitRPG, with a twist or two here and there. New chapter at least every two days (unless previously stated).

The Shards of Sylvia's Soul
In the little village of Nyberg, Sylvia is dreaming of a future with Rebecca at her side. Together, they could move overseas. But when bandits attack, all of her tender dreams turn to ashes. Forced out of her home, Sylvia forges new bonds with the Fri, the women who have taken it upon themselves to protect their little corner of the world. She also meets Afi, a strange bandit with a stern face and a soft heart. Saving each other from certain demise, they join in a bond which irreversibly ties their souls together. So bonded, they attempt to settle down. When a distant heir to the Crown asks for aid to reunite the country, Sylvia sees her chance to finally right all the wrongs committed against her family. In the pursuit of the throne, Afi and Sylvia come to risk their very lives. Sylvia uncovers the relationship between soul, magic, and divinity itself, but even in research, there is peril. It is not an easy task to balance the strain on her soul with the demands of the upcoming battle. In this world, the soul is not an incorporeal concept. To the contrary, the human soul is a physical object, an organ which resides in the chest of each individual. It is a great source of strength, but also of vulnerability. Hardship can leave scratches and blemishes, or even break the soul in two. The soul is each person's connection to divinity, to the magic which is ubiquitous to the world. It enables the cultivation of gods, but old legends warn of demons emerging in the presence of corrupt intention, and of hollow warriors, with no soul at all. There are two sides to every page.
